Therefore the protection of Digital Contents Right became the important issue. In this paper, we implement a manager that prevents indiscriminate digital contents redistribution of the terrestrial digital broadcast contents. For protection of Digital contents Right, we use BF(Broadcast Flag) that we can control viewing or copy digital contents with.
