This work describes an approach that contributes to derive from mission to critical functions of the attack helicopter under future battle space environment. An existing mission of the attack helicopter is limited to the only shooter oriented functions. In the future environment, mission and its functions of the helicopter might be much expanded. The functions should be derived by the top down approach based on systems engineering approach. In this point of view, this work describes network based future battle environment. From this environment, the missions of the attack helicopter are identified and optimized functions are derived through sequential procedures like from missions to tasks, tasks to activities, and activities to functions. The selected activities are obtained from the tasks using QFD. The weighting scores of the QFD are calculated by the AHP computational procedure. Finally the critical functions are presented through the similar procedure.

Between a wide range of distributed applications, this work is particularly focused on those applications which allow a group of persons, who are geographically distributed, to interact and cooperate exchanging different kind of information in order to realize group activities in a common work environment. In this paper we realized a study of this kind of applications to identify general and functional characteristics which will then enable us to determine their communication requirements. Also, we analyzed the existent support architectures to examine whether they support multimedia cooperative applications. Based on the results of analysis, we proposed a set of communication functions needed additionally to support these applications, using the ODP(Open Distributed Processing) modelling concepts, rules and view points as our global design methodology.

I examine various controversial aspects of Chinese prosody-tone structure, syllable structure, stress, and intonation-and stress the need to view all of these as interacting systems, aspects of a hierarchical prosodic structure. 1 examine various proposals at these various levels of the hierarchy and suggest which are most appropriate. Specifically, 1 suggest the adoption of Bao's version of syllable and tone, and Chen's account of stress. As for intonation, it is still not possible to make any definitive claims regarding an optimal model, but I examine work done by Kratochvil, Shih, and Carding et al, and suggest promising directions for future work.

The separate order for the electrical work is an institutional plan to improve the electrical construction quality and strengthen the competitiveness of the electrical contractors. The systematic approach for the policy implementation of the separate ordering system can make its adaptability higher and lead to a policy success. There are many kinds of effects on the implementation of the separate order, but institutional foundation is needed for increasing the policy adaptability. The necessity of the systematic and theoretical foundation was detected in various factors by considering policy implementation theory. In order to fix the separate ordering system, reasonable methods such as finding inducements and offering incentive are more effective than legal procedures. At last, a variety of policy adaptability plans must be founded in order to invigorate the separate ordering system in a view of the policy implementation.

This research investigates the feasibility of Web technology as a means of delivering facility information for better support facility operation and maintenance. Our research proposes a Web-based feedback system as a pragmatic solution to the limitations of current FM (Facility Management) processes. In practice work orders and records are often misplaced resulting in lower efficiency and customer satisfaction. This may be overcome by a system that states information digitally and provides a Web-based interface. The interface could allow customers to report facility problems, trace their work order in progress, view schedules for maintenance and provide feedback for service online. The benefit for a FM department is that it can receive feedback on performance which would improve the quality of service and build a record of practical experiences.

본 연구에서는 일반 대학생을 대상으로 청년기 사생관의 전체적 구조를 밝히기 위한 도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 즉, 자살, 임신중절, 장기기증 등의 청년기와 관련이 깊은 생명윤리문제에 대한 태도는 죽음에 대한 태도와 그 배경에 있는 내세관의 영향을 받아 형성될 것이라는 가정 하에 이들 사이의 구조적 관계를 밝혀 현상을 이해하기 위한 하나의 종합적인 모형을 구축하기 위해 우선 선행 연구들에 대한 검토 결과를 토대로 하여 종합적인 새로운 사생관 척도 제작을 시도하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 내세관 특성(내세지향성, 현세회귀성), 죽음의 의미(해방, 자연, 집대성, 좌절, 충격, 허무), 죽음불안, 죽음관여도(죽음수용, 죽음관심), 생명존중의지(자살억제의지, 중절억제의지, 장기기증의도) 등의 개념적 정의 및 조작적 정의를 재정립하였다. 이로써 개인이 가지고 있는 사생관을 전체적으로 이해할 수 있게 되었으며 사생관의 내부구조를 밝힐 수 있는 도구가 마련된 것이다. 또한 그 동안 일부 요소(예컨대 죽음불안, 죽음관여도 등)와의 관계만이 연구가 가능했던 정신건강이나 심리적 적응 및 심리 사회적 발달과 죽음에 대한 태도의 관계를 사생관 전반에 걸쳐서 보다 체계적으로 검토할 수 있게 되었다.

This paper reports the development work carried out in respect of a proposed application of Neural Network approach for the Korean Next generation Reactor (KNGR) now referred as APR-1400. The emphasis is on establishing the methodology and the approach to be adopted towards realizing this application in the next generation reactors. Keeping in view the advantages and limitation of Artificial Neural Network Approach, the role of ANN has been limited to plant status or to be more precise plant transient monitoring. The simulation work carried out so far and the results obtained shows that artificial neural network approach caters to the requirements of plant status monitoring and qualifies to be incorporated as a part of proposed operator support systems of the referenced nuclear power plant.

The impact of programming languages in the research sector has helped lot of researchers to broaden their view and extend their work without any limitation. More importantly, even the complex problems can be solved in no matter of time while converting them into a programming language. This convenience provides upper hand for the researchers as it places them in a comfort zone where they can work without much stress. With this context, we have converted the research problems in Topology into programming language with the help of Python. In this paper, we have developed a Python program to find the weaker form of closed sets namely alpha closed set, semi closed set, pre closed set, beta closed set and regular closed set.

Control technology has been making remarkable progress in electrical control (E), instrumentation & control (I) and computer control (C) field respectively. In order to rationalize system engineering and simplify system configuration and operation work, so called, EIC are now to be integrated into one system. FUJI has developed it's own E, I&C integrated system, to meet above mentioned market requirements of variety. This paper describes basic concept of FUJI's Integrated Man-Machine Interface, hereinafter called SINGLE CONSOLE, from some view points of E, I, C integration technology.

This work proposes a binomial method for pricing the cliquet options, which provide a guaranteed minimum annual return. The proposed binomial tree algorithm simplifies the standard binomial approach, which is problematic for cliquet options in the computational point of view, or other recent methods, which may be of intricate algorithm or require pre- or post-processing computations. Our method is simple, efficient and reliable in a Black-Scholes framework with constant interest rates and volatilities.
