2004년 1080i로 촬영이 가능한 HDV(High Definition Video) 카메라인 HDR-FX1이 등장한 이후, HDV 포맷을 지원하는 다양한 기종의 카메라 및 레코더의 등장으로 HD해상도의 영상 촬영과 녹화가 가능하게 되었다. 현재는 단 한 대만의 컴퓨터로 구성되어있는 비선형 편집 시스템에서 HDV 영상을 캡쳐하고 편집하여 출력까지 가능한 일이 현실이 되어있다. HDV 포맷은 HD와 같은 해상도와 DV(Digital Video) 와 같은 데이터 전송률을 가지고 있는 것이 특징으로 6mm Mini DV Cassette Tape에서도 데이터의 저장이 가능하다. 이것은 HDV 포맷이 Long GOP (Group of pictures) 개념의 압축방식을 사용하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 HDV 포맷에 대한 특징과 편집에서 중요시 되어야 할 부분, 그리고 HDV의 압축 기반인 Long GOP 에 대한 개념을 정리하여 보다 효율적인 HDV 편집이 가능하도록 하였다.

Purpose: Our research team developed two types of hepatitis B prevention materials: video tape and leaflet. We showed them to two groups of subjects separately, and the effect of education was compared to find out a more effective educational material for preventing hepatitis B. Method: Students at a middle school and a high school, one class for each school year, participated in the five areas of this study. They were educated for hepatitis management using the video tape and the leaflet. Before and after the education, they were tested for knowledge on hepatitis and health belief to analyze the effect of education. Results: 1) The video tape was more effective than the leaflet in delivering hepatitis knowledge and enhancing sensitivity & severity in health belief. 2) Hepatitis knowledge was improved significantly after the education. 3) Sensitivity & severity in health belief was improved significantly after the education. 4) Benefit in health belief was improved significantly after the education. 5) Barrier in health belief decreased significantly after the education. 6) There was a correlation between hepatitis knowledge, sensitivity & severity in health belief and benefit in health belief. Conclusion: We suggest that for preventing hepatitis B it would be helpful to educate students in middle school and high school face to face with educational materials.

Present, we cannot expect the maximum studying effect in a home economics and the drill unit of secondary schools because of several problems. Such problems can be enumerated as follows. 1. The explaination of a making process in texts would be difficult for the students who have a poor understanding to grasp. 2. The much effort would be made due to teacher’s repeated exhibition, by which the progress of a text might be unreasonable. 3. The teachers unaccustomed to the drill might treat it carelessly and become to avoid it. 4. The skill to grasp a general work flow might be lack. Baseing on such problems, this researcher did using a medium of Video in teaching method of home economics. For this purpose, the quality of Video Tape would be important. Above all, we made out the script of Video Tape through advices of specialists in Video medium, majors in home economics, and the students teaching of home economics and the concerned persons, by which we recorded a gather skirt, as a finished goods, especially of the characteristics of each kind of a skirt. Next, we recorded and produced the total steps from a preparation of skirt-making to a finishing as using a V.T.R. shot technique. The Video would be screened and the supplemented explaination of a teacher would be added in a step of instruction. In the development of instruction, students would begin the making. The expected effects according to using Video Tape are as follows. 1. The making order of text would be exhibited by a model directly and the explaination of a narrator would be added concurrently, by which students would understand it easily as confirming each step. 2. All students can watch these steps owing to a close up, one of the V.T.R Techniques. Accordingly, the teacher’s efforts would be decreased and the proper progress of a text could be maintained because of no repeated exhibition of a teacher. 3. To the teachers unaccustomed to and interested in a drill, the medium would become a subsidiary means. 4. Study all steps of a making, students would become to understand the general flow of a work. Therefore, it might be possible to generalize another units of a making. However though this study was designed don a basis of such effects, the using effects based on only the existing study results, and was focused on the production of a medium. Because this research would be a teacher and there was noncooperation of secondary schools, it was impossible to experiment in schools, which was the prime limitation of this study. Therefore we should be experiment further for the continuous studying.

In one VTR(Video Tape Recorder), two or more heads are used to record or reproduce video signals. To obtain a uniform quality of a VTR, video heads should have similar charcteristics such as geometrical shapes and electro-magnetic performances. This research is aimed to develop a visual inspection system that can measure four geoemtrical parameters;HO, HI, Tw and Cw. To obtain a high realable results, DSP based image board and target based image processing algorithms were used. A series of experiments was performed for one thousands of video heads. From observation of the experimental results, the system is found to show good performance for inspection of video heads.

현재 국내 도로에 설치되어 있는 무인교통단속장비는 속도 측정을 위해 루프 검지기를 이용하고 있으며 동 검지기의 신뢰도 평가는 주로 비디오카메라 촬영을 통한 영상프레임분석 방법을 이용하여 왔다. 그러나 영상프레임분석 방법은 국가 공인검사방법으로 인정받고 있지만 무인교통단속장비의 검정 분석 대상이 증가하면 증가할수록 자료 분석에 소요되는 경제적 비용과 소요 시간이 큰 폭으로 늘어나 실무적 어려움을 갖게 되었다. 따라서 차량 속도 측정의 실무적용의 용이성을 확보하기 위해 기존의 영상 프레임 분석 방법을 대체 내지는 보완하여 속도를 실시간으로 분석할 수 있는 새로운 속도 측정 방법의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 영상 프레임 분석 방법을 대체하고 속도정확도를 실시간으로 분석할 수 있는 방안으로써 테이프 스위치 센서를 이용한 속도 측정 시스템을 통하여 동 시스템의 신뢰도 및 현장 적용 여부를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 구성한 테이프 스위치 센서를 이용한 속도 측정 방식과 프레임분석에 의한 기존 방식과의 비교 분석한 결과, 대체 사용하여도 무방한 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 테이프스위치 센서를 이용한 속도측정 장치는 교통단속시스템의 실무적 검수 검정을 단시간 내에 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있어 향후 속도측정용 시험 장비로써 현장 적용 가능성이 매우 높은 것으로 판단된다.

현재 시판중인 비데오는 두개 또는 그 이상의 헤드가 호전하는 드럼에 장착되어 비데오 신호를 기록 또는 재생하고 있다. 대량 생산시 비데오의 일정한 품질관리를 얻기위해서는 드럼에 장착된 헤드의 기하학적 그리고 전기적 특성이 같은 것이어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 헤드의 기하학적 형상을 대별하는 네가지 검사항목 H0, H1, Tw, CW을 자동으로 측정하는 화상기법을 이용한 영상처리알고리즘에 관하여 기술하였다. 1000개의 헤드에 대하여 실험한 결과 현장에 적용할 수 있는 성능을 보였다.

The two objectives of this study were 1) to develop an educational program based on the Self-Efficacy Theory(SET) of Bandura, and 2) to investigate the effects of the educational program on the management of menopause. The investigation process of this study was done in two phases. The first phase was to development an educational program through video tape. A telephone coaching program served as a follow-up to the educational video program and provided encouragement and support to the subjects. The second phase was the experimental stage. This experimentation was conducted to determine whether an educational program based on theory of Bandura would increase self-efficacy and management of menopause. Results : The developed video consisted of 2 parts. Part one discussed symtoms and management of menopause. Part two reflected the vicarious step-by-step success of middle-aged women's of menopause through the effective use of the 5 factors mentioned above. Telephone coaching program served as a followed to the educational video program and provided encouragement and support to the subjects. Total length of video is 32 minutes. Hypothesis stated in phase two were supported by the following result. Experimental group increased general-self-efficacy scores. Experimental group increased concrete-self-efficacy scores. Experimental group increased objective and subjective management of menopause scale.

The purpose of this study was to analyze eroticism shown in the fashion of Lady Gaga's music video. This study methods taken theoretical consideration and then was classified eroticism based on previous studies and was analyzed costumes from Lady Gaga's music video. The results of this study were as follows: Avant-garde style exaggerates shoulders, hips, a hat or uses metal and glossy material, tape, leather and it was expressed into emphasizing or baldly exposing breast. Primitive style was expressed in ethnic style and animal patterns, lingerie look with drastic, bald exposing fashion. Romantic style was expressed using rococo style costume, frill, pleats, decoration and was produces eroticism with see-through look or costume fitting to the body. Sportive style expresses a healthier and erotic image using tight costume in yellow, blue and black while exposing belly and legs. Janus-faced style was expressed by dressing up like a man or using the method of attachment and exposure in clergy's costume. Humorous style was expressed by emphasizing parts of body or costume itself. As examined in the above, Lady Gaga was expressed various eroticism images in her music video and is builds her own sexually appealing.

Periodic longitudinal vibrations of a video and audio tape and the like used for transducing pictures and sounds may be induced by self-excited vibrations which are caused by frictions against the heads and guides, and their eccentricity, noncircularity or irregularity. It is important to analyze the longitudinal vibration of a tape because it causes distortions of a reproduced signal. It is difficult to measure directly the longitudinal vibration. In this paper a method estimating longitudinal vibration using impulse responses in the transverse direction is presented. And, the parameters boundary domain where the transverse and longitudinal vibration can be decoupled is introduced. In the domain where the both vibrations are decoupled, analytic methods using frequency characteristics and transient responses of the transverse vibration, respectively, are presented. The time domain method predicted more exactly the instantaneous phase of the longitudinal vibration than frequency domain method did.
