  • In this paper, the possibility of a UE (User Equipment) incarceration attack using RRCRejecet and RRCRelease in 5G SNPN (Standalone Non-Public Network) is analyzed based on the 3GPP standard document. First, the cell selection and reselection procedures of the UE are analyzed, and then the processing process of the false base station and the UE before and after transmission of RRCReject and RRCRelease is analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it is possible that the false base station that transmits a strong signal causes the victim UE to establish an RRC connection to the false base station itself. In addition, if the false base station transmits an RRCReject message without integrity protection in response to the victim UE's attempt to establish an RRC connection, it is determined that the victim UE can continue to stay in the RRC connection attempt process. On the other hand, it is determined that it is impossible to incarcerate the victim UE by inducing an attempt to establish an RRC connection to another false base station using RRCRelease.

  • According to the pedestrian protection regulations of Europe and Japan, the head injury must not exceed a limitation in the defined test condition for the protection of pedestrians from a vehicle crash. However, it is difficult to evaluate the performance of protection because each regulation has different test conditions such as dummy, impact speed and so on. This circumstance needs the development of a model that describes the anthropometry of the crash victim with a sufficient accuracy. We constructed scaled pedestrian dummies using MADYSCALE. Simulations were performed for various crash speeds and pedestrian postures. The scaled Korean dummies and HybridIII dummies were used to compare the pedestrian dynamic behaviors and head injury criteria during the collision. The HIC values of scaled korean dummies were found to be higher than those of Hybrid III dummies. The impact for gait posture was less than that for standing.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of teenagers' perceptions to bullies according to the classification types of Q-methodology. The results of the analysis were classified in 5 types. Type 1, which was the type geared foward solution, showed that they expressed a strong attitude of sympathy and protection towards the victim. However, they had harbored rage and hostile feelings against the assaulter. For example, when they witnessed the bully in action, they positively intervened in the situation. Type 2, which was the observer type, showed that they thought the victims were to blame for their misfortune. Also, when a friend who was left out in the cold by his classmates, they were just watched without showing any special interest. Type 3, which was the type of conflict, indicated that they believed that the both the victim and the assaulter should have responsibility. In contrast to the previous type, they had sympathy for the friend who was left out in the cold by his classmates, they had the dual feeling that intended to use the bully under the situation with his friend. Type 4, which was the type of assenting, indicated that they assumed an indifferent attitude to the situation, while they implied assenting to the situation of the friend who had a bad relationship with them. Type 5, which was the negative type, showed that they had the negative view to the situation of bully itself so that they did not recognize the bully as the method of revenge for whatever reason. The results of the study showed that the bully increased the factor of stress to school life of the victim or assaulter, even in the subjective position. The perception of the bully should change according to the characteristics of the types of people and it is necessary to study how to cope with the situations.

  • The 「Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Crimes of Domestic Violence」 still has various problems in the legal system and enforcement process. Contrary to the original intention of the legislation, it is operated very passively in terms of state intervention and punishment of domestic violence actors in actual operation. Even if it is treated as a home protection case, if you look at the details of the protection disposition, there is a problem that the decision on the protection disposition is biased towards a specific type of protection disposition. In order to improve this, the need for cooperation and active intervention between state agencies is required. In addition, it is necessary to establish a legal basis for a request for personal protection by recognizing the status of a victim who reported domestic violence as a crime reporter. In addition, in order to secure the effectiveness of the protective disposition, it is necessary to strengthen sanctions for non-compliance or violations of the protective disposition.

  • This paper describes separation distance to protect radiocommunication services from the interference of inductive systems using frequencies below 30 MHz for the co-existence between radiocommunication services and inductive systems. For the analysis, the interference scenario model is proposed between inductive system and radiocommunication services. Then the calculation method of protection distance is suggested by comparing the radiation power of inductive system with the allowable interference level of victim services, radiocommunication services, according to the applied propagation model. Also, the protection distance for protecting radiocommunication services in the 30 MHz below is calculated through the interference analysis from RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and PDP(Plasma Display Panel) TV based on the suggested method. The proposed calculation method was adopted as ITU-R recommendation in related with resolution 63 at ITU-R SG(Study Group) 1 meeting in June, 2012. It will be available to use for the protection of radiocommunication services from the interference of wireless power transfer system and power line telecommunication system.
