발파진동 예측방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Prediction Method of Blasting Vibration)

  • In order to predict method of blasting vibration in ground and it's resident located around blasting field in urban area, blasting vibration characteristics were measured the vibration velocity(cm/sec), vibration acceleration($cm/sec^2$), vibration acceleration level(dB) and vibration level(dB(V)). The charged powder were used to 1.25kg and measuring sites were 25 points front 4m to 90m at the ground. The correlation of vibration velocity, vibration acceleration, vibration acceleration level and vibration level by square root scaled distance and cube root scaled distance were investigated. The correlation of PPV(peak particle velocity) velocity by SRSD(square root scaled distance) and CRSD(cube root scaled distance) was 0.85 and 0.86 and the correlation of PVS(peak vector sum) velocity by SRSD and CRSD was 0.82. Also vibration acceleration, vibration acceleration level and vibration level by SRSD and CRSD was 0.61, 0.62 and 0.82, respectively. As results, the vibration velocity and vibration level(dB(V)) was showed good correlation, but the vibration acceleration and vibration acceleration level was not showed good correlation.

  • The vibration level (dB(V)) and vibration velocity (cm/sec) on the ground and buildings due to the differences of the measuring sites from the blasting source was investigated. To compare with vibration level and vibration velocity theirs magnitude was not surely directly proportional and vibration velocity 0.1 cm/sec was $45\~50$ dB(V). The difference between the measured vibration level and the calculated vibration level by Ejima's equation using vibration velocity PVS(peak vector sum) showed $21.0\~30.9$ dB(V) on the ground, $15.3\~23.6$ dB(V) on the apartment, respectively. And the correlation of vibration velocity and nitration level at the measuring sites of lower altitude showed higher than that of higher altitude.

  • To compare blasting vibration at blasting construction field in urban area, the vibration level (dB(V)) and vibration velocity (cm/sec) on the ground and the structure of buildings due to the differences of the measuring sites from the blasting source is investigated and the difference between the measured vertical vibration level and the calculated vibration level by using vibration velocity PVS and the correlation between vibration velocity and vibration level and is studied in the thesis.

  • This survey was carried out to provide a sound and a vibration level of bridges on the Han river. A sound and a vibration level of 6 bridges(Ban po, Cheon ho, Olympic, Jam soo, Young dong, Dong ho) were measured. The X-axis vibration level($L_{10}$) was $42{\sim}60$ dB(H), Y-axis vibration level was $41{\sim}52$ dB(H) and Z-axis vibration level was $44{\sim}77$ dB(V). The Z-axis vibration level($L_{10}$) on the midpoint of bridges was 68 dB(V), and on the joint point was 56 dB(V). The sound level was $77{\sim}84$ dB(A). The sound level of Jam soo bridge was higher than any other bridges.

진동 규제기준에 따른 인체의 허용 한계거리 예측 (The Prediction of Allowable Limit Distance about Human Body by Vibration Regulation)

  • The shock vibration such as machine vibration, blasting vibration etc. has effect on nearby structure as well as human body. The purpose of this study is to predict allowable limit distance of vibration about human body. First of all, vibration velocity such as PPV, PVS was measured by shock vibration experiment, and vibration level was calculated by conversion formula of vibration velocity. And then, allowable limit distance was analyzed by converted vibration level. The results are as follows : Firstly, the correlation coefficient of converted vibration level was over R=0.94, and vibration level caused by PVS was usually represented to high curve line. Secondly, the cross point of vibration level between ground and concrete condition was represented to 66.68dB(V), and allowable limit distance was represented to difference over three times when vibration regulation was raised from 65dB(V) to 80dB(V).

  • This paper considers the Maximum Pesponse Spectrum for the random vibration, sinusoidal vibration, linear sweep vibration. The random vibration quality levels and the sinusoidal vibration quality level are compared using MRS. And the severity between the vibration test specification and real environments using Maximum Response Spectrum are also compared using it.

  • 발파진동속도(PVS, PPV, $V_V$)와 진동레벨과의 관계식을 산출하기 위해서 동일한 위치에서 동시에 측정한 진동속도와 진동레벨의 자료를 회귀분석 하였다. 회귀분석결과 발파진동속도와 진동레벨과의 상관관계는 좋았다. 이 연구결과 진동레벨과 진동속도와의 관계식들은 환경진동의 평가 및 관리에 유용하게 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this study, the train-induced vibration was measured at many locations at/around the actual service lines and the data base was constructed using the measurement results. The characteristics of train induced ground vibration was categorized and the empirical ground vibration estimating equations were developed. On the ground area (level grounds, embankments, cut sections), the vibration estimating equations were developed in terms of ground vibration level which was related with the distance from the source. Especially for the cut section areas, the vibration levels were expressed with the vibration receiving point expressed by the ratio of vertical distance to horizontal distance(V/H) from the source. As a result, when V/H is 0.96, the vibration estimating equation gives a minimum vibration level.

The 250g and 750g of charged powder were used at the apartment and at the ground, respectively. In the measurement of the ground, Z(perpendicularity) axis was the highest value in vibration level, but vertical axis was the highest value at 25m point and longitudinal axis was the highest value at 50m point in vibration velocity. The amount of measurement was high value when measuring point is higher than blasting source, while that of measurement was low value when measuring point is lower than blasting source. In the measurement of the apartment, 2 axis was the highest value in vibration level, but in vibration velocity transverse axis was the highest value at ground, was vertical axis at 1st floor, was longitudinal axis at 3rd floor and was vertical and longitudinal axis at 5th floor. The vibration level and the vibration velocity of 50m point showed higher correlation value than 25m point at the ground, but those of 25m point showed higher correlation value than 50m point at the apartment.
