this paper present an efficient line-drawing algorithm that reduces the amount of space required, Because of its efficiency , this line-drawing algorithm is faster than the Bresenham algorithm or the recursive bisection method. this efficiency was achieved through a new data structure; namely , the modified segment tree (MST). Using the modified segment tree and the distribution rule suggested in this paper, we dra lines without generating the recursive calls used in [3] and without creating the binary operation used in [4]. we also show that line accuracy improves in proportion to the display resolution . In practice, we can significantly improve the algorithm's performance with respect to time and space, This improvement offer an increase in speed, specially with lines at or near horizontal, diagonal. or vertical ; that is, this algorithm requires the time complexity of (n) and the space complexity O(2k+1), where n is the number of pixels and k is a level of the modified segment tree.

현행 NTSC TV 방식은 매우 정교하지만, 몇가지 본질적인 문제를 갖고 있다. 실제 TV 시스템에서의 문제중의 하나가 수직방향에서의 화질열화를 초래하는 비월주사에 의한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 Pseudomedian 필터를 이용한 비월주사에서 순차주사로의 변환방식을 제안하였다. 제안된 방식은 기존의 미디안 필터를 이용한 처리방식과는 달리 동일 필드내에서 처리가 이루어지기 때문에, 필드 메모리없이 구현될 수 있으며, 성능은 미디안 필터방식에 근사한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 방식과 기존의 방식을 비교하였다.

본 논문에서는 SVC 복호화기에서 각 계층간 Inter layer 업-샘플링을 효과적으로 구현하기 위한 하드웨어 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 구조에서 수직, 수평 방향 업-샘플링을 위한 register bank와 보간 모듈이 설계된다. 제안 구조를 사용하여 SRAM 메모리가 감소되고 JSVM과 비교해서 약 41%의 메모리 밴드위스가 감소되었다.

A preceding companion article introduced the slot jet approach for large-scale quasi-steady modelling of a downburst outflow. This article extends the approach to model the time-dependent features of the outflow. A two-dimensional slot jet with an actuated gate produces a gust with a dominant roll vortex. Two designs for the gate mechanism are investigated. Hot-wire anemometry velocity histories and profiles are presented. As well, a three-dimensional, subcloud numerical model is used to approximate the downdraft microphysics, and to compute stationary and translating outflows at high resolution. The evolution of the horizontal and vertical velocity components is examined. Comparison of the present experimental and numerical results with field observations is encouraging.

We developed an a-Si TFT-LCD panel with integrated gate driver circuit using a standard 5-MASK process. To minimize the effect of the a-Si TFT current and LC's capacitance variation with temperature, we developed a new a-Si TFT circuit structure and minimized coupling capacitance by changing vertical architecture above gate driver circuit. Integration of gate driver circuit on glass substrate enables single chip and 3-side free panel structure in a-Si TFT-LCD of QVGA(240$^{\ast}$320) resolution. And using double ASG structure the dead space of TFT-LCD panel could be further decreased.

본 논문은 민간항공 운송 여객기의 사용을 중심으로 국가공역의 효율적이고도 경제적인 활용을 위한 국제민간항공운송사회의 노력과 공역의 설계, 관리 및 규제요인을 고찰하고 선진항공국가의 공역관리정책과 운영 관리 설태를 분석하였으며, 국내의 특수목적 공역활용을 전제로, 기능적인 공역봉쇄개념의 도입을 통한 군. 빈 공역사용자 집단의 화합과 형평성 보장을 통해, 국가공역체계의 운영을 활성화하기 위한 정책방향을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is the real-time shape measurement of three-dimensional object by using color coded information. The paper relates to non-contact optical measurements of surface profiles or displacements, because of optical measurement systems are advantageous over using mechanical sensing, their relatively high speed and non-destructive capabilities. Therefore is particularly useful for three dimensional sensing which requires high horizontal and vertical resolution of measurements over a wide range thereof. Each a red, blue, green by using a inherence colors of hue value are good point.

Two MODIS instruments on board the Terra and Aqua Satellites are operational for global remote sensing of the land, ocean and atmosphere. Atmospheric sounding data with a high spatial resolution from MODIS will provide a wealth of useful information. The vertical air temperature and moisture data were retrieved using the MODIS data, and compared with the radiosonde data obtained in the Korean Peninsula. The correlation coefficient are 0.99 and 0.89 for air temperature and moisture cases, respectively. Air temperature data were relatively good agreement, but the moisture data from MODIS were underestimated.

We developed a prototype force plate equipped with five load cells, a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter and three integrated circuits. The force plate displays the center of foot pressure, the magnitude and two (vertical and anterior-posterior) directions of the ground reaction force on a personal computer monitor. Although the force plate data are valid only for two directions, it can be a preliminary version of a more versatile 3 dimensional force plate in terms of the resolution and reliability.

Some features of vertical structure of the frontal interaction zone of the warm Kuroshio Current and cold Oyashio Current are known from 1930 from analysis of ship data. Ship data however do not allow carrying out the area detailed survey opposite to satellite infrared (IR) observations which possess by high spatial and temporal resolution. Analysis of NOAA AVHRR IR images demonstrated that process of formation and development of the Kuroshio warm core rings is highly complex. They are formed as a result of development of anticyclonic meanders of the warm Kuroshio waters and spin off them from the current. Joint analysis of thermal infrared images and altimetry data has also indicated that interaction of eddies to the frontal zone plays a crucial role in formation of large eddies moving to the Southern Kuril region.
