The venture businesses deal with various kinds of hazard factors, that is, substances, processes and techniques, which have not been investigated. Nevertheless, the safety management systems of venture businesses are not systematic until now. And also it is very difficult to find out the cases of foreign advanced countries. In this study a questionnaire which investigate the present states of safety management system, have been excuted for 358 venture businesses. As a result, the present states of safety management system of venture business are assessmented, and the supporting direction of the safety management for venture business is proposed.

This study is to search for the core factors of improving competitiveness of small and medium venture manufacturing company in electric and electronic industry and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company in electric and electronic industry. The report is analyzed how the relationship between the quality management system that was discussed in existing literature and the core factors of absorbing capability impact to the enterprise management performance.

Inspire of increasing importance of entrepreneurs for successful new venture creation, structured educational programs for entrepreneur development are very limited in Korea. Based on the survey of existing academic programs and interviews with entrepreneurs, this study presents a new education system for entrepreneurial management and new venture creation. Specifically, seven venture educational programs are suggested. As degree programs, ⅰ) new venture interdisciplinary program and ⅱ) venture MBA program are presented. Also, ⅲ) advanced venture management program, ⅳ) venture capitalist training program, and ⅴ) potential entrepreneur training program are suggested as non-degree programs. In addition, special and supporting programs such as ⅵ) technological entrepreneurship seminar and vii) new venture forum are explained. Finally, some examples of typical entrepreneurial management courses are presented and policy implications are suggested.

Venture Creation Management in the USA has been very successful since World War II. The venture creation management education has made the venture enterprises' management successful in the USA. Thus, this study compared the venture creation management education of Korea with that of the USA and provided the strategic suggestions for successful venture creation management in Korea.

The results of this study on problems and activation plans of venture business are as follows. First, to ensure substantiality of venture business 1) To prepare and support venture investment capital. 2) To make eggective use of founding capital of venture business. 3) To establish the overall supporting system for founding of venture business. 4) To maintain and ensure manpower for venture business. Second. to prepare investment base for venture business 1) To induce the enlargement of venture investment unions. 2) To ensure the sound trust of KOSDAQ. 3) To permantly setup angel capital investment market. 4) To ensure joint system for R&D and knowledge management, and so forth. Third, to promote environment for the founding of venture business 1) To enlarge and roar business incubator (BI) 2) To establish acts of venture complex. 3) To uplift creative tension feeling and entrepreneurship. 4) To maximum the support for adminstration approvals, and so forth. Fourth, to make global strategy for venture business 1) To furnish oversea venture chances for globaligation to venture business. 2) To operate information network. 3) To establish integrating system of oversea support offices. Fifth, to support capital and tax 1) To activate functions of investment organs. 2) To increase the number of venture investment company. 3) To permanently organige angel capitalists. 4) To reduce and exampt the corporation tax, and the like. Above mentioned results of this study have to be practiced, and in future, subdivided studies will be needed.

Recently, Korean economy is boosted by the active introduction of many venture businesses full of entrepreneurship. It has been widely accepted implicitly that success of the venture business originates from unique style of knowledge management. This assumption looks natural when we consider the fact that success of the venture business heavily depends on differentiated intelligent asset or knowledge. However, such implicit belief has never been tested empirically. To fill the research void like this, this paper proposes an empirical derivation of key success factors from the venture businesses listed in KOSDAQ. To add rigor to our results, we performed regression analysis by using the derived key success factors as independent variables, and introducing organization efficiency, job satisfaction, and accomplishment motivation as dependent variables. Regression results showed that our approach is justified from the statistical perspective.

Purpose: This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.

This paper examines the investment efficiency of Korean venture capitals during 1987~2006 (20 years), focusing on their selection capability. Despite the Korean government's efforts, venture capital industry has evolved in a slow speed. Since the genesis of venture paradigm in Korea at 1997, venture capital industry as a macro unit has been fully discussed in Korean contexts. But venture capital's activities at micro level regarding each investment's outcome have not been examined. This study attempts to fill the voids of micro knowledge about each investment success rates by venture capitals. We analyzed venture investment records in 4,791 venture startups and their success rates. Their investment criteria were relevant to high potential industries and amount of tangible assets. But their criteria were not relevant to R&D intensity and financial growth of venture firms, which may indicate low level of maturity about Korean venture capital industry. We found that Korean venture capital's investment pattern may be originated from the low return of investment, so that efficiency of IPO markets is a prerequisite for the upgrade of venture capitals' efficiency. Some policy implications are discussed.

And this study provides the directions for developing tax support system in Local Tax Law related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax supporting for venture company in Local Tax Law are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.
