사상의학적(四象醫學的)으로 접근한 파킨슨 증후군 환자 치험 6례 : 균형 및 보행분석을 중심으로 (6 Case Reports on Parkinson's Disease Patients Treated by Sasang Constitutional Medicine: Focused on Stance and Gait Analysis)

  • Objectives Gait disorders are incapacitating symptoms of Parkinson's disease(PD). Here, we report improvements of patients diagnosed with PD treated by Sasang Constitutional Medicine, focused on gait and balance analysis. Methods The patients diagnosed with PD were treated on the basis of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and their stance and gait status were analyzed by zebris Medical GmbH. To evaluate other general symptoms related with PD, GAS scale, NRS scale, H&Y scale and UPDRS were used. Results Stride length, velocity, stance phase, lateral symmetry were improved in all 6 patients. Other symptoms related to Parkinson's disease were reduced, along with the improvements in GAS scale, NRS scale, H&Y scale and UPDRS score. Conclusion This case study showed Sasang Constitutional Medicine is effective in various symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Especially in regard to the stance and gait status, the improvements were assessed accurately with Gait analysis.

저궤도 위성체의 모델링 및 자세제어 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Modelling and Attitude Control Techniques of LEO Satellite)

  • 반작용과 자이로를 사용하는 저궤도 위성체의 3축 제어에서 반작용휠은 휠 속도나 운동량으로 제어토크를 만들고 자이로는 자세각과 자세각속도를 측정한다. 본 논문에서 저궤도 위성체의 다이나믹 모델링은 기본적인 본체만을 고려한 강체에 태양전지판 등을 고려한 연성체의 회전운동방정식과 반작용휠로 구성된다. 강인제어기$(H_\infty)$는 외란에 의한 모델이 가변될 수 있는 강체 및 연성체를 포함한 플랜트를 안정화시키기 위해 적용하였으며, 기존 저궤도 위성체를 안정화시키기 위해 사용된 PI 제어기와 성능을 비교하여 자세제어에 필요한 위상제어의 우수성을 보여주는데 있다.

  • 스월 제트 전단층 제어에 관한 인공적 방법의 가능성을 연구하기 위해 전단 자극장치가 제안되었다. 주요 구성품으로는 두개의 동심 아음속 노즐 그리고 유동 자극 생성을 위한 내부 돌기 등이다. 돌기의 숫자는 방위각 방향의 다양한 모드를 유도 할 수 있도록 변화가 가능하다. 획득된 속도 결과는 평면 contour plot과 공간 입자 궤적으로 표현하였다. 다양한 자극 모드에서의 결과 값들이 기준 값(무자극)과 비교되었다. 결과적으로, 새로 고안된 기법이 스월 유동 와류 구조 제어에 있어 효과적인 방법임이 입증되었다.

차륜의 찰상결함 진단을 위한 켑스트럼 분석 방법 연구 (A Study on Cepstrum Analysis for Wheel Flat Detection in Railway Vehicles)

  • Since defects in the wheels of railway vehicles, which occur due to wears with the rail, cause serious damage to the running device, the diagnostic monitoring system for condition-based maintenance is required to secure the driving safety. In this paper, we studied to apply a useful Cepstrum analysis to detect periodic structure in spectrum among the vibration signal processing techniques for the fault diagnosis of a rotating body such as wheel. In order to analyze in variations of train velocity, the Cepstrum analysis was performed after a domain change of the vibration signal from time domain to rotation angle domain. When domains change, it is important to use a interpolation for a uniform interval of the rotation angle. Finally, the Cepstrum analysis for wheel flat detection was verified by using the vibration signal including the disturbance resulting from the rail irregularities and the vibration of bogie components.

  • 본 논문에서는 유전 알고리즘을 사용하여 PID의 각 계수를 자동적으로 조정함으로써 DC 서보모터의 속도제어에 적용하였다. DC 서보모터는 산업현장 및 로봇분야에 널리 적용되고 있으며 적절한 제어성능을 얻기 위하여 많은 시행착오에 의한 다양한 제어방법이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 산업현장, 플랜트의 변화 및 외란에 강인한 제어알고리즘을 선택하기가 매우 어려우며 많은 시행착오를 통하여 원하는 계수값을 얻어 낼 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 DC 서보모터의 제어성능을 향상시키기 위하여 유전 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 우수한 응답특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

저손실 자기부상 시스템 개발 (Development of Low Loss Magnetic Levitation System)

  • In this paper, a low loss magnetic levitation(Maglev) system is suggested and tested. The suggested Maglev system includes four hybrid magnets which consist of permanent magnet and coil. In the steady state, the levitated module system can be supported by attraction force generated by permanent magnet. The coil current controls only dynamic loads due to external disturbances. The module systems are designed by using finite element method(FEM) software tools such as MAXWELL and ANSYS. Also, digital control systems are designed to keep the magnet airgap at a constant value. The control systems include a VME(versa module europa)-based CPU(central processing unit) board, AD(analog to digital) board, PWM(pulse width modulation) board, 4-quadrant chopper, and sensors. In order to estimate the vertical velocity of the magnet, we use second order state observer with acceleration and gap signals as input and output signals, respectively. The characteristics of the suggested low loss Maglev system are demonstrated by experimental results showing coil current of 0A in the steady state of 3m airgap and performance specifications are satisfied for reference gap and force disturbance.

Large Eddy Simulation of a High Subsonic Jet and Noise Generation

  • For the purpose of improving accuracy in jet noise prediction and investigating its generation mechanism, high subsonic jets were computed by using compressible Large Eddy Simulation(LES), wherein the inflow forcing or disturbance added in the inflow shear layer was incorporated. The far-field Sound Pressure Levels(SPL) as well as the flow field resulted in good agreement with available experimental data by applying only the high azimuthal modes among the inflow forcing parameters. We found that this result was due to an important role of the inflow forcing upon breaking down the axiymmetric vortices that caused high amplitude velocity and pressure fluctuations. In order to examine generation mechanism of the dominant noise component, wavelet transformation was introduced to reveal the presence of a well-organized structure of pressure fluctuations that originated mainly from vortex motions near the end of the jet potential core. This structure took a train of alternately positive and negative wavelet-transformed pressure regions along the jet distance, spreading towards the downstream with advection and propagation. It was concluded that this structure and its dynamic motion are the reason why a high subsonic jet produces the dominant noise with a particular downstream directivity.

CFD 시뮬레이션 기반 초임계 LNG용 사인함수 PCHE 설계 (Design of sinusoidal shape channel PCHEs for supercritical LNG based on CFD simulation)

  • Printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE) is a compact heat exchanger with good heat transfer performance, high structure integrity, and reliability over a wide range of temperatures and pressures. Instead of the traditional zigzag and straight shape channel, the sinusoidal shape channel was adopted in this study to investigate the relation of thermal-hydraulic performance and waviness factors (period and amplitude). The local flow characteristics and the heat flux distribution were compared to verify the effects of period and amplitude on heat transfer performance. As the period of channel becomes shorter, the rapid change of the flow direction can produce high flow separation around the corner leading to the disturbance of the boundary layer opposite wall. The nonuniform distribution of flow velocity appeared around the corner positions can promote fluid mixing and lead to higher thermal performance. An evaluation index was used to compare the comprehensive performance of PCHE considering the Nusselt number and Fanning factor. Based on the simulation results, the optimal design parameters of PCHE channel shape were found that the channel with an equivalent bending angle of 15° offers the highest heat flux capacity.

회전운동 제어시스템을 위한 고성능 추적제어기의 설계 (High-Performance Tracking Controller Design for Rotary Motion Control System)

  • A robust tracking controller design was developed for a rotary motion control system. The friction force versus the angular velocity was measured and modeled as a combination of linear and nonlinear components. By adding a model-based friction compensator to a nominal proportional-integral-derivative controller, it was possible to build a simulated control system model that agreed well with the experimental results. A zero-phase error tracking controller was selected as the feedforward tracking controller and implemented based on the estimated closed-loop transfer function. To provide robustness against external disturbances and modeling uncertainties, a disturbance observer was added in the position feedback loop. The performance improvement of the overall tracking controller structure was verified through simulations and experiments.

금강유역의 어류상과 서식지 적합도 지수 산정 (Estimation of Fish Fauna and Habitat Suitability Index in the Geum River Basin)

  • 금강수계에서 어류상과 서식지 적합도 지수(HSI: habitat suitability indexes)를 산정하기 위하여 2007년 10월부터 2009년 3월까지 23개 지점을 선정하여 어류 채집을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 어류상, 상대풍부도 및 생물다양도 등을 포함한 하천의 건강성 평가를 실시하고, 우점종에 대하여 서식지 적합도 지수를 산정하였다. 모든 지점에서 채집된 어류는 총 11과 50종 6188개체였다. 한국고유종은 감돌고기(Pseudopungtungia nigra) 및 각시붕어(Rhodeus uyekii) 등 21종(42%)이 출현하였다. 출현어종중 개체수 구성비가 가장 높은 종은 피라미(Zacco platypus)로 34.3%를 차지하였고, 다음은 참갈겨니(Z. koreanus) 10.2%, 쉬리(Coreoleuciscus splendidus) 8.4% 등의 순으로 나타났다. 대부분 지점에서 우점종으로 나타난 피라미(Z. platypus)의 서식지 적합도 지수는 수심 0.1~0.9m, 유속 0~0.9m/s 및 하상재료 실트(<0.1mm)~호박돌(100.0~300.0mm)로 나타났다. 본 조사결과 금강수계 23개 지점에서 한국고유종 및 멸종위기종이 다수 출현하는 것으로 조사되어 보존 및 보호대책이 필요하다.
