모빌리티(mobility) 서비스는 정보통신기술(ICT)를 활용하여 이동 수단에 대한 수요자와 공급자를 연계시켜 주는 서비스로서, 현재의 교통시스템에서 사용자가 느끼는 불편을 감소시키고 환경적인 지속가능성 증대를 지향하는 서비스이다. 최근 그 사용이 점차 증가하고 있으며 학계 및 산업계의 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 차량 모빌리티 서비스 이용의도 증가와 관련된 주요 영향요인들을 도출하고, 그 영향력에 대해 서비스 유형별(차량호출 vs. 차량공유 서비스) 그룹과 세대별(MZ세대 vs. X세대) 그룹 간 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 비교 연구 결과, 서비스 유형 그룹 간 사용자 혜택의 차이가 나타났고, 세대 그룹 간 사용자 혜택 및 모빌리티 플랫폼에 대한 태도의 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 비교 연구를 통해, 차량 모빌리티 서비스의 이용 세대별, 서비스 종류별로 이용의도 증가에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 요인이 무엇이고 어떠한 차이점이 있는지를 검증하고, 주 이용자 타깃층과 서비스 종류에 따라 차량 모빌리티 서비스 활성화를 위해 지식 경영 측면에서 고려해야 할 주요 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The Service sector has increased in importance over the last decade in troops. Military included public sector, but has very different peculiarity from other public institution. So it's necessary that developing an evaluation tool that measuring service quality and customer satisfaction for troops. This study was conducted to identify tile service quality factors which are utilized to measure military vehicle maintenance service quality and customer satisfaction. In this paper, developing a Structural Equation Model at 'three dimensional model of service quality', and it is applied to customers of military vehicle maintenance service.

In this paper, study of vehicle fire cases caused by connector and power wiring of anti-lock brake system(ABS) module damage is presented. The purpose of ABS module is to improve braking and steering ability under sudden stop of the vehicle by repeatedly activating and releasing the brake with electric signal via electric control unit. The electric control unit for ABS may experience incomplete contact between power line and signal line or electrical breakdown on the printed circuit board by undergoing repetitive signal change which would consequently result in electrical heat and spark, eventually leading to automotive fire. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide fundamental data by analyzing connector and power wiring of ABS module damage conducive to the precise investigation on the cause of vehicle fire.

5세대 통신기술(5G)의 등장에 따라 4차 산업혁명 관련 첨단기술과 융합한 다양한 통신 서비스가 나타나고 있다. 그 중, 5G 기술의 효과적 실용적 활용을 위해 본 논문에서는 IT 전문가들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 그 결과 5G 기술과 융합하여 가장 많은 서비스 활성화를 이끌 수 있는 4차 산업혁명 분야로서 자율주행차가 선정되었다. 이를 기반으로, 5G 기반 자율주행차 활용 산업 및 서비스 분류체계를 개발함으로써 자율주행차를 활용한 신사업 개발 및 새로운 비즈니스 모델개발을 지원하는 기틀을 제공하였다. 이와 더불어, 개발된 새로운 자율주행자동차 산업-서비스 분류체계를 통해 연계 Matrix를 작성하여 향후 차세대 자율 주행차가 활용될 수 있는 분야에 대한 실용적인 산업-서비스 개발을 위한 가이드라인을 제공하고자 한다.

The basic point of a vehicle recall is to remove vehicle defects as soon as possible and thus prevent possible road traffic accidents caused by the defects beforehand. Therefore, the core of vehicle recall under the self-certification system consists of a timely response and fast remedy of defects. The present study aimed to deduce a plan for improvement of the system necessary for the fast remedy of defects through a phased analysis of defect investigation procedure based on defect investigation statistical data. There will be a need to make the TSB(Technical Service Bulletin) or service campaign data submission of a manufacturer compulsory for the collection of broad defect information in the stage of information analysis and to impose a higher penalty when the manufacturer violates the data submission in the investigation stage. In addition, it is considered that an active service campaign should be induced and a punishment for late recall will be needed for consumer protection.

전기자동차의 증가에 따라 공공장소의 전기자동차 충방전 기반시설 또한 급격히 늘어나고 있다. 전기자동차의 충방전을 위해서는 보안상의 취약점을 최소화하기 위해 전기자동차와 서비스 제공자가 서로의 신원을 확인하는 상호인증과정 후에 층방전 서비스를 시작하여야 한다. 본고에서는 해쉬함수와 메시지 인증코드를 사용하여 전기자동차와 충방전 서비스 제공자간의 양방향 인증 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 효율적인 충방전 시스템의 운영에 대해 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 외부로 부터의 공격에 강한 내성을 가지며 충방전 서비스 이용자의 개인정보를 효과적으로 보호할 수 있다.

The service running of driverless rail vehicle has been required by various social and commercial issue. Currently, the new domestic line between Bu-san and Gim-hae is plan to be provided the LRV(Light Rail Vehicle) with driverless operation firstly in domestic service. These driverless vehicle have some major properties to make it lower the operating and maintenance cost, however on the other side, it unavoidably raise some potential hazard to make it lower the passenger safety because it is hard to take care immediately in emergency state during vehicle running. Therefore it is highly requested that we should consider various conditions at design stage to manufacture and operate the safest vehicle. Therefore, in this paper, we will survey the design concept of vehicle interior facilities based on the previous experience, (1) The difference of interior facilities between normal and driverless vehicle, (2) design and operational concept of passenger side door function to find out best application for domestic line driverless vehicle.

Recently the car tuning has become a trailblazing and creative culture that expresses the personality of the owner. In this paper, the "Car-Vatar", which is the compound word formed from the words "Car" and "Avatar", has been developed to investigate car tuning on the metaverse engineering platform. The Car-Vatar has been developed as a web-based vehicle dynamic simulation service for providing information about car tuning. That has been focused on investigating diverse vehicular performances, such as acceleration, braking, handling and fuel efficiency, according to the tuning vehicles and tuning parts on the virtual engineering platform. The Car-Vatar platform has provided two major services; one is real-time 3D tuning information system for the dress-up and performance-up tuning parts, the other is diverse vehicle dynamics system for the performance-up tuning parts. To check the validation of the Car-Vatar platform, the comparison between virtual simulation results and driving test results has been discussed on various driving environments.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the future direction of in-vehicle app development and service, the relationship between potential customers' intention to use and the factors that affect it was explored. It was also checked whether the two types of app development platform and the experience of the existing smartphone app platform had a moderating effect on these relationships. Design/methodology/approach Data was gathered through surveys, collecting responses from 904 potential consumers of vehicle app services in Korea. Structural equation modeling was utilized to analyze the data. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, it was found that potential customers considered enjoyment as the most important benefit factor in in-vehicle app service, and the most important external factor affecting enjoyment was functional compatibility with smartphone. The type of vehicle app development platform did not have a meaningful moderating effect on the factor relationship, whereas the smartphone app platform experience showed a meaningful moderating effect on the relationship between factors. It was analyzed that the risk of app performance, personal information privacy, and driving safety data did not have a negative effect on the intention to use the vehicle app service.

자동차와 이동통신기술이 융합된 커넥티드 카 산업이 새로운 블루오션으로 주목받고 있고, 휴대용 전자기기(스마트폰, 태블릿 PC, MP3 플레이어 등)와 자동차를 연결한 각종 인포테인먼트(infotainment) 서비스들도 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 커낵티드 카란 자동차가 주변과 실시간으로 소통하며 운전자에게 안전과 편의를 제공한다는 개념으로 차량 연결성(Connectivity)을 강조하고 자동차에 사물인터넷(IoT)을 채용하여 플랫폼으로 활용, 현재는 실시간 내비게이션, 주차 보조기능, 원격차량제어 및 관리 서비스뿐만 아니라 e-Mail, 멀티미디어 스트리밍, SNS 등 엔터테인먼트 서비스를 지원하고 있다. 지능형 자동차 네트워크는 MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network)의 한 종류로 도로 상의 자동차들의 안전한 운행 및 운행 효율성 제고 등을 위해 연구되고 있다. 급변하는 운행 정보 제공을 위해 지능형 자동차 네트워크는 자동차와 자동차간의 통신(V2V, Vehicle to Vehicle), 자동차와 인프라스트럭처 간의 통신(V2I, Vehicle to Infrastructure), V2X(Vehicle to Nomadic) 등으로 구성된다.
