전압원인버어터의 최적스위칭패턴 (Optimal Switching Pattern of Voltage Source Inverter)

  • 本 論文은 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)인버어터의 스위칭作用에 의해서 發生하는 高周波 影響을 最小化하기 위한 Suboptimal PAWM(Pulse Amplitude Width Modulation)을 提示하였다. 本 方式은 Suboptimal PWM에서 THD(Total Harmonic Distorition)가 最小가 되는 固定點(基本波 電壓 u1=1.2)에서 하나의 스위칭패턴을 決定하였다. 그리고 電壓은 DC Link에서 DC Chopper에 의해 制御하게 하고 인버어터에서는 단지 高周波만을 制御하도록 하였다. 本 方式은 3相 誘導電動機의 VSD(Variable Speed Drive)에 適用하여 電動機의 騷音, 인버어터의 線間電壓 및 電流, 電流高周波 스펙트럼을 測定하였으며, 他 方式과 比較해 보았다. 그 結果로부터 本 方式의 妥當性을 立證할 수 있었다.

  • To get high efficiency in variable speed control of induction motor it is required that the vector control should be separated from flux components current and torque component current. In this paper the vector control is modeled by the estimation of the stator flex. Representing induction motor speed controller as a digital system with he use of he 32bit DSP improves the motor control performance The IGBT is used as the switching device and the validity of the proposed vector control is proved through voltage current wave and the characteristics of the velocity response as the drive circuit being simplified

  • This paper describes variable speed drive and power control of a doubly fed induction machine(DFIM) for wind energy generation without rotational transducers. A stator flux orientation scheme and rotor speed estimator are employed to achieve decouple control of active and reactive power. To verify the theoretical analysis, a 5-hp DFIM prototype system and PWM power converter are built. Results of computer simulation are presented to support the discussion.

  • The computer simulation of speed and phase control system has been carried out in this study. The load of permanent magnet type synchronous motor is not constant in this system. The cost function method has been used in obtaining the optimal gain of PI controller and the rotor position angle of phase controller has been compensated depending on the load and speed variation. This analysis also shows that the current of d-axis component is zero under the variable a load conditions and the torque per unit current can be maximized.

  • As the model of most practical system cannot be obtained, the practice of typical control method is limited. Accordingly, numerous artificial intelligence control methods have been used widely. Fuzzy control and neural network control have been an important point in the developing process of the field. This paper is proposed adaptive fuzzy-neural network based on the vector controlled interior permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system. The fuzzy-neural network is first utilized for the speed control. A model reference adaptive scheme is then proposed in which the adaptation mechanism is executed using fuzzy-neural network. Also, this paper is proposed estimation of speed of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor using artificial neural network controller. The back-propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed. The error between the desired state variable and the actual one is back-propagated to adjust the rotor speed, so that the actual state variable will coincide with the desired one. The back-propagation mechanism is easy to derive and the estimated speed tracks precisely the actual motor speed. This paper is proposed the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the new method.

  • Because of the convenience of variable speed control and proportion of input current and torque, DC servo motor has been used as an actuator. With increasing development speed of robot and factory automation machinery, the actuator of excellent control characteristics is demanded. In this paper, The control characteristics of DC servo motor is tested by Fuzzy control with microprocessor and DC servo motor controller is designed for drive of the cartesian coordinate type robot. The control characteristics experimentation is realized to one axis position, two axes coordinate and circular motion control by experimental equipments.

  • This paper describes the BLDC motor which is applicated for a top front loading domestic washing machine. This motor is adopted direct drive washing machine without gear-belt-pulley system. Because gear box is removed, machine volume and noise are reduced. Moreover mechanical troubles in gear box are removed. Realization of variable speed region through of PWM control and high speed is able to efficient washing and spinning.

  • 본 논문은 SRM 의 가변속 구동을 위한 디지털 방식 인버터에 관한 연구이다. 전동기의 속도제어를 위해 고정스위치각과 가변전압제어방식을 사용하였으며 이는 평탄 상전류를 얻어 토오크 맥동을 저감하고 상제어를 위한 위상각 제어를 하지 않아 제어시스템을 단순하게하는 장점을 가진다. 8097마이크로콘트롤러를 이용하여 제어시스템을 디지털화, 소형화하고 제어의 유연성을 높였다.

  • High-performance Current Source Inverter (CSI)-fed, variable speed alternating current drives are prepared for various industrial applications. CSI-fed Induction Motor (IM) drives are managed by using different control methods. Noteworthy methods include scalar Control (V/f), Input-Output Linearization (IOL) control, Field-Oriented Control (FOC), and Direct Torque Control (DTC). The objective of this work is to compare the dynamic performance of the aforementioned drive control methods for CSI-fed IM drives. The dynamic performance results of the proposed drives are individually analyzed through sensitivity tests. The tests selected for the comparison are step changes in the reference speed and torque of the motor drive. The operation and performance of different vector control methods are verified through simulations with MATLAB/Simulink and experimental results.

  • This paper presents a detailed study of the extended Kalman filter for estimating the rotor speed of an IM drive. The general structure of the Kalman filter is reviewed and the various system vectors and matrices are defined. By including the rotor speed as a state variable, the EKF equations are established from a discrete two axis model of the three-phase induction motor using the software MATLAB/Simulink, simulation of the EKF speed estimation algorithm is carried out for an induction motor drive with direct self control. The investigations show that the EKF is capable of tracking the actual rotor speed provided that the elements of the covariance matrices are properly selected.
