단일 현장타설말뚝의 변단면 분석을 통한 최적 기둥-말뚝 직경비 제안 (Proposed Optimized Column-pile Diameter Ratio with Varying Cross-section for Bent Pile Structures)

  • 본 연구에서는 변단면 단일 현장타설말뚝의 거동 특성을 평가하고자 현장재하시험 사례를 분석하였으며, 또한 3차원 유한요소해석을 이용하여 말뚝 내부에서 발생하는 응력을 통해 심도별 휨응력을 산정하였다. 분석 결과, 단일 현장타설말뚝의 변단면 부근에서 휨응력이 집중되어 재료파괴가 발생하기 가장 쉬운 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 토대로, 단일 현장타설말뚝의 기둥-말뚝 직경비와 수평 균열하중비 관계를 통해 최적의 기둥-말뚝 직경비를 제안하였다. 연구 결과, 최적의 기둥-말뚝 직경비는 기둥-말뚝 직경비와 수평 균열하중비 관계 곡선의 변곡점 부근에서 산정되었으며, 단일 현장타설말뚝 설계에 최적 변단면 특성을 고려한다면 개선된 설계가 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

  • 곡선 격자형교의 최대 전단력. 최대 휨 모멘트, 최대 순수 비틈모멘트, 최대 뒴비틈모멘트, 최대 바이모멘트를 계산하기 위하여 곡선 격자형교에 작용하는 활하중의 재하위치를 찾는 것이 중요하고 영향선을 이용하면 이 값들을 쉽게 계산할 수 있다. 등 변단면 I-형 곡선격자형교를 해석하기 위해. 본연구에서는 Vlasov의 기초미분방정식을 이용하고, 이의 수치적 해석을 위해 유한차분법을 적용하여 등 변단면의 최대부재력이 발생하는 위치에서 등 변단면의 휨모멘트, 전단력, 순수비틈모멘트, 뒴비틀모멘트, 바이모멘트의 영향선을 구하여 비교 제시하였고 이를 이용해 최대부재력이 발생하도록 하는 활하중의 재하위치를 구하였다.

  • 최근에는 경량화 문제에 대한 합리적인 솔루션을 제공하고 유용한 개념설계를 제공할 수 있는 다중 재료 구조 위상최적화가 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 기존의 MMTO(Multi-Material Topology Optimization)의 경우 후보 물질의 수가 증가할수록 설계변수의 수도 증가하고, 결과적으로 계산 시간이 크게 증가한다. 따라서 PSM(Phase Section Method)과 같은 단일 설계변수를 갖는 MMTO가 제안되었다. 본 연구는 조성비가 면적이나 부피비를 나타내지 못하고, 설계변수가 목표치에 충분히 집중되지 않고, 특정 재료가 요구량보다 적게 생성되는 PSM의 세 가지 주요 제한점을 고려하여 이를 개선하는데 중점을 둔다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 재정의된 조성비와 더 나은 수렴을 위한 조정된 매개변수를 제안한다. 제안된 수정 사항의 유효성을 2차원 및 3차원 수치 예제를 통해 검증한다.

  • It is very important that there are saving resource and energy in the future as well as in these day. Weight saving of structural parts, which are formed by extrusion, plays a key role in manufacturing field. Especially these aluminum parts used in the car need other processes to vary the cross section in the axial direction. Thus, applications of these parts are limited by high cost. if the cross section of the parts is variable by only extrusion, application of extruded aluminum parts will more increase. Therefore, a new CNC extruder which can control the section area of a car part was invented the nation's first. Using the extrusion machine, the experiment and FE analysis were performed during the varied section extrusion process.

수도권 소재 산부인과의원의 제왕절개율과 관련 요인분석 (Factors Determining Cesarean Section Frequency Rates of the OBGY Clinics in Metropolitan Area)

  • This study aims to find factors that affect variations in cesarean section frequency rates among OBGY clinics in Metropolitan areas. The factors include patient, medical supplier characteristics and economic factors. This study is a cross-sectional analysis using health insurance delivery claims from July to December 2000 and files of the NHIC(national health insurance corporation). Multiple regression was used to analyze the dependent variable of cesarean section frequency rate at each clinic. The results are as follows : Cesarean section frequency rate is increasing in proportion to the number of the following patients : repeated caesarean section, disproportion, obstructed labour, fetal distress, emergency caesarean section and self-employed patients. There are geographic variations as well. Cesarean section frequency rates are higher in Inchon and Gyonggi province than in Seoul. The higher number of total delivery the clinic has, the lower rate of cesarean section it has. Clinics with high frequency rates in 1999 showed higher rates the next year. Further research is required to develop evidence based delivery modes and change strategies for increasing normal delivery and activating midwife clinics.

  • Natural frequencies of the transνerse vibration of beams with step change in cross-section are obtained by using the asymptotic closed form solution. This closed form solution is found by using WKB method under the assumption of slowly varying properties, such as mass, cross-section, tension etc., along the beam length. However, this solution is found to be still very accurate even in the case of large variation in cross-section and tension. Therefore, this result can be easily applied to many engineering problems.

로지스틱모형을 이용한 가로구간 사고모형 (Accidents Model of Arterial Link Sections by Logistic Model)

  • This study deals with the accident model of arterial link section in Cheongju. The objective is to develop the accident model of arterial link section using the logistic regression. In pursuing the above, the study uses the 258 accident data occurred at the 322 arterial link section. The main results are as follows. First, Nagellerke $R^2$ of developed accident model is analyzed to be 0.309 and t-values of variable that explains goodness of fit are evaluated to be significant. Second, the variables adopted in the model are AADT, the number of exit and entry. These variables are all analyzed to be statistically significant. Finally, the analysis of correct classification rate shows that the total accident of correct classification rate is analyzed to be 72.7% at the arterial link section.

  • This paper presents a fuzzy logical control method to implement an on-line optimum efficiency control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor. This method real-timely adjusts the output voltage of the inverter system to achieve the optimum running efficiency of the whole system. At first, the input power is calculated during the steady state in the process of efficiency optimizing. To exactly estimate the steady state of the system, this section needs check up the speed setting on timely. The second section is to calculate input power of dc-bus. The exact measurement of the voltage and current is the vital point to acquire the input power. The third section is the fuzzy logic control unit, which is the key of the whole drive system. Based on the change of input power of dc-bus and output voltage, the variable of output voltage is gained by the fuzzy logical unit. With the on-line optimizing. the whole system call fulfill the minimum input power of dc-bus on the running state. The experimental result proves that the system applied the adjustable V/f control method and the efficiency-optimizing unit possesses optimum efficiency, and it is a better choice for simple variable speed applications such as fans and pump.

  • This study aims to develop a computerized program for analysis of the ground-supported cylindrical shell structure with step varied section and to find out its mechanical characteri- stics through application of the developed program to the analysis of a ensiled farm silo as a model structure. The thickness of wall and bottom-plate of farm silo is assumed to be step-varied and its detailed structural dimensions are presented in Tab. 1 and 2. Several numerical case studies show that sectional stresses of the sample structures are largely reduced by adopting "varied section" design technique. And, other major results ob- tained from this study are summarize4 as follows ; 1. The variation of wall-thickness has a great influence on bending stresses of wall. Ho- wever, the larger the relative thickness of bottom-plate is, the smaller the influence is. 2. The magnitude of thickness of projecting toe of bottom-plate has negligible effect on sectional stresses 3. The conventional design methodology, which assumes the bottom edge of wall as clam- ped on ground, is proved to be discarded through the numerical analysis. 4. It is found that the "varied section" design technique should get similar effects as in the case of thick bott6m-plate having uniform thickness. 5. The variation of wall-thickness has a considerable effect on the bending stresses of bo- ttom-plate. Especially, this phenomenon is very remarkable in its projecting toe. In some cases. the negative bending moment may be acted on.
