실리카질 모래에 대한 많은 시험결과로부터 삼축압축시첩과 평면변형시험간의 강도관계를 밀도와 파괴시 유효평균주응력의 함수로 표현하였다. 또한 파괴시 평균주응력과 축차응력간의 응력비가 내부마찰각의 함수로 잘 규정되었으며 그 비는 내부마찰각의 증가에 따라 감소하였다. 또한 중간주응력을 최대주응력과 최소주응력으로써 표현하였으며 이론적인 파괴면의 각도와 평면변형시험에서 관찰된 파괴면의 각도가 비교적 잘 일치함이 확인되었다.

A simple and reliable reverse phase HPLC method was developed to determine pharmacologically active marker compounds of Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix, and Corni Fructus. The stability test of water-extract from three natural medicines were examined for six months. However, no significant changes in the content of the marker compounds of each extract were observed during the investigation.

This work studied the corrosion behavior of AZ31 Mg alloy galvanically coupled with Cu during immersion in 0.1 and 0.5 M NaCl solutions by in-situ observation and galvanic corrosion current measurement using a zero resistance ammeter. The corrosion behavior of AZ31 Mg alloy was also studied by salt spray test. The average galvanic corrosion density during 2 h immersion in 0.1 NaCl solution was found to decrease as an exponential function with increasing the surface area ratios between AZ31:Cu or with increasing the distance between AZ31 and Cu. The corrosion of electrodeposited Cu on AZ31 Mg alloy was concentrated at the area next to Cu (about 5 mm for immersion test and 2 mm for salt spray test) and pitting corrosion was accelerated at the area beyond the severely corroded area by the galvanic coupling effect.

Human cell regulatory mechanism is one of suspicious problems among biologists. Here we tried to uncover the human breast cancer cell regulatory mechanism from gene expression data (Marc J. Van de vijver, et. al., 2002) using a module network algorithm which is suggested by Segal, et. al.(2003) Finally, we derived a module network which consists of 50 modules and 10 tree depths. Moreover, to validate this candidate network, we applied a GO enrichment test and known transcription factor-target relationships from Transfac(R) (V. Matys, et. al, 2006) and HPRD database (Peri, S. et al., 2003).

In this paper, the implementation of a tightly coupled real-time GPS/INS integrated system is discussed. The hardware is developed for any GPS receiver and any IMU. The navigation software is modularized by tasks, so that can be easily modified when the integrated system is restructured. A van test was performed to show the feasibility of the proposed system.

The soluble Mo-DTP compounds as lubricant additives for reducing friction and wear, increasing loadcarrying capacity, and as antioxidants is very important as a new additive developed in these day. The method of the compounds are described and the composition is analyzed with $^{31}$P NMR spectrometer. The wear test is conducted with 4-ball machine and the debris are analyzed by ferrography. Also the tribological performance of Mo-DTP compounds are compared with Moly Van L and Zn-DTP.

The paper describes the validation of two time domain methods to simulate the behaviour of a destroyer operating in steep, stern-quartering seas. The significance of deck-edge immersion and water on deck on the capsize risk is shown as well as the necessity to account for the wave disturbances caused by the ship. A method is described to reconstruct experimental wave trains and finally two deterministic validation cases are shown.

n-dodecane-1-decanol, n-dodecane-1-dodecanol 및 1-decanol-1-dodecanol계 의 14$0^{\circ}C$ 등온 기액평형 데이타를 static method로써 Head Space Gas Chromatography (H.S.G.C)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 액상의 비이상성을 고려하여 계산된 활동도계수는 Margules, Van Laar, Wilson, NRTL g$^{E}$ 모델을 이용하여 상관관계를 구하였으며, Redlich-Kister의 열역학적 일치성 시험을 통해 데이타의 신빙성을 확인하였다. 측정한 이성분계중 n-dodecane-1-decanol계는 최소 공비점을 가짐을 알 수 있었다.

In recent years, the quality of auditing human resources in domestic auditing firms in Hanoi has certain limitations in which professional skills of auditors have not been given adequate attention. The number of customers at local auditing firms is forecast to increase gradually. Therefore, the quantity and quality of auditors need to be improved to meet requirements of the workload. Data for this research were collected through surveying 120 customers of domestic auditing firms in Hanoi on the 5-point Likert scale. Based on the collected data, we employ both qualitative and quantitative methodology along with some tools such as descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha, T-test and ANOVA to analysis, evaluate and measure the professional skills of auditors in local auditing firms in Hanoi. The results show that the professional skills of auditors in auditing firms include 17 attributes. The majority of respondents show appreciation for the professionalism and professional competence of auditors, while, they think that critical thinking skills and creative thinking skills are still limited and need to be improved. These findings, not only help auditors to improve themselves, but also provide solutions for managers of domestic auditing firms in Hanoi to enhance quality of audited human resources.

Our aim was to test the hypothesis that preoperative serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) and -9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase (TIMP-1) levels correlate with pathological features. Serum levels of MMP-7, and MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were determined in 90 bladder cancer patients and 40 healthy controls using an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Preoperative serum MMP-7 and MMP-9 levels were significantly higher in cancer patients than control groups (p<0.001). In contast, serum TIMP-1 levels were lower (p<0.001). Alteration in MMP-7, and MMP-9, and TIMP-1 production may contribute to tumor angiogenesis and be associated with clinic-pathological features.
