찻간 속도/거리제어를 위한 구동력/제동력 통합제어 (Throttle/Brake Combined Control for Vehicle-to-vehicle Distance and Speed Control)

  • A throttle/brake control law for the intelligent cruise control(ICC) systems has been proposed in this paper. The ICC system consists of a vehicle detection sensor, the control algorithm and a throttle/brake actuators. The control performance has been investigated through vehicle tests. The test vehicle is equipped with a MMW radar sensor, a solenoid-valve-controlled Electronic-Vacuum-Booster(EVB) and a step-motor controlled throttle actuator. The results indicate the proposed throttle/brake control laws can provide satisfactory vehicle-to-vehicle distance and velocity control performance.

  • DC-Motor is needed more and more sophisticated control to follow the highest precision of industrial automation and used in a number of control equipment or industrial fields. It is also useful to control single crystal($Al_2O_3$) growth. It is possible to procure a quality crystal utilizing a DC-Motor, if you mix Hydrogen and Oxygen gas properly and keep proper temperature in accordance with time process. In this paper, we will study about electrical valve positioning system for the gas mixture to improve the quality of single crystal($Al_2O_3$) growth and we will design about realtime monitoring systems of the automatic gas contol DC- Motor for single crystal($Al_2O_3$) growth

사출성형 실린더의 적응제어 방식 속도 및 압력제 (Adaptive Control Based Velocity and Pressure Control for Injection Molding Cylinder)

  • This paper deals with the issue of model reference adaptive control strategy to control the injection molding machine. Prior to controller design, a pair of transfer functions are derived for the injection and dwelling process based on mathematical models of components. As external disturbances to examine the robustness of the proposed controller, nozzle clogging and contraction of molded objects are considered and realized by proportional valve. The overall simulation system, consisting of hydraulic components, controller and sensors, is implemented using the components of commercial software SimulationX. The simulation results confirm the proposed scheme's efficiency and robustness.

  • 본 논문은 HVAC(heating, ventilating, and air conditioning) 시스템에 대해 Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) 알고리즘을 이용하여 최적화된 Multi-Fuzzy 제어기 설계를 제안한다. HVAC 시스템의 효율과 안정도에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 과열도와 저압(증발기의 압력)을 제어하기 위해, 3대의 Expansion Valve 와 1대의 Compressor 에서 동시에 제어하는 Multi-Fuzzy 제어기를 설계한다. 그리고 최적화 알고리즘 중 하나인 사회적인 행동양식을 기반한 PSO 알고리즘을 이용하여 설계된 Multi-Fuzzy 제어기를 최적화한다. 시뮬레이션의 결과 비교를 통해, 대표적인 최적화 알고리즘인 유전자 알고리즘을 사용한 최적화된 제어기와 제안한 PSO 알고리즘을 이용한 최적화된 제어기의 성능을 평가한다.

  • It is a quite quality concerning to control temperature of single crystalline growth as it does when you get most of heat treating products. It is also important factor to control temperature when you make the Al2O3(single crystalline) used to artificial jewels, glass of watches. heat resistant transparent glasses, Thus. it is a major interest to get the proper temperature in accordance with the time process while you are making mixture of oxygen and hydrogen to have the right temperature. In this paper, we will study of electrical valve positioning system for the gas mixture to improve the quality of products.

  • Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) is one of key features on intelligent Transportation System(ITS). In ACC, the steering is done by a driver, but the engine throttle valve and the brake are controlled electronically. The relative velocity and distance from the preceeding vehicle are measured by radars or image processing units and relevant vehicular spacing is maintained in ACC control systems. In this study, vehicle longitudinal dynamics are modeled to simulate vehicle longitudinal maneuver and to design longtitudinal controllers for ACC vehicles. The control algorithm is designed based on the modeled vehicle longitudinal dynamics using a non-linear sliding mode control method. To verity the performance of the control algorithm, a real time numerical simulation program is developed on a Silicon Graphics workstation using C-language . A real time graphic program is alos develpe and integrated with the numerical simulation program.

  • 본 연구에서는 유압관로에서 액주분리를 수반하는 유체 과도현상의 압력파형 에 때때로 관측되는 2단적 압력상승현상의 발생기구를 실험 및 이론적인 추론, 특성곡 선법을 사용한 수치해석을 통하여 명확히 구명함을 목적으로 한다.

  • 액체로켓엔진의 성능을 결정하는데 있어서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 것 중 하나는 정확한 추력 측정이다. 본 연구에서는 추력 측정 시 추력에 반하는 요소를 최소화 한 새로운 추력 측정 시스템을 제작하였다. 즉, 일종의 공압 로드셀을 이용해 미리 추력 측정 시스템에 일정한 힘을 가해 추력 손실을 가져오는 요소를 상쇄한 상태에서 연소실험을 실시하여 액체로켓엔진의 정확한 추력을 얻는 것이다. 이를 통해 기존 추력 측정 시스템보다 정확한 추력을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • This research develops a sensorless hydraulic servo system of Parallel-Typed robot for harbour construction. Purpose of the robot is to mechanize the construction, which is accomplished through a joystick's operating by a stoneworker (or diver). The robot is attached on the end of an excavator as its attachment or transported by a crane to reach the desired place. The embedded compact controller is installed on the robot body and controlled by wireless telecommunication. For underwater work, it is necessary to waterproof the robot and its sensors. Especially, a sensor waterproof is a main drawback for the underwater robot. This leads us to develop a hydraulic robot position controller using an observer which gives the position information without any position sensor. We design a neural network to identify the displacement change according to the command voltage to servo valve. To verify the sensorless controller, this paper presents the performance of the sensorless control for which the position is given by the observer comparing with that of the sensor control for which the position is measured by LVDT sensors.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the performance and exhaust characteristics in the practical engine according to the cooling water temperature change of engine and to set up the optimum cooling condition and to obtain the optimum operating condition of thermostat in the cooling system. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, authors have used the following procedure. 1. This study is to investigate the influence of the cooling water temperature on the engine performance and the exhaust gas, authors regulated the cooling water temperature by using the special closing circuit and measured the concentration of exhaust gas by using the exhaust gas measuring system in the exhaust pipe. 2. This study carried out the experiment by regulating the opening degree of throttle valve and engine speed in the dynamometer and by changing the cooling water temperature, at the same time kept air-fuel ratio constant and made the spark ignition time MBT(Minimum spark advance for Best Torque) 3. This study measured the cooling water temperature by using the K-type thermocouple centring around the easy over-heated parts and by installing a special closing circuit. Therefore, in this study, authors intend to examine the influence of the cooling water temperature on the engine performance, exhaust gas and present the basic materials needed in the engine design including the optimum operating time control system for the cooling water temperature.
