PID Control Data Base creation device of DCU is safety operation technology of train door. For keeping the normal condition of door, measured value of regular condition and unusual(trouble detected) condition should be recorded by encoding. The door should be measured itself as this value is compared with standard vale. If it's condition of the door and for reaching the datum point and ot does self-diagnosis. This aim for Technical Realization is that carry out safety train operation by using the Estimation Data Base and protect before door-trouble.

In the process of global transportation, many value chains which have different business process, system and technology level respectively are connected to each other. To obtain end-to-end visibility of transportation, these kind of discrepancy has to be solved appropriately. In this paper, the realization of global visibility is discussed in three point of view such as 'Data Sourcing', 'System integration' and 'System Operation'. First, the data sources of global visibility are described especially from the point of enterprise applications view, and then system integration is presented using various current e-commerce technologies for example XML, EDI and so on. Finally, flexible operation of visibility function is suggested which satisfies different goals of each value chain.

In this paper, we apply NHPP model example to s/w process in order to get to know s/w reliability. The test is constructed by a test zig of commercial product loaded real embedded system s/w. It is established to s/w reliability prediction and estimation of real-time embedded system s/w. It is computed the prediction value of cumulative failures, the failure intensity, the reliability and the estimation value of MTTF, Failure Rate. To the more realization of high reliability in the real-time embedded system s/w, if the embedded system s/w is ensured to the test coverage and constructed to stable s/w process ＆ operating system, we can improve the performance and the reliability characteristic of the real-time embedded system s/w.

This study is designed to analyze the production, employment, value added and income impacts tha, in the event of designation and development of Haeundae as 'Convention, Movie, Marine Leisure Special Zone', its marine sector would have on the local economy. The realization of marine leisure special zone of Haeundae in Busan is expected to lead to a direct and indirect investment of approx. \13.6 billion, resulting in \68.0 billion in production impact, 850 jobs in employment impact, \28.0 billion in value added impact and \14.5 billion in income impact. This is expected to give a boost to a stagnant local economy, offering opportunities for the revival of Busan's tourist industry.

This study is a study to develop a model for measurement and processing of experience data, which is emerging as a core value in quality management of medical services. In the theoretical background, a literature study was conducted on the importance of experience in medical service, measurement and processing of experience data, and realization of patient-centeredness. Based on these literature and theoretical background research results, operational definitions were performed for the following four research variables, and statistical tests were conducted. Hypothesis 1 is the effect of measuring experience data from the perspective of three factors on persona modeling, Hypothesis 2 is the effect of persona modeling on service blueprint visualization, Hypothesis 3 is the effect of service blueprint visualization on realization of patient-centeredness, and Hypothesis 4 is persona modeling This is the effect that modeling has on the realization of patient-centeredness. After data-based testing of factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, all four hypotheses were adopted as a result of verification using regression analysis. In conclusion, in an era where it is difficult to recognize the value of having only good medical staff and medical equipment in hospitals, it was possible to grasp the meaning that what kind of medical service experience is continuously obtained is more important to patients than the effectiveness of medical staff and medical equipment. In the era of the service economy, the core of hospital service competitiveness is providing attractive experiences, which is the real strength of hospitals, so the measurement and processing of experience data, which is the subject of this study, will have an important meaning in realizing patient-centeredness and realizing smart hospitals.

Many organizations experience that the value they gained from IT (information technology) investment is lower than they expected prior to the actual implementation of a system - the value gap between expected value and realized value from IT. Research on the barriers to the expectation and realization is of high importance both in practice and in IS research. This study analyzed such barriers observed in three companies that have adopted such IT systems as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems each. From analyses of the three companies we specifically identified eight types of barriers: barriers related to industry, organization, knowledge, resource, usage, competence, product, and safety. Common barriers among the three cases were classified into six types, e.g. lack of strategic mind-set, improper organizational structure, lack of human resource, etc. We expect that the results help managers in IS investment to minimize the valuation gap and maximize realized values.

In this paper, JPEG(Joint Photographic Experts Group) image data video decoding technique is presented, it is Huffman decoding method and fractal image method which is very complexive algorithm and the time required much it to implement this method and the first image is decoded to video frame image. This have defect of overlap decoding and transport work because of impossible to represent objective value of resemblance. The proposed method was calculated the mathematical absolute image resemblance and simplify the moving picture process to reducing the step of moving picture codefying. The results show that smoothed moving picture compared recent methods.

Starting from common sense that happiness is a state where needs are satisfied, this paper suggests the intelligence and the virtues for democratic citizens. The fact that human beings exist, relate to each other, and undertake activities which can become of moral worth when joined by autonomy, equality, and responsibility, respectively, is explained. It is also discussed that happy citizens should be able to exist autonomously in the face of political power, make an equal relationship with political power and fellow citizens, and undertake responsible activities. Lastly, it is suggested that happy citizens should be able to understand the plurality of value-contents, the similarity of value-forms, and the possibility of value-realization, and then be equipped with self-respect, mutual respect, and law-respect.

Creative thinking and fusion diversity of the performing arts pursue the settlement of empirical value realization by assuming new communication by genre. This new value and communication can create a type of collective intelligence with a different attempt based on the individual communication and horizontal thinking of the masses. Therefore, the empirical value and communication of the 21st century convergence(fusion) performing arts is possible through new types and analysis, and also were understood as the horizontal creation structure of the artist. As a result, first, the concept of the right value of 'convergence' was perceived as empirical communication depending on the empirical thinking ability of genre artists. Second, off-genre and collaborative tendencies are due to cooperation based on intellectual ability and recognition of horizontal communication by genre. Third, in the collaboration, the public's individualized communication ability and universal communication recognition should be premised and perceived the empirical definition about the collective intelligence. In conclusion, it is concluded that empirical value and communication of convergence performing arts enable to the experimental creation of collective intelligence, and that the relationship structure extends to a meaningful transition of convergence interpretation and expression of performing arts.

The FLC(Fuzzy Logic Controller) is stronger to the disturbance and has the excellent characteristic to the overshoot of the initialized value than the classical controller, and also can carry out the proper control being out of all relation to the mathematical model and parameter value of the system. But it has the restriction which can't adopt the environment changes of the control system because of generating the fuzzy control rule through an expert's experience and the fixed value of the once determined control rule, and also can't converge correctly to the desired value because of haying the minute error of the controller output value. Now there are many suggested methods to eliminate the minute error, we also suggest the GA-FNNIC(Genetic Algorithm Fuzzy Neural Network Intelligence Controller) combined FLC with NN(Neural Network) and GA(Genetic Algorithm). In this paper, we compare the suggested GA-FNNIC with FLC and analyze the output characteristics, convergence speed, overshoot and rising time. Finally we show that the GA-FNNIC converge correctly to the desirable value without any error.
