사회적기업의 가치 실현 노력이 사회적 성과를 매개로 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향 (Focusing on Mediating Effect of Social Outcome between Value Realization Efforts and Economic Outcome of Social Enterprises)

  • This study aims to analyze mediating effect of social outcome between value realization efforts and economic outcome of social entrprises. Data for the analysis is collected from Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The results of anaylsis are first social value realization efforts had no positive effect on economic outcome of the social enterprises. But social outcome had a significant mediating effect between social value realization efforts and economic outcome. Through this, it was confirmed that although a social enterprise is a hybrid organization that must pursue both social and economic outcome, social value realization efforts go through a social outcome that affects economic outcome. mediating social performance This is expected to have implications for the role of social value realization efforts and social outcome in order to increase the economic outcome of social enterprises.

사회적기업의 사회적 가치실현노력이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 - 외부지원환경 매개 효과를 중심으로 (Study on the Relation between Social Value Realization Efforts and Performances of Social Enterprises - Focudsing on Mediating Effect of External Support Environment)

  • 본 연구는 사회적기업을 대상으로 사회적기업의 사회적가치 실현노력이 사회적기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 및 사회적 지원환경의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석을 위하여 사회적기업진흥원에서 사회적기업을 대상으로 실시한 '사회적경제 지역생태계 구축을 위한 지역자원 조사' 공개데이터 자료를 이용하여 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 사회적기업의 사회적가치실현노력은 사회적기업의 사회적 성과와 경제적성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 기업의 외부지원환경은 사회적가치실현 노력과 사회적 성과 간 각각 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 Process for SPSS 4.0을 통한 매개효과의 통계적 유의성 검증결과, 외부지원환경은 사회적 가치실현노력과 사회적 성과 간 매개효과가 유의미했으나 경제적 성과에서는 매개효과가 비유의적이었다. 이로써 사회적 가치실현노력이라는 사회적자본이 사회적 성과에 미칠 수 있는 외부지원환경의 역할을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

대형마트부설 문화센터 이용고객의 라이프스타일 유형이 대형마트 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 쇼핑가치의 매개효과 (Impact of Lifestyles of Cultural Center Users in Discount Stores on the Store Usage Intention: Mediating Effect of Shopping Value)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify whether the operation of cultural centers in discount stores contributes to their profitability. Thus, this study is aimed at exploring how the lifestyles of customers who use the cultural centers influence their intention to use the discount stores. Specifically, the effect of shopping value on the correlation between the lifestyle types and usage intention of the customers were examined through a structured research model. To verify the effect, a survey on 139 customers of the Cultural Center of Nonghyup Hanaro Club's S branch was conducted and the valid questionnaires were used for analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - The findings are as follows. First, the lifestyles seeking self-realization had a positive effect on utilitarian value, and lifestyles seeking pop cultures had a positive effect on hedonic value. Second, the mediating effect of shopping value on the correlation between the lifestyle types and usage intention of the customers is as follows. Utilitarian value had a mediating effect only on the lifestyles seeking self-realization. In case of lifestyles seeking pop cultures, the use of Cultural Center had no effect on the intention to use the discount store. Third, an analysis of a revised research model revealed that the store usage intention of lifestyles seeking pop cultures can be enhanced by boosting the utilitarian value through hedonic value. Results - The findings suggest the following. Customers with lifestyles seeking self-realization, who value what is beneficial to them with little attention to the perceptions of others, are highly interested in the benefits they can gain from shopping. As for customers with lifestyles seeking pop cultures, they are highly likely to consume products popular in a particular culture such as new products and sports, based on financial stability they pursue. Thus, they prefer more subjective, personal experience, unlike consumers pursuing utilitarian value. Conclusions - As a result, the former pursues hedonic value gained in the process of shopping with fun and joy, rather than doing shopping with a particular purpose in mind. Therefore, Cultural Centers need to offer information that fits the lifestyles of the users so that they are more likely to use the discount stores. However, if the Cultural Centers offer unified, profit-driven products and information, just to increase their store sales, it can backfire, which occurred in the past. On the other hand, if they provide information that fits the lifestyles of the users, it can actually increase the sales. Also, the findings suggest that sophisticated marketing strategies that can boost the hedonic value of customers by linking the educational contents of Cultural Centers to actual shopping, which is beneficial to consumers, should be set and operated by discount stores. In particular, customers with lifestyles seeking self-realization can be encouraged to use the stores by making them recognize the utilitarian value. However, the use of Cultural Centers doesn't necessarily lead to higher sales among customers with lifestyles seeking pop cultures. As mentioned previously, unified marketing strategy is not as effective for Cultural Centers of large discount stores.

  • 최근 공공기관은 경제적 가치창출을 넘어 사회적 가치(Social Value) 창출 역할을 강조받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항만을 관리·운영하는 주체인 항만공사에 대한 사회적 가치 실현을 위한 평가지표 및 항만공사형 사회적 가치 실현모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 경영평가제도의 5가지 사회적 가치 평가지표를 중심으로 정량적으로 측정가능한 KPI(Key Performance Index)를 제시하고 항만공사별 비전, 미션과 사회적 가치 추진전략 및 이해관계당사자 분석을 통해 항만공사 고유업무영역에 기반한 항만서비스 전달 및 구매 고객형 사회적 가치 모델 개념을 제시하였다.

  • The System identification is the process of developing or improving a mathematical model of a physical system using experimental data of the input, output and noise relationship. The field of system identification has been an important discipline within the automatic control area. The reason is the requirement that mathematical models having a specified accuracy must be used to apply modem control methods. In this paper, it is confirmed that we can obtain transfer function of flexible beam that is expressed in the forms of identified state-space system matrix A, B, C, D and identified observer gain G using Eigensystem Realization Algorithm including singular value decomposition. And these matrices can be applied to the automatic control. In addition to, it is also confirmed that transfer function can express a system using identified observer gain G, in spite of a noisy data or a periodic disturbance.

수은 삼중점 온도 실현의 교정 기관 내 비교 (Intralaboratory Comparison of the Realization of the Triple-point Temperature of Mercury)

  • An intralaboratory comparison of the realization of the triple-point temperature of mercury, which is defined as -38.8344℃ on the international temperature scale of 1990 (ITS-90), was conducted at the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS), the national metrology institute of Korea. To this end, four triple-point-of-mercury cells were compared using the resistance ratio measurement of a standard platinum resistance thermometer to validate the calibration results obtained using the triple-point-of-mercury cells at KRISS. The triple-point temperatures of all the four cells, one of which is designated as the national standard cell, were within 0.3 mK of the national standard. Based on 13 experiments on the four triple-point-of-mercury cells, the uncertainty in the comparison of the triple-point-of-mercury cells was 0.08 mK, and the uncertainty in the realization of the triple-point temperature of mercury was 0.19 mK. The results of the intralaboratory comparison validated that utilizing any of the four triple-point-of-mercury cells would result in the realization of a temperature within 0.3 mK of the average value determined by two key international comparisons for the realization of -38.3844℃ following the ITS-90.

병원 형태에 따른 재직자 만족도 비교연구 (Comparison of Job Satisfaction among Employees according to Hospital Type)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 병원종사자들의 직무만족을 병원 형태별로 분석하여 성공적인 병원운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 자료분석은 일반적 특성은 빈도분석과 카이제곱분석을 하였으며 직무환경, 가치실현, 조직특성, 개인 역량 요인 중 통계학적으로 유의한 요인들 간 상관성을 보고자 Kendall's tau 상관분석을 하였다. 연구대상은 1차 의료기관, 2차 의료기관, 3차 의료기관에 근무하는 의료기사 총 241명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 가치실현 요인 중 자긍심과 보람(p<0.05), 자율성과 창조성(p<0.05), 개인역량 요인 중 업무량(p<0.05)에 대해 의료기관별 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 직무만족 중 가치실현과 개인역량 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 결론적으로 병원의 질적 양적인 성장을 위한 가장 기본적인 것은 내부 구성원의 직무만족이 갖추어져야 할 것이며, 이를 바탕으로 환자에 대한 긍정적인 의료서비스가 제공 되어져야 할 것이다.
