의료 빅 데이터를 활용한 서비스 제공 프레임워크 설계 (Design of Service Provision Framework using Medical Big Data)

  • 본 논문에서는 의료용 빅 데이터를 활용하여 비즈니스와 연계하여 새로운 서비스를 창출하기 위한 프레임 워크를 설계하였다. 단순한 데이터 분석 단계를 나타내는 것이 아니라 데이터의 활용 목적을 명확히 하고, 이에 대한 분석을 수행하여 그 속에서 가치를 추출하고 실제 사업이나 서비스를 운용할 때까지의 과정을 설계한다. 설계된 프레임워크는 기본 아키텍처, 사회 시스템 모델까지 커버할 수 있도록 하였다. 설계된 프레임 워크를 참조하여 사회 시스템에 적용될 수 있도록 디자인하였으며, 기본 데이터로는 의료용 빅 데이터를 중심으로 하였다. 의료용 기본 데이터를 적용한 프레임 워크 설계로 여러 의료용 사업 제휴 및 서비스 창출을 실현할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

  • Recent economic trends are worsening and becoming longer, and Korean shipbuilding is focused on high value added and high technology, especially for LNG carriers and large container ships. Both ship types increased in size in the 2010s but have requirements such as high strength, toughness at low temperatures and continuous weldability for preventing brittle fractures at service temperatures. In particular, as container ships become larger, the International Classification Society (IACS) has established a provision (IACS UR S33) that mandates the use of BCA (Brittle Crack Arrest) certified vessels for large container vessels contracted after 2014 to ensure safety. Therefore, studies on BCA 47Y.P are currently being undertaken, but BCA 40Y.P has not been actively studied yet. We will test BCA 40Y.P to verify why it can be applied to a large container ship and measure fatigue cracking.

Inadequate vitamin D intake among pregnant women in Malaysia based on revised recommended nutrient intakes value and potential dietary strategies to tackle the inadequacy

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Recently, the recommended nutrient intakes (RNI) for vitamin D for Malaysian aged 1-70 yrs has been revised from 5 ㎍/day to 15 ㎍/day. This study is aimed to assess the adequacy of vitamin D intake based on revised RNI and to recommend several dietary strategies to increase total vitamin D intake. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Vitamin D intake from both food and supplement of 217 pregnant women was assessed using a validated food frequency questionnaire. Hypothetical effect of expanded supplementation and food fortifications strategies were modelled using the consumption data. RESULTS: The results revealed that more than half (67.7%) of pregnant women had inadequate vitamin D intake (RNI < 15 ㎍/day). The modelling results demonstrated the potential of universal provision of 10 ㎍/day of multivitamins supplements in increasing vitamin D intake. Moreover, mandatory fortification of both milk and malted drink at single level of 5 ㎍/serving would lead to increase in vitamin D intake of Malaysians, particularly pregnant women. CONCLUSIONS: The outcome of this study can be used as a reference for public health professionals to re-evaluate the existing Malaysian food fortification policies and supplementation recommendation for vitamin D for pregnant women.

덕 다운의 악취 냄새물질 제거를 위한 항균소취 가공 (Antibacterial and Deodorant Processing to Remove Odor Substances from Duck Down)

  • Duck down is a feather of waterfowl and is used as an accessory for bedding products such as evil, pillow and outdoor sleeping bags due to its soft and bulky characteristics. Down is used mainly for winter outdoor such as padding and jumpers because of its excellent thermal insulation effect. Down wear is known as a product with high added value. Down is processed and sanitized because a large amount of oil and fat, bacteria, dust, insects, and soil are mixed. In particular, if the proper amount of oil and fat is not removed, it may cause odor or bacteria, and since the fishy smell peculiar to down and harmful VOCs (toluene, benzene, etc.) are released, there is a need to suppress the occurrence of bacteria through the provision of antibacterial function. In this study, we investigated the substances that cause the fishy odor of down, and confirmed the effect on the deodorization and antibacterial properties of down according to processing agents and processing conditions in order to impart deodorant and antibacterial properties to down.

방문간호를 통한 일상생활동작 수행능력 개선에 대한 사례보고: 오마하시스템을 활용하여 (Improvement of Activities of Daily Living through Visiting Nursing Care under Long-Term Care Insurance: A Case Report using the OMAHA System)

  • Purpose: This study was done to report nursing case for ADL improvement of elders who have CVA(Cerebrovascular Accident) sequelae. Methods: The client had registered in the C visiting nursing center after being decided a long-term care Grade 2. Data were collected through consultation logs for recipients, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) records, fall risk assessment (Huhn) sheets, decubitus ulcer risk assessment (Braden Scale) sheets, cognition assessment (K-MMSE) sheets, long-term care benefit provision records, and interviews with visiting nurse. Data were collected and analyzed according to the Omaha System problem classification. The intervention scheme and the problem rating scale for performance were applied to present the case for home-visit nursing. Results: The client registered in August, 2018, was provided home-visit nursing care once a week as of September 2020. ADL, cognitive levels and decubitus ulcer risks were found to have improved. Conclusion: This case report presents the value of classifying nursing problems and checking nursing intervention provided to patients with problems of ADL. The presentation of home-visit nursing cases applying a standardized nursing problem classification scheme for clients with various problems showed that a high quality level of care is guaranteed and evidence-based nursing can be provided by visiting nurses.

The Role of Retail Beauty Workers to Enhance Green Supply Chain Management in the Beauty Industry

  • Purpose: The primary objective of the present study is to investigate the contribution of retail beauty workers toward improving 'Green Supply Chain Management' (GSCM) within the beauty sector, and to address the following research inquiry: What are the responsibilities and contributions of retail beauty workers in the promotion and implementation of GSCM practices within the beauty industry? Research design, data, and methodology: The research methodology for this study was employed in investigating the current literature dataset and conducting qualitative literature analysis (Peer-reviewed journal articles and books). This study provides a comprehensive account of the data collection procedure and clear process employed for data analysis. Results: According to the qualitative textual analysis based on comprehensive literature analysis, the crucial aspects of retail beauty workers' contribution to enhancing GSCM within the beauty industry are following: (1) Promote green products, (2) provide green customer education, (3) Provision of environmental friendly services, and (4) Involvement in reducing green waste. Conclusions: All in all, through this process, four distinct roles were identified, which retail beauty workers can assume to facilitate the implementation of GSCM practices. This entails effectively advocating for environmental friendly products to customers by showcasing their value, attractiveness, and appropriateness in meeting customers' requirements and preferences.

Can Economic Sanctions be Grounds for Exemption under the CISG?

  • Purpose - This paper studies whether economic sanctions can be used as grounds for a party to an international sales contract to get an exemption if he fails to meet his contractual obligation. Because the answer can differ depending on the governing law of the contract, this study focuses on CISG, the most widely recognized international uniform legal instrument as the governing law of the international sale of goods. Design/methodology - This paper focuses on analyzing the conditions to meet before getting an exemption under CISG. For such analysis, this paper examined various scholarly writings, cases, and hypothetical examples reflecting a wide variety of economic sanction measures. Findings - The findings of this paper are as follows. The main provision for exemption under CISG is Article 79(1), which provides for an exemption for a party that failed to perform if such failure was caused by an impediment that was uncontrollable, unforeseeable, and unavoidable; either a seller or a buyer may rely on the Article for his non-performance, delay, or defective performance. The Article is applicable not only where the economic sanction caused impossibility of performance but also where it caused hardship. The economic sanction will likely be found to be an uncontrollable impediment; however, it will be relatively more difficult to prove it to be unforeseeable or unavoidable. Originality/value - The subject of this paper is whether a party can be exempted from liability under CISG when he fails to perform his contractual obligations due to economic sanctions. Given that this issue is now actually faced by many involved in international trade, it is expected to provide practical help to practitioners and companies alike.

Routing optimization algorithm for logistics virtual monitoring based on VNF dynamic deployment

  • In the development of logistics system, the breakthrough of important technologies such as technology platform for logistics information management and control is the key content of the study. Based on Javascript and JQuery, the logistics system realizes real-time monitoring, collection of historical status data, statistical analysis and display, intelligent recommendation and other functions. In order to strengthen the cooperation of warehouse storage, enhance the utilization rate of resources, and achieve the purpose of real-time and visual supervision of transportation equipment and cargo tracking, this paper studies the VNF dynamic deployment and SFC routing problem in the network load change scenario based on the logistics system. The BIP model is used to model the VNF dynamic deployment and routing problem. The optimization objective is to minimize the total cost overhead generated by each SFCR. Furthermore, the application of the SFC mapping algorithm in the routing topology solving problem is proposed. Based on the concept of relative cost and the idea of topology transformation, the SFC-map algorithm can efficiently complete the dynamic deployment of VNF and the routing calculation of SFC by using multi-layer graph. In the simulation platform based on the logistics system, the proposed algorithm is compared with VNF-DRA algorithm and Provision Traffic algorithm in the network receiving rate, throughput, path end-to-end delay, deployment number, running time and utilization rate. According to the test results, it is verified that the test results of the optimization algorithm in this paper are obviously improved compared with the comparison method, and it has higher practical application and promotion value.

하이패스플러스카드 시스템을 위한 LSAM시험 및 모듈 개발 (Developing the Test Module of LSAM for $Hipass^{PLUS}$ Card System)

  • 한국도로공사는 선불형 플라스틱카드를 스마트카드 형태의 선불형 전자지불카드인 하이패스플러스카드로 교체하여 사용하고 있다. 하이패스플러스카드를 전자지불에 사용하기 위해서는 하이패스플러스카드에 가치를 저장하여야 하는데 이를 수행하는 스마트카드가 LSAM이다. 또한, LSAM은 PPSAM에 의해서 가치를 저장 받거나 환불할 수 있도록 설계되어있다. 따라서, LSAM의 기능 및 보안이 철저해야 한국도로공사의 전자지불시스템이 안전하다. 본 논문은 PPSAM에 의한 LSAM의 가치저장, PPSAM에 의한 LSAM의 가치환불, 그리고, LSAM에 의한 하이패스플러스카드로의 가치저장 기능 및 보안을 시험하기 위한 시험 방법, 시험 표준항목, 그리고 시험 절차 등을 포함한 시험 모듈을 개발했다. LSAM의 기능 및 보안 시험에 관한 시험 표준항목 및 시험 검사표는 한국도로공사 규격서에 준하여 ISO 표준에 적합한 항목을 기준으로 선정했다. 본 시험 모듈은 LSAM의 기능뿐 아니라 보안성 및 적합성을 시험하였다. 시험은 한국도로공사에서 사용되는 LSAM을 이용하여 실행하였다. 시험결과에 의하면, 한국도로공사에서 사용되는 LSAM은 모든 시험 기준을 통과하여 보안성 및 기능성이 적합하다고 평가되었다.

서비스사이언스: 이론적 고찰과 분석 프레임워크 개발 (Service Science: Theory Review and Development of Analytical Framework)

  • 서비스 산업의 비중이 지속적으로 증가하면서, 경제적인 패러다임이 제품 지배 논리에서 서비스 지배 논리로 전환됨에 따라 서비스를 보다 체계적으로 이해하고 그 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 서비스사이언스 분석 방법론에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 서비스사이언스에서의 새로운 서비스를 이해하기 위해 서비스의 구성요소를 나타내고 있는 서비스 시스템에서부터, 서비스 경험, 서비스 네트워크, 서비스 라이프사이클, 서비스 혁신에 대해 설명하고, 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 서비스사이언스 분석 프레임워크를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 서비스사이언스 분석 프레임워크는 기업내부의 자원을 조직화하기 위해 필요한 서비스 라이프 사이클 4단계(서비스 전략 및 설계, 생산 및 전달, 운영 및 유지, 평가 및 향상)와 고객의 서비스 경험 극대화를 위한 네트워크(가치행위 네트워크, 자원통합자 네트워크, 역량 네트워크)로 구성되어 있다. 서비스사이언스 분석 프레임워크는 향후 서비스사이언스에 관한 연구를 체계화하고 종합적인 시각을 갖는데 기여할 것으로 보인다.
