국내 신선물류클러스터의 구축방안 - 인천송도경제자유구역을 대상으로 (Proposal of the fresh logistics cluster for Songdo FEZ)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 매년 증가하고 있는 수입 식품의 안전한 관리를 위한 방안으로서 식품의 수입, 보관, 배송의 전 과정을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 신선물류클러스터 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축함으로써 기대되는 경제적 효과를 분석하고 향후 신선물류클러스터 구축을 위한 관련 주체의 역할과 함께 정책적인 지원방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 신선물류시스템을 정의하고 분석하여 보다 구체적인 신선물류클러스터의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 또한 신선물류클러스터 구축의 경제적 효과를 부가가치와 물류비 절감효과로 분석하였다. 이와 같은 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축하기 위한 방안으로 국내 관련 법률을 검토하고 일관성 있는 정책 방향을 제시하였다. 그러나 본 논문은 신선물류라는 조금은 생소한 분야의 연구로서 선행연구의 검토, 관련데이터 수집 등에 있어 다소 부족한 부분이 있다. 하지만 향후 본 연구를 토대로 다양한 신선물류와 신선물류클러스터에 대한 연구가 수행되기를 희망한다.

A Study on the Factors Affecting E-logistics Systems in the Chinese Logistics Industry

  • With the rapid growth of e-logistics in the global logistics industry, it is important to gain further insight into this growing segment of Chinese logistics industry. The current situation in China consists of many small and medium-sized logistics firms. Furthermore, e-logistics is still relatively undeveloped in the majority of the Chinese logistics companies and presently there are still many problems unresolved. This paper attempted to review the concepts and theoretical background of e-logistics systems from previous studies. After acknowledging the essential issues related to e-logistics systems, a research model based on the theory acceptance model was designed and tested. The key factors to the e-logistics system (reliability, maintainability, software, facility and transportation) were validated through the modeling and testing process. Included in the modelling and testing process are other related factors of e-logistics process, logistics information system and added value as dependent variables in this model. The results of this study confirm that the e-logistics Process is affected by transportation, while maintainability and software factors influence logistics information system. reliability, maintainability, facility and transportation are significant factors associated with added value. This research aimed to provide theoretical and practical contribution to Chinese logistics companies and to give some insights into e-logistics system as a whole. The paper also provided some useful theoretical implication and practical guidelines for the development of e-logistics system in the chinese logistics industry.

  • 본 연구에서는 동북아 지역에서 협력과 공존을 위한 부가가치 물류 전략방안들을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 국내산업구조의 변화와 일본슈퍼중추항만계획 및 중국의 대수심 양산항만의 건설 등으로 인해 국내 항만물류산업은 이들과의 경쟁을 피할 수 없게 되었다. 국내산업 구조의 변화로 수출물량의 감소와 양국의 새로운 항만정책과 건설로 인한 환적화물의 감소는 현재 컨테이너 물동량 처리 위주로 운영되고 있는 부산항 항만물류산업에 커다란 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다. 이제는 컨테이너 물동량 처리를 통하여 항만의 수익을 얻으려는 것에는 한계가 있으며, 향후 중국의 신항만 증가에 따라 중국으로 직기항하는 선박들이 많아질 경우 동북아 거점항만이 되기 위해 노력했던 국내 물류전략들은 수정이 불가피할 것이다. 그리고 경쟁이 아니 상호 협력과 공존을 위한 전략이 필요하다고 하겠다. 그래서 본 논문은 협력과 공존을 통해 서로가 공생할 수 있는 부가가치 물류 전략방안들을 연구해 보았다.

항만배후단지 부가가치 창출 미비의 원인 분석과 제언 (The Causes of the low level of Value Added Activities in Korea's Port Distripark and Its Implications)

  • 항만배후단지와 이의 자유무역지역 지정 정책이 도입된지 20년 가까이 지났지만 아직까지도 가시적인 성과를 내지 못하고 있다. 특히 환적화물을 통한 항만배후단지의 부가가치 창출은 아주 미미한 수준이라 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 항만배후단지 부가가치 창출 정책 실패의 원인을 개념적으로 그리고 실무적으로 접근해 분석해보았다. 이 논문에서는 항만배후단지의 기능적 한계에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 항만배후단지와 산업단지 및 보세공장 간 기능적 중복이 있음을 알게 되었다. 또한, 항만배후단지와 Port Hinterland의 개념적 차이에 대해 살펴보았는데, Port Hinterland를 항만배후단지와 동일시 함으로써 항만배후단지 '정책의 첫 단추'가 잘못 꿰어질 수 있는 우려가 있음을 알게 되었다. 마지막으로 항만배후단지 부가가치 물류의 한계에 대해 살펴보았는데, 연구 결과 해외의 항만배후단지라고 해서 특별히 '고 부가가치' 활동을 제공하고 있지 않다는 점을 밝혀내었다.

An Input-Output Analysis on the Economic Effect of the Korean First Medium-term Logistics Plan (2001-2005)

  • This study introduces the adoption of the logistics industry by the Korean government as a threshold of overcoming economic difficulties. The core contents of the National Logistics Plans (2001-2020) which contain the basic principles of the logistics policies of the Korean government and its aim to be an 'Excellent Nation of Logistics' is introduced. The economic effect of the logistics policies implemented between 2001 and 2005, (the period of the first Medium-term Logistics Plan according to the National Logistics Plans (2001-2020) set up by the Korean government at the end of 2000) is estimated through input-output analysis. The input-output analysis result is as follows: the total output effect is 8,856 billion won of which indirect output effect is 3,982.9 billion won; indirect output effect comes mainly from real estate and business services, non-metal products, metal products, electrical and electronics products, finance and insurance, wholesale and retail, petroleum and coal; the total amount of value-added effect is 3,376 billion won and total import effect is 726 billion won. Employment effect including self-employed and unpaid family supporters with paid laborers is 79,203.7 people of which paid laborers comprise 67,547.7 people.

부산지역 해운.항만업체 총조사와 e-Logistics 인프라 구축에 관한 연구 (A Survey on the Shipping and Port Logistics Industry in Busan, and Establishment of Its e-Logistics Infrastructure)

  • The government of Busan Metropolitan City conducted the "Survey on Shipping and Port Logistics Companies in Busan" between May and December, 2000. This was the first comprehensive survey of Busan Port conducted from the perspective of regional & industrial economics. The objective of the survey was to find out the level of influence of the shipping and port logistics industry on the regional economy of Busan, and to obtain base data for use in establishing an actual promotion program. The survey acquired information about human and physical resources, management conditions and consciousness of the industry, In addition, the study analyzed the survey data. The results of the analysis showed a method of creating added value in support of the marketing activities of the companies, and indicated methods of achieving systematic and sustainable promotion. The government of Busan City shall develop an e-Logistics infrastructure which can deliver a synopsis and intelligent information to people and companies in the industry by the end of this year. The information system would be of great help for people who may not be familiar with Busan's port and shipping industry, particularly international shipping companies. This will result in an Increase of trade and exchange in the shipping and port logistics industry, resulting in the generation of increased added value within the near future.

인터넷무역에서의 E-Logistics의 가치지향성 (Towards the Valued-added E-Logistics on the E-Trade)

  • The World has been rapidly changing into either technological aspects or perception of those who has utilised to the corresponding informational impact. Whatever areas we have actually been involved in are strongly connected with this evolution of informational technology in one way or another. Logistics is not a exception as well as trade. Two main routes in distribution channel such as commercial and physical flow of goods, have been operating in terms of I-business. In order to activate E-trade with E-commerce, E-logistics should be utilised and emphasized in more efficient and effective manner of doing job as a facilitator. So, in this paper, it studied the role of E-logistics to make E-trade better work as well as to look into present situations in E-commerce. Then, it was identified that some facilities as 3PL or shipping company have to adopt information in their business process with a view of valued add service providers. This means those who have implemented E-Logistics activities, should be more competitive in the market, only when they provide the value-added total logistics services.

물류중심형 자유지대의 경제적 파급효과에 관한 연구 - 부산항을 중심으로 - (Economic Effects of Establishing a Logistic Free Zone in the Port of Busan)

  • This study probes the necessity of establishing a logistic free zone in Port of Busan. It considers the economic effects of establishing the logistic free zone of Busan Port, and suggests policy prescriptions for introducing the free zone system and improving the logistics functions of Busan Port. Using input-output table data, the regression analysis was able to provide a quantitative prediction on effects of making the Busan Port a tariff-free zone. Influence for the regional economy due to the enforcement of the free zone system this research found that a strong positive effects should be expected on the Busan regional economy once the logistic free zone would be set up at the Port of Busan. The positive economic effects on Busan regional industries might be further strengthened if the value-added logistics function of Busan Port could be supplemented by linking to the hinterland of Busan Port.

국가물류정보화 현황과 철도물류정보화 발전방향 (The Status of National Logistics Information System and The Future of Railway Logistics Information System)

  • Recently, as change in global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information connection and utilization, code/data standardization. In this paper, the survey result of global logistics environment change, logistics policy of a developed countries, domestic logistics policy and information system status will be presented. And from these status, suggestive points are mentioned. Finally the status of railway logistics information and future developments are presented.
