전자기기용 회전형 소형전동기의 현황과 기술동향

  • 소형전동기는 VTR, 비디오 디스크 등의 가정용 전자기기를 비롯하여 컴퓨터 관련기기의 디스크 구동장치, 복사기를 포함한 사무용자동화 기기분야에서 상당히 많이 사용되고 있다. 물론 산업용 로보트나 각종 성력화기기 등의 공장자동화(FA)분야에서도 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있음은 두말할 것도 없다. 여기서는 전자기기용으로 사용되는 소형회로형 전동기에 대하여 주로 용도별 응용면에 중점을 두고 사용예와 기술동향을 소개하기로 하였으며 전자기기용으로 주로 사용되는 스탭핑모우터와 브러시레스 DC모우터의 원리, 구조 등 상세한 기초적 내용의 해설은 다른 해설자와의 중복을 피하여 생략하였다.

Study on ICT utilization contents for physical education (체육수업 ICT 콘텐츠에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the current state of ICT utilization in physical education and presented the available physical education ICT contents configuration model. Using ICT in physical education is expected to be an alternative of overcome the bad physical education facilities and environment, also highly utilized as a valuable material that can provide specific feedback in learning motor skill. The types of ICT use in physical education classes are being utilized divided by web-use learning and application program-use learning. In composing physical education ICT contents, the server presents a problem to be solved by each student and encourage cooperative learning. If one team determines the solving idea about learning problem through team discussion, they solve the problem by repeating the process of giving teacher and other team's feedback on determining opinion. On the other hand, the class begins after learning the principle of specific movement utilizing the VTR or computer S/W in the practical training lesson of physical education. If the good hardware and software environment combine with the transformation of the recognition on physical education which has been away from the ICT, it will be able expected a broad using of ICT in physical education.

A Study on the Traffic Flow Analysis Method by Image Processing (화상처리에 의한 교통류 해석방법에 관한 연구)

  • Today advanced traffic management systems are required because of a high increase in traffic demand. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to take advantage of image processing systems and present image processing methods available for collection of the data on traffic characteristics, and then to investigate the possibility of traffic flow analysis by means of comparison and analysis of measured traffic flow. Data were collected at two places of Daegu city and Kyongbu expressway by using VTR. Rear view (down stream) and frontal view (up stream) methods were employed to compare and analyze traffic characteristics including traffic volume, speed, time-headway, time-occupancy, and vehicle-length, by analysis of measured traffic flow and image processing respectively. Judging from the results obtained by this study, image processing techniques are sufficient for the analysis of traffic volume, but a frame grabber equipped with high speed processor is necessary as well, with low level system judged to be sufficient for traffic volume analysis.

A Study on Program Development for Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (의료보험 적용대상자의 질병예방 및 건강증진사업 활성화 방안)

  • The Korean people are all the beneficiaries of medical insurance or medical aid. It is important and needful to develop the preventive health program such as health examination and health education for disease prevention and health promotion of the beneficiaries. This paper diagnoses the status and problems of the current preventive health services to the beneficiaries and recommends how to develop the preventive health program in the medical insurance. This paper suggests that the government should strengthen the political support and supervision in order to develop the preventive health program in the medical insurance. In addition to the above suggestion, the following are recommended ; 1) to designate the large number of qualified hospitals for health examination. 2) to use the supplementary methods such as the health questionnaires in order to give the accurate health examination services. 3) to combine the health examinations by both laws of medical insurance and industrial health. 4) to arrange the manpower in charge of health education and to establish the health promotion centers. 5) to develop the effective mass media and materials for health education by use of TV, radio, VTR and slide projector.

  • DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon)는 높은 경도, 내마모성, 화학적 안정성, 생체친화성 및 열전도율이 우수하여 VTR 헤드드럼, CRT Gun, Video Tape, 인공골절, 면도날 등에 널리 사용되고 있다. 에어컨용 Al 냉각핀은 높은 냉각성능의 향상으로 인한 전기절전 효과와 내부식성 및 친수성 등이 요구된다. DC-Sputtering법에 의한 에어컨용 알루미늄 냉각핀에 인가전압의 변화 (300V, 500V, 600V)와 증착시간 (3시간, 5시간 증착)의 변화에 따른 DLC 박막을 합성하여 AFM, XRD 및 Raman spectroscopy 측정을 통하여 분석하고, Micro Vickers Hardness 및 Roughness 등을 측정하였다.

A Study on the outside rotor type double squirrel cage Induction motor (외측회전형 이중 농형 유도전동기에 관한 연구)

  • This paper describes a newly developed double squirrel cage induction motor in which the rotor is located outside the stator. The outside rotor type brushless dc motor has been used for VTR's head drum and PC's cooling fan, but this kind of induction motor has not been developed yet. The parameters of outside rotor type induction motor were measured from the locked rotor test and no load test. It is possible to determine the parameters which are presented in the steady-state equivalent-circuit of the outside rotor type induction motor. Load test of induction motor was carried out using a dynamometer. For the characteristics of torque, efficiency, power factor and output. the developed double squirrel cage induction motor is compared with the ordinary induction motor It is believed that the results of this paper can be used for the development of the outside rotor type induction motor.

  • In this paper, we describe an algorithm which estimate road following direction using the vanishing point property and obstacle detection. This method of detecting the lane markers in a set of continuous lane highway images using linear approximation is presented. This algorithm is designed for accurate and robust extraction of this data as well as high processing speed. Also, this algorithm reckon distance and chase about an obstacle. It include four algorithms which are lane prediction, lane extraction, road following parameter estimation and obstacle detection algorithm. High accuracy was proven by quantitative evaluation using simulated images. Both robustness and the practicality of real time video rate processing were then confirmed through experiment using VTR real road images.

  • This paper describes the algorithm which can estimate road following direction and deetect obstacle using a monocular vision system. This algorithm can estimate the course of vehicle using the vanishing point properties and detect obstacle by statistical method. The proposed algorithm is composed of four steps, which are lane prediction, lane extraction, road following parameter estimation and obstacle detection. It is designed for high processing speed and high accuracy. The former is achieved by a small area named sub-windown in lane existence area, the later is realized by using connected edge points of lane. We would like to present that the new mehod can detect obstacle using the simple statistical method. The paracticalities of the processing speed, the accuracy of the algorithm and proposing obstacle detection method, have been justified through the experiment applied VTR image of the real road to the algorithm.

  • In the present study the flow fields around pitching foils have been visualized by using a Schlieren method with a high speed camera in a wind tunnel at low Reynolds number regions. It has been observed that small vortices are shed discretely from the leading and trailing edge and that they stand in line on the integrated streakline of separation shear layer. By counting vortices in the VTR frames it was clarified that the number of vortex shedding from the leading and trailing edge during one pitching cycle strongly depends on the non-dimensional pitching rate.
