  • $VO^{2+}-catalyzed oxidation of n-butylamine by hydrogen peroxide shows that the reaction is a first order in the concentration of n-butylamine, acid added, and VO^{2+}$ as catalyst, respectively. The reactions involve the initial formation of an imine intermediate, followed by hydrolysis to butyraldehyde and ammonia. It is suggested that the rate-determining step is a process dehydrogenation of n-butylammine.

  • 인터넷전화 서비스를 제공하기 위한 대표적인 기술이 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)이다.

  • The mVoIP service is the technology which focuses on the wireless data service as the IP network having the transmission rate of 100 Mbps classes on the high-speed middle of movement through the WiFi, WiBro and 3G mobile radio communication network, and etc. and is developed. Since 2010, the mVoIP (mobile VoIP) service shows the rapid growth due to 4G-LTE service seriously disclosed from July with the Smart phone and 2,011 it begins to be rapidly popularized. In this research, additionally the mVoIP service industry activation plan is presented with the trends of technology development including the chip-set/module/terminal, etc. based upon local and foreign market trend searchlight through the market demand analysis. The mVoIP service downloads App to the mobile apparatus and or can provide the service as the software through the WiFi network. Therefore, the change which is large in the products development aspect is to be have no. Expected to is being provided as the added service in the case of 4G-LTE as a matter of course, the service deployment where it is based on the market principle and demand needs is needed.

  • Recently, rapid spreading of smart-phone make an expectation for increase of practical application for MANET(Mobile Ad-Hoc Network) which is not used infrastructure like as base-station. One of important application for MANET will be VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) known as Internet telephony. On the other hand, information intrusions causing serious problems is not allowed exception of MANET. Especially, there are some dangerous problems of intrusions to MANET, differently to other networks, because of it's usage of military purpose or emergency application of rescue. In this paper, to analyze this intrusion problem on MANET with blackhohe attacks, effect of intrusion to transmission performance is studied. VoIP traffic is assumed as an application service on MANET, computer simulation with NS-2 is used for this analysis.

  • In this paper, H.235 based security mechanism for H.323 multimedia applications was implemented in embedded environment. H.235 covers authentication using HMAC-SHAI -96, authenticated Diffie-Hellman key exchange, security capability exchange, session key management for voice encryption, and encryption functions such as DES, 3DES, RC2. H.235-based mechanisms were also analyzed in terms of its security and possible attacks.

  • In this paper, end-to-end VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) performance is evaluated by simulation with NS-2 simulation tool. There are many results studied and published for VoIP performance over TCP/IP networks. But, almost all of them were focused on wired or wireless Internet environments. About MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Network), VoIP is currently studying several points of research. In this paper, analysis of VoIP performance is done with focusing on the mobility of MANETs. MOS(Mean Opinion Score), network delay, packet loss rates are considered as end-to-end QoS performance parameters.

  • Here, we review the various methods for the preparation of vanadium dioxide ($VO_2$) films and nanowires, and their potential applications to the sensors such as gas sensor, strain sensor, and temperature sensor. $VO_2$ is an interesting material on account of its easily accessible and sharp Mott metal-insulator transition (MIT) at ${\sim}68^{\circ}C$ in the bulk. The MIT is also triggered by the electric field, stress, magnetic field etc. This paper involves exceptionally sensitive hydrogen sensors based on the catalytic process between hydrogen molecules and Pd nanoparticles on the $VO_2$ surface, and fast responsive sensors based on the self-heating effects which leads to the phase changes of the $VO_2$. These features will be seen in this paper and can enable strategies for the integration of a $VO_2$ material in advanced and complex functional units such as logic gates, memory, FETs for micro/nano-systems as well as the sensors.

  • Vanadium dioxide (VO2) is a strongly correlated oxide exhibiting a first-order metal-insulator transition (MIT) that is accompanied by a structural phase transition from a low temperature monoclinic phase to a high-temperature rutile phase. VO2 has attracted significant attention because of a variety of possible applications based on its ultrafast MIT. Interestingly, the transition nature of VO2 is significantly affected by stress due to doping and/or interaction with a substrate and/or surface tension as well as defects. Accordingly, there have been considerable efforts to understand the influences of such factors on the phase transition and the fundamental mechanisms behind the MIT behavior. Here, we present the influences of oxygen deficiency, hydrogen doping, and substrate-induced stress on MIT phenomena in single-crystalline VO2 nanobeams. Specifically, the work function and the electrical resistance of the VO2 nanobeams change with the compositional variation due to the oxygen-deficiency-related defects. In addition, the VO2 nanobeams during exposure to hydrogen gas exhibit the reduction of transition temperature and the complex phase inhomogenieties arising from both substrate-induced stress and the formation of the hydrogen doping-induced metallic rutile phase.

  • $TiO_2/BiVO_4$ layered films were prepared by sol-gel and spin coating methods. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Uv-vis spectroscopy were used to investigate the crystal structure, morphology and ultraviolet-visible absorption of the $TiO_2/BiVO_4$ films. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared films was inspected according to the degradation of methylene blue. The results show that the prepared films present a net chain structure; the absorption band edge had obvious red shift. The degradation of the methylene blue solution was about 80% after 300 mins using $TiO_2/BiVO_4$ layered films under visible light, which was stronger than when using only pure $TiO_2$ film and $BiVO_4$ film.
