We studied changes in the hypothalamic norepinephrine(NE) metabolism in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats by measuring basal NE levels, turnover rate of NE, and in vivo tyrosine hydroxylase activities. Basal NE level did not change significantly upto 4 weeks after the establishment of diabetes with STZ(60 mg/kg, iv). But turnover rate of NE decreased to 62% of control rate(P<0.01), and in vivo tyrosine hydroxylase activities decreased to 32% of control level(P<0.05) at one week of diabetes. From these results, we concluded that, of the three parameters measured, in vive tyrosine hydroxylase activity is the most sensitive index of altered hypothalamic NE metabloism in STZ-induced diabetic rats.

National agencies and corporations are making a lot of efforts to educate mechanics from high school to university and enterprise training center to train as skilled mechanic. but the theoretical training using textbooks and the training using equipment not used in the field did not provide proper maintenance training. And education using special equipment or assuming dangerous situation was very dangerous, so we were carrying out education with video or photo. In recent, there have been a number of cases in which effective training simulations have been researched and developed in order to experience situations and solve problems safely through simulation from simple maintenance to special maintenance by combining VR and AR. This paper describes the comparative study of the existing APIs such as Danuri VR, DisTi Engine and Remote AR for general purpose AR/VR contents. We also proposed a AR/VR API based on Unity 3D Engine for AR/VR maintenance contents. The API can be used for maintenance contents developers efficiently.

The results of empirical researches on the diagnosis of lung cancer are insufficient, so it is limited to objectively judge the clinical possibility and utilization according to the accuracy of diagnosis. Thus, this study retrospectively analyzed the lung cancer diagnostic performance of PET-MRI (Positron Emission Tomography-Magnetic Resonance Imaging) by using the decision matrix. This study selected and experimented total 165 patients who received both hematological CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen) test and hybrid PET-MRI (¹⁸F-FDG, 5.18 MBq/kg / Body TIM coil. VIVE-Dixon). After setting up the result of CEA (positive:>4 ㎍/ℓ. negative:<2.5㎍/ℓ) as golden data, the lung cancer was found in the image of PET-MRI, and then the SUV_max (positive:>4, negative:<1.5) was measured, and then evaluated the correlation and significance of results of relative diagnostic performance of PET-MRI compared to CEA through the statistical verification (t-test, P>0.05). Through this, the PET-MRI was analyzed as 96.29% of sensitivity, 95.23% of specificity, 3.70% of false negative rate, 4.76% of false positive rate, and 95.75% of accuracy. The false negative rate was 1.06% lower than the false positive rate. The PET-MRI that significant accuracy of diagnosis through high sensitivity and specificity, and low false negative rate and false positive rate of lung cancer, could acquire the fusion image of specialized soft tissue by combining the radio-pharmaceuticals with various sequences, so its clinical value and usefulness are regarded as latently sufficient.

The effect of ${\delta}-aminolevulinic\;acid$ (ALA) biosynthetic precursors and related compounds on the ALA productivity from a strain of Rhodobacter sphaeroides has been examined in vivo and in vitro systems. The relative ratios of ALA productivities by $C_{4}$- pathway to that by $C_{5}$-pathway in vivo and in vitro systems were 0.78 and 1.37, respectively. Although the expression rates of $C_{4}-$ and $C_{5}-pathways$ in cell-free systems prepared after precursors supplemented cultivations were increased 1.35 and 1.52 folds, respectively, the rate increase of $C_{4}-pathway$ was accompanied by the rate decrease of the $C_{5}-pathways$, and vice versa, as that the rates of both $C_{4}-$ and $C_{5}-pathways$ were lowered to be 0.91, 0.83, respectively. The order of cellular uptake rates of ${\gamma}-glutamyl$ derivatives relative to that found with L-glutamic acid were shown to be D-glutamic acid, 0.55: D-glutamine, 0.5: L-glutamine, 0.4: ${\gamma}-L-glutamyl$ ethylester, 0.3: GSH and Glu-pNA, 0. L and D configurations of glutamine were indicated as better substrates in vivo for ALA yields than those of glutamic acid, respectively.

Son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture est donc une sorte de $m{\acute{e}}canisme$ de la catharsis pour dissiper le cauchemar et l'inconscient noir. La fantasie sexuelle construite par le monde inconscient de l'auteur dramatique $s^{\prime}{\acute{e}}panouit$ dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de Chae yoon-il qui $r{\hat{e}}ve$ toujours l'esprit de la $libert{\acute{e}}$. Une des convictions dramatiques du metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$, c'est que le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ tout d'abord doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ choquant. Il dit : "l'art doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ ${\grave{a}}$ la fois ${\acute{e}}mouvant$ et bouleversant. Cependant, dans la mesure $o{\grave{u}}$ le film ou la $t{\acute{e}}l{\acute{e}}vivion$ fait aujourd'hui une vive impression aux spectateurs, la part $donn{\acute{e}}e$ au $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est le choc." Pour donner le choc aux spectateurs, le style de la torture est $tr{\grave{e}}s$ utile. $L^{\prime}esth{\acute{e}}tique$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tral$ du metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ respecte essentiellement l'intention de l'auteur. $N{\acute{e}}anmois$, le respect sur l'original ne se $d{\acute{e}}range$ pas $l^{\prime}interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ de son propre $id{\acute{e}}e$. Dans l'insistance de la torture, l'analyse rituelle sous la base du choc, il projecte le symbole $arch{\acute{e}}typal$ sur $sc{\grave{e}}ne$. Bien $s{\hat{u}}r$, il renforce le $caract{\grave{e}}re$ de la politique dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture pour inviter des spectateurs de l'engagement. D'ailleurs, il y a l'aspect d'absurde dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture qui insiste des violences ${\grave{a}}$ travers les langages $sc{\acute{e}}niques$ comme le $m{\acute{e}}tal$ froid, parce que le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ $consid{\grave{e}}re$ que $l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre$ humain vit dans l'absurde.

The growth and development of the metacercariae of F. seoulensis cultivated in vitro or on the chick chorioallantois were assessed by comparison with the optimum process of maturation in albino rats and new born chickens. The process of maturation was divided for convenience into six stages: Stage 1 ; cell multiplication, Stage 2; body shaping, Stage 3; separation of genital anlagen, Stage :1 organogeny, Stage 5; gametogony, and Stage 6: oviposition. In Hank's and Tyrode's .solutions, the metacercariae were alive up to 200 days or more at $4^{\circ}C$ without any development. The in vivo maturation process in rats or chicks was as follows: stage 1 from 6 hours; stage 2 from 24 hours; stage 3 from 48 to 72 hours; stage 4 from 3 to 4 days; stage 5 from 4 to 5 days; and stage 6 from 5 to 8 days. Despite unsuccessful infection of the metacercariae to 12 day old chicks, fully mature worms of stage 5 or 6 were recovered from new born chicks (1 to 2 days old), The metacercariae of F. seoulensis grown in vitro were up to stage 3 and no further maturation was observed. Of various media employed, the medium NCTC 109 (Gibco) or NCTC 135(Gibco) supplemented with 20% egg yolk or 20% whole egg macerate or 0.5% yeast was basically required for the earlier development of the fluke. It took 16.1 days(in average) to reach the stage 3 after cultivation. The metacercariae cultivated on the chorioallantoic membranes of 6∼13 day old chick embryo at 37∼38℃ showed their full development up to stage 5 or 6. However, the worms were in general remarkably retarded, compared with those grown in rats or chickens. In the experiments of worm transplant, although the transfer was failed from in vitro culture to in vivo of rats(Per os), the transplants from in vitro culture to the chorioallantois and from the choriollantois to in vivo of rat host were successful with or without development of the transferred worms. In the present study, it was observed that the metacercariae of F, seoulensis can be maintained in vitro media with poor development as well as fully matured in 1 to 2 day-old chicks or on the chorioallantois at a very low rate.
