비전기술에 의한 모바일 로봇의 정밀 자세 제어 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on Development of Precise Orientation control Algorithm of the Mobile Robot Based Vision Technology)

  • This study describe a new method to control posture and velocity for a wheeled mobile robot using visual feedback control method with a position based visual feedback. To slove the problem of vibration phenomena which were shown in the previous researches using a simple switching function based on a threshold, the proposed visual servo control law introduces the fusion function based on a blending function. The chattering problem and rapid motion of the mobile robot can be eliminated. And we consider the nonlinearity of the wheeled mobile robot unlike the previous visual servo control laws using linear control methods to improve the performances of the visual servo control law. The proposed posture control law using visual servoing is verified by a theoretical analysis and simulation and experimental results.

  • Recently, real-time visual tracking control for a robot manipulator is performed by using a vision feedback sensor information. In this paper, the optical flow is computed based on the eye-in-hand robot configuration. The image jacobian is employed to calculate the rotation and translation velocity of a 3D moving object. LQG visual controller generates the real-time visual trajectory. In order to improving the visual tracking performance. VSC controller is employed to control the robot manipulator. Simulation results show a better visual tracking performance than other method.

장입재 충전 거동의 3차원 시각화 (3D Visualization of Packing Behavior of Charge Material)

  • 본 연구에서는 주조공장의 장입재 충전 거동을 3차원적으로 시각화하고자 하였다. 장입재와 용해로의 실제 조건을 반영하여 시뮬레이션하였다. 3차원 시각화 시뮬레이션이 제조 현장의 장입재 충전 거동을 사실적으로 잘 구현하는지 확인하였다. 3차원 시각화 시뮬레이션에 의한 현실적인 충전 상태를 이상적인 충전 상태와 비교하였다. 어떤 경우에 두 충전 상태의 차이가 발생하는지 분석하였다. 3차원 시각화 시뮬레이션을 제조 공정에 적용할 경우의 특징을 살펴보았고, 주조 분야에서의 여러 활용 방안을 제안하였다.

  • This paper describes a visual control of autonomous vehicle using neural network. Visual control for road-following of autonomous vehicle is based on road image from camera. Road points on image are inputs of controller and vehicle speed and steering angle are outputs of controller using neural network. 도시가로 경관에 있어 환경조형물의 이미지 및 시각적 선호도 분석 (An Analysis on the Image and Visual Preference of the Environmental Sculpture in Urban Streetscapes)

  • The purpose of this paper is to discover the Image and Visual Preference of the Environmental Sculpture in Urban Streetscape. For this, the analysis was preformed by the data obtained from questionnaires and from the photos of the environmental sculptures scene. The landscape image was analyzed by the factor analysis algorithm. The level of visual preference was measured by a slide simulation test, and this data was analyzed by multiple regression. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: The visual preference of the environmental sculpture has been evaluated to average 4.03 on a scale of 7 Landscape slides No. 11 and No.5 were ranked more highly for visual preference. Factors formulating the landscape image were found to be 'beauty', 'orderliness', 'emotion', and 'formation'. By using the control method for the number of factors, T.V., were obtained as 63.0%. For all experimental landscape slides, the factor of orderliness was found to be the main factor determining the visual preference. The 4 factors for visual preference were analyzed by regression as follows: Visual Preference = 3.996 + 0.341(FS1) + 0.595(FS2) + 0.222(FS3) + 0.011(FS4), R-Square = 0.520.

분산 환경에서 휴머노이드 로봇의 비주얼 서보잉 (Visual Servoing for Humanoid Robot in a Distributed Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 휴머노이드 로봇의 코바 기반 비주얼 서보잉 시스템에 대해 논하고자한다. 네트워크로 연결된 휴머노이드 로봇의 효율적인 제어를 위해서 비주얼 서보잉에 필요한 각 서비스를 분산객체로 정의하고, 이를 코바 미들웨어 상에서 구현한다. 필요한 서비스로는 각 서비스를 고유한 이름으로 탐색할 수 있는 네이밍 서비스, 스테레오 카메라로부터 획득되는 영상을 제공하는데 필요한 영상 서비스 그리고 목표물을 추적하면서 3차원 위치 정보를 추출하는 비주얼 서보잉 서비스 등이 있다. 실험에서는 실시간으로 목표물인 풍선을 추적하고 일정시간 정지해 있을 경우 풍선을 터뜨리는 결과를 보인다.

용접접합부의 형상계측을 위한 주사형 시각센서의 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design of Visual Sensor Using Scanning Beam for Shape Recognition of Weld Joint.)

  • A visual sensor consisted of polygonal mirror, laser, and CCD camera was proposed to measure the distance to the weld joint for recognizing the joint shape. To scan the laser beam of the sensor onto an object, 8-facet polygonal mirror was used as the rotating mirror. By locating the laser and the camera at axi-symmetrical positions around the mirror, the synchronized-scan condition could be satisfied even when the mirror was set to rotate through one direction continuously, which could remove the inertia effect of the conventional oscillating-mirror methods. The mathematical modelling of the proposed sensor with the optical triangulation method made it possible to derive the relation between the position of an image on the camera and the one of a laser light on the object. Through the geometrical simulation of the proposed sensor with the principal of reflection and virtual image, the optical path of a laser light could be predicted. The position and direction of the CCD camera were determined based on the Scheimpflug's condition to fit the focus of any image reflected from an object within the field of view. The results of modelling and simulation revealed that the proposed visual sensor could be used to recognize the weld joint and its vicinity located within the range of the field of view and the resolution. A Framework to Automate Reliability-based Structural Optimization based on Visual Programming and OpenSees

  • Reliability-based structural optimization usually requires designers or engineers model different designs manually, which is considered very time consuming and all possibilities cannot be fully explored. Otherwise, a lot of time are needed for designers or engineers to learn mathematical modeling and programming skills. Therefore, a framework that integrates generative design, structural simulation and reliability theory is proposed. With the proposed framework, various designs are generated based on a set of rules and parameters defined based on visual programming, and their structural performance are simulated by OpenSees. Then, reliability of each design is evaluated based on the simulation results, and an optimal design can be found. The proposed framework and prototype are tested in the optimization of a steel frame structure, and results illustrate that generative design based on visual programming is user friendly and different design possibilities can be explored in an efficient way. It is also reported that structural reliability can be assessed in an automatic way by integrating Dynamo and OpenSees. This research contributes to the body of knowledge by providing a novel framework for automatic reliability evaluation and structural optimization.

  • The Semiconductor Industrial are developed after 1940. It was called “Rice of Industrial”. It needs great effect in Electronics. It was developed highly in recent several years with semiconductor manufacturing equipments. Semiconductor manufacturing devices are developed “In-line” type in the first stage. But It was non-effective in modem many type process. Because this reason, Cluster type manufacturing equipments are proposed. Cluster have ability of many-type-process and effective-scheduling by circular type process chamber In this paper. we propose a real-time 3D monitoring and simulation of this semiconductor manufacturing equipments. By proposed monitoring method, we have capability real visual maintanance & virtual simulation. This effective visual 3D monitoring could apply another dangerous environment in entire industrial.
