Resveratrol과 Methoxylated Resveratrol이 닭 다리육의 저장 품질에 미치는 영향 (Dietary Supplementation of Resveratrol and Methoxylated Resveratrol Affects on Chicken Thigh Meat Quality)

  • 본 연구는 뽕나무 가지에서 추출한 resveratrol과 methoxylated resveratrol의 급여가 닭고기 다리육의 품질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 1일령 Ross 320마리 육계 병아리를 8처리구로 나누어 대조구(BD), 항생제 처리구(AB), 비타민 E 20 ppm 처리구(VE 20), 비타민 E 200 ppm 처리구(VE 200), resveratrol 20 ppm(RV 20), resveratrol 200 ppm (RV 200), methoxylated resveratrol 20ppm(MR 20), methoxylated resveratrol 200 ppm(MR 200) 처리구로 나누어 35일간 급여하였다. 급여 후 36일째 도계하여 다리육만 분리하였고, 1, 3 및 5일 냉장 저장 기간 동안의 pH, 보수력, 육색 및 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. pH는 저장 1일에 AB, VE 및 MR 처리구에서 유의적으로 높은 수준을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 저장3일과 5일에 각 RV와 MR의 20과 200 처리는 닭다리 육의 pH 수준을 대조군보다 높게 유지하는 것으로 판단된다(p<0.05). 명도($L^*$)는 저장 1일과 5일에 모든 처리구에서 BD 처리구와의 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. VE 200 처리구와 MR 20 처리구는 저장 기간 동안 적색도의 수준의 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으며(p<0.05), 육색의 안정화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타내었다. 보수력은 저장 3일의 경우는 VE 20, RV 200, MR 20, MR 200 처리구에서 BD 처리구에 비해 유의적으로 높은 값을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 관능적 특성 중 연도는 저장 1일과 5일에는 VE 20을 제외하고는 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으나 저장 3일에 항생제 처리구, VE 20, RV 20과 MR 200 처리구에서 유의적으로 높은 점수를 보여 관능요원들의 선호도 증진에 영향함을 나타내었다. 본 연구 결과 resveratrol과 methoxylated resveratrol은 육계 다리육의 품질을 증진시키기 위한 육계 사료 첨가제로서 이용 가능성이 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • In conventional function analysis, the function values are evaluated by experts, which are treated as exact values. For many cases, it is often difficult to evaluate the function values of a certain subject because the criteria of evaluation are very vague. This paper presents a new function evaluation method using fuzzy set. The purpose of the method is to minimize the difference among experts by recognizing an intersection point of membership function as a representative value.

  • 최근 디지털 경제의 확산으로 대규모의 데이터들이 생성되는 빅데이터 시대가 도래하고 있다. 이러한 빅데이터에서 비정형 데이터 중에서 기술문서, 기밀문서, 허위정보문서 등 유출 시 심각한 문제가 발생하는 텍스트 문서들이 존재한다. 이러한 문제를 방지하기 위해 비정형 텍스트 문서를 분류하고 처리하는 기술의 필요성이 크게 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 TF-IDF와 $Na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes 문서 분류 기법을 이용하여 비정형 텍스트 문서들을 정확하게 분류하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법의 성능평가를 위해서 파이썬 라이브러리의 TF-IDF와 $Na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes 분류 기능을 활용하여 문서 분류기를 구현한다.

  • This study investigates field application of flowing concrete in order to improve workability, duality and economic evaluation of concrete. Test results showed that slump of fresh concrete satisfied the target value before and after flowing concrete, and setting time indicated 3 hours difference depending on the mixture proportion of ready-mixed-concrete company. As for the hardened concrete, compressive strength of standard curing specimens, both control and flowing concrete, presented designed value at 28 days elapse. However, the specimens curing at atmosphere decreased the value, due to the lower curing temperature, but also performed the designed value at 91 days. For the evaluation of construction fee by value engineering(V.E) concept, a flowing method declined 4.89% of concrete construction fee, which is 4.9% reduction for materials and 25% reduction for labor expenses, compared with previous construction methods.

분광색채계측기를 이용한 Vita Shade 광중합형 복합레진의 색상 비교 (COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF LIGHT-CURED COMPOSITE RESINS BASED ON VITA SHADE BY SPECTROCOLORIMETER)

  • To get a satisfactory result in the composite resin restorations, it is necessary to choose correct shade. At present, most of the commercial composite resins are based on the Vita Lumin shade guide or Bioform shade guide, but color differences might be expected even using the same shade in various materials. In this study, five kinds of light-cured composite resins with A2 and B3 shade were used to measure and compare the color each other while one porcelain served as a control. All composite resins (Spectrum TPH (SP), VeridonFil- Photo (VE), Z100 (Z100), Charisma (CH), Prodigy (PRO)) were filled in to the metal mold (12 mm diameter, 2 mm depth), followed by compression, polymerization and polishing with wet sandpaper. The specimens of porcelain were fabricated by using the refractory mold for porcelain. After 24 hours, the specimens were placed on the spectrocolorimeter and spectral reflectance were measured under CIE illuminant D65. After measuring the values of $L^*$, $a^*$, $b^*$ and ${\Delta}E^*$, following results were obtained; 1. The $L^*$, $a^*$ and $b^*$ values of both shade of porcelain specimens showed significantly higher than those of resin specimens(p<0.05). 2. In comparing the resin specimens of the A2 shade, differences were significant except $L^*$ values of SP-CH and PRO-VE, $a^*$ values of the VE-SP and $b^*$ values of the VE-Z100 and SP-PRO(p<0.05), 3. In comparing the resin specimens of the B3 shade, differences were significant except $L^*$ values of PRO-SP, $a^*$ values of the SP-PRO and Z100-VE and b* values of the PRO-SP(p<0.05). 4. In comparing the resin specimens of the A2 shade, color differences between materials (${\Delta}E^*$) showed the lowest value of 1.66, and the highest was 5.16. ${\Delta}E^*$ values of the materials of VE-PRO, CH-PRO, SP-PRO, SP-Z100 and SP-CH were lower than 3.3. 5. In comparing the resin specimens of the B3 shade, the lowest value of the ${\Delta}E^*$ was 0.57 and the highest was 5.92. ${\Delta}E^*$ values of Z100-CH and SP-PRO were lower than 3.3. The present study revealed there was perceptible color difference between materials even if they have the same designated shade based on Vita shade guide. The results of the present study suggested that it would be necessary to establish the reproducible and constant color specification system for an esthetic restoration.

  • With increasing awareness on sustainable construction and green buildings, environment-friendly construction activities have been introduced and promoted. Green value engineering (VE) is an effort that is recently introduced to facilitate environment-friendly construction. To support the application of green VE in construction, this paper suggests a green value assessment model considering the environmental performance and carbon emissions during construction. The value assessment model presented in this study is expected to help conduct objective value evaluation of construction activities in terms of both cost and environmental performance.

  • A steel pallet to carry lighter logistic articles is developed based on the DFSS(design for Six Sigma) methodology. Combining the conventional DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) methodology with that of VE(Value Engineering) is the novel feature of this paper to achieve maximum cost reduction. In this paper, systematical steps to achieve the required structural spec's are presented by conventional DMEDI(Define-Measure-Explore-Develop-Implement) process. To imply the target costing, evaluation of functions consisting of the pallet has been performed by value methodology. Then best design concept is selected in the Explore step, following structural optimization utilizing FEM. Finally the performance of prototype is investigated by pilot test in the Implement step. The developed steel pallet is being commercialized in the fields of automated ware house.

  • This study was conducted to draw various decisive elements of a reasonable heat curing method and to examine the importance in deciding a construction method when constructing cold weather concrete. As a result, the items proposed as important elements at the time of decision of a heat curing method included economy, workability, maintainability, insulation capability, reduced construction period and usability. As a result of importance by items under AHP technique, it was found the most important element was insulation capability, followed by reduced construction period and workability. As a result of comparison of a heat supplying and a heat insulation method by dual bubble sheet differed 2 times as much as a heat supplying method, especially the evaluation degree by insulation capability and reduced construction period was high.

  • In campus project, "Barrier Free Design" is the essential part for the handicapped. It is necessary to make a quality model that choose effective design value engineering objects. So more effective models, this study examine requests of the university students. Checked items are classified into four groups that movement, guidable, safety and territoria parts, and each groups are also divided into detailed items for basic decisional elements. When basis points sets 10, it can be divided that movement parts 2.93pts, guidable parts 2.31pts, safety parts 2.41pts and territoria parts 2.35pts. in this results, we can make additive value and quality model for barrier free design in campus design value engineering.
