In this paper, we show that the SIDMA(Self-organized Time Division Multiple Access) protocol using aviation surveillance data link now, designs to the ICAO DO 9816 documentation sequence. This protocol makes use of the VDL(VHF Data Link) Mode 4 and UAT(Universal Access Transceiver) system's MAC(Media Access Control) layer. We make sure of the simulation result and implementation of STDMA protocol program in accompany with the ICAO documentation sequence. This program operates the slot allocation and reservation with report rate when protocol transmits data and calculates slot address.

VDL-SL (Vienna Development Method-Specification Language) is one of the FSL(Formal Specification Language) which is being presented for the correct description of the security relevant standards. Several tools are being developed for the correctness and the convenience in the description and executable code generation of security relevant standards using VDM-SL. The IFAD VDM-SL Toolbox is one that has many functions : syntax checking, type checking, c++ code generation, test coverage information. This paper describes a formal method for description and implementation of MD4 algorithm using VDM-SL and IFAD VDM-SL Toolbox, and examines the result applied to secure hash algorithm, and proposes the relation to strict conformance test which recently suggested as a security test method.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effects of the Leader-member exchange(LMX) on relationship between the interpersonal conflict and turnover intention. Since effective management of IS personnel is important issue for the IS related researchers and practitioners since their turnover rate has been known to be high and skilled personnel have been in short supply. We develop the hypotheses from the prior studies and empirically testing them in the context of IS personnels from various companies located in vicinity of capital city of Korea. This empirical study show interesting results. Good leader-member exchange has the moderating effect on the management of interpersonal conflict level and drastic reduction of the turnover behavior. Based on the analyzed results, we discussed the theoretical implications and limitations.
