배합요인이 자기충전 콘크리트의 워커빌리티 및 레올로지 파라미터에 미치는 영향 분석 (Effect Analysis of Mix Designing Factors on Workability and Rheological Parameters of Self-Compacting Concrete)

  • 본 연구에서는 SCC의 높은 민감성으로 인한 품질관리에 어려움을 극복하고자 굵은 골재의 부피, 잔골재의 종류, 단위수량, 공기량, 증점제 사용량 변화 등과 같은 다양한 배합요인이 SCC 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 SCC의 초기물성을 정량적으로 판단할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 실험결과, 항복응력은 굵은 골재 용적율이 증가할수록 낮아졌고 증점제 사용량이 증가할수록 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 단위수량, 잔골재 종류 변화, 공기량 증감에 따른 항복응력값의 변화는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 배합요인에 따른 소성 점도는 항복응력과 비슷한 경향을 나타냈다. 또한 항복응력과 슬럼프 플로, $T_{50}$, V-lot와의 상관성 분석결과, 상관관계가 없었고 소성 점도와 $T_{50}$, V-lot와의 상관성은 매우 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 특히, $T_{50}$ 및 V-lot 시간이 줄어들수록 소성 점도도 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, we proposed an improved method on the picture order of coding (POC) of MPEG-5 Essential video Coding (EVC) encoder to support a short intra period for Video-based Point Cloud Compression (V-PCC). As a codec-agnostically designed standard, V-PCC claimed to be able to work with a lot of codecs. Current EVC test model software shows that the baseline profile could not provide appropriate POC calculation. The proposed method offers a solution to this POC-related problem and provides up to 44.6% coding grains for EVC based V-PCC.

  • High flowing concrete has flowability, passability, segregation resistance and so on, and there are so many influence factor to affect to fluidity of high flowing concrete, therefore it is so difficult to evaluate exactly the properties in fresh state. This study is to analyze and evaluate thefluidity of high flowing concrete affected by fine aggregate with test method such as, slump-flow test, V-lot test, L-flow test, Box filling test.

전기철도용 대용량 PWM 컨버터 기술개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Technology Development of High Capacity PWM Converter for Electric Vehicle)

  • Recently, interest in environmentally friendly transportation systems has been increasing, and study on railway systems has been aggressively conducted. Therefore, lots of studies have been done in railway advanced countries to improve performance of PWM converter. The research on the PWM converter for railway vehicle was mainly carried out on the converter mounted on railway vehicle such as the high-speed railway and metropolitan railway. In also, a lot of study has been carried out to improve converter performance installed in the ground. The high-capacity transform used in this paper converted from AC 22.9kV to AC 590V. The converter changed from AC 590V to DC 950V. In general, in the case of rectifier, the DC power supply system has a negative impact on inverter control characteristics because it can not avoid the pulsating component. In this study, it was performed current control for high-capacity converter using Matlab Simulink. The PWM converter is normally performed through the voltage and current at starting mode, powering mode, and braking mode. In the light-load test and the on-line test, we have studied for the PWM converter characteristics. Using this research, we have founded that the converter has excellent performance.

100MPa급 이상의 초고강도 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구 - 유동성 및 rheology 특성 (A study on properties of ultra high strength concrete of above 100MPa - fluidity and rheology properties)

  • 본 연구는 최근 건축물의 대형화 다양화 되어감에 따라 초고강도 콘크리트에 대한 높은 관심과 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 상황에서 국내에서도 200MP급 이상의 초고강도 콘크리트가 개발 되었고, 150MPa의 초고강도 콘크리트의 실용화 연구가 진행되고 있는 상황이다. 하지만, 100MPa급 이상의 초고강도 콘크리트는 물-결합재비가 낮기 때문에 점성이 높아 기존의 슬럼프 실험만으로는 유동성을 평가하기에는 부족하기 때문에 레올로지(rheology)를 이용한 평가와 O-lot, V-funnel 실험 평가를 하여 상관 관계를 밝힘으로써 100MPa급 이상의 초고강도 콘크리트의 실용화를 위한 기본 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 실험 결과, Yield stress과 slump flow, V-funnel는 높은 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었고, plastic viscosity도 O-lot시간과 V-funnel시간과 높은 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • A lot of conventional automotive components driven by mechanical power source are being replated with electrical ones to comply with the demands of market and customer, therefore the amount of electric energy used in a vehicle will be increased continuously. The increment of electric power demand causes interest on new higher power system such as 42V Power Net, and furthermore necessity for development of energy storage device is highlighted recently. This paper presents the design of the BLDC motor drive for Cooling Fan in 42V automotive system. Test results confirmed the feasibility of the proposed motor drive system design.

  • A load modeling, micro method, is performed by component load modeling, load composition rate estimation and aggregation of component load model, etc. The load model obtained from this process must be applied to actual load bus to verify it and to get reliable load model. But it is difficult to apply every load bus due to al lot of load buses and complex experiment. This paper proposed the field test method in load bus to verify the load modeling. For appropriate field test, representative load buses are selected by the proposed algorithm considering the composition rate of user category in all load buses. The field tests were performed at selected load buses to obtain load characteristics of bus by time and seasonal without blackout. The results of measurement and analysis are presented in detail.

Cold Vapor Generator를 이용한 뇨중 수은 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Hg Analysis in Urine by Using Cold Vapor Generator)

  • For the analysis of mercury in blood and urine, many literatures have been reffered and many kinds of reducing agents for mercury reduction and many acids for pretreatmr are known to be varied. $So HNO_{3}$ and $H_{2}SO_{4}$ among acids and $SnCl_{2}$ and $NaBH_{4}$ as a reducing agent being chosen for the establishment of more efficient and less erroneous analysis, and comparing the absorbance by using vapor generator, the results are followings. 1. The difference of absorbance from concentration of $HNO_{3}$ and $H_{2} SO_{4}$ was not nearly found when mercury reduced by $NaBH_{4}$ after pretreatment. But for more precise analysis, conc acid treatment need to be used. 2. Higher absorbance was shown by using conto acid treatment (P<0.005) when mercury reduced by $NaBH_{4}$ after treating acid primer. And sample which has 99.5% reliability in T-test, treated by conc $H_{2}SO_{4}$(P<0.005) was shown higher absorbance than treat by CORC $HNO_{3}$. 3. The difference of absorbance was not in the slightest in higher 0.1 w/v% $NaBH_{4}$ proved by uruskal-wallis H-Test 4. Some difference of absorbance in $SnCl_{2}$(P<0.005) having 99.5% reliability was found but there was no difference in these 20 w/v% , 25 w/v% and 30 w/v% SnCl$_{2}$ by the experiment of T-test. 5. According to these test results, organic materials were much affect the absorballce when reducing mercury by using $SnCl_{2}$ rather than by $NaBH_{4}$. For bio sample which is contained various organic substances, reduclng agent $NaBH_{4}$ is a lot more efficient to reduce the error then $SnCl_{2}$. 6. analytic method for this study is as following. 7. As the recovery test was done by this, the rate of recovery was shown form 94% to 100.7% .

  • 고강도콘크리트의 내화성능 증진에 효과적인 것으로 알려진 섬유(NY, PP)는 섬유의 길이조합과 혼입율에 따라 유동성에 차이가 있다. 본 논문에서는 섬유의 길이조합과 혼입율이 고강도콘크리트의 유동성과 레올로지 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 몰탈시험체를 대상으로 미니 슬럼프 플로우(Mini slump-flow), 간이 V-lot 및 회전점도계에 의한 점도측정을 수행하였다. 실험결과, 섬유의 길이 조합에 따른 유동특성은 큰 차이가 없으나 섬유혼입률이 증가할수록 점도는 큰 것으로 나타났다.

나노클레이 첨가에 따른 할로겐프리 난연컴파운드의 수직난연 특성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Perpendicular Flame Retardant Characteristic Improvement of Halogen-free Flame Retardant Compounds by Nanoclay Addition)

  • The object of this study is to obtain the optimum mix proportion of halogen free compound with flame resistance and, for the purpose, thermal/electrical characteristics test are conducted using compatibilizing agents, flame resistance agents, hydroxide aluminum, sunscreen, antioxidant and silicon oil on the base resin of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). Existing compound method accompanies many requirements to be satisfied including a lot of addition of flame resistance agents, prohibition of impact on mixing capability with base and property and etc. In this study, different from the existing method, the optimum mix proportion is determined and experimented by adding nano clay. Oxygen index test shows no difference between specimens while T-6, T-9 shows oxygen index of 29[%] and 26[%], respectively. This is concluded that hydroxide aluminum, which is a flame resistance agent, leads low oxygen index. From UL94-V vertical flame resistance test, the combustion behavior is determined as V-0, Fail based on UL94-V decision criteria. Viscometry shows low measurements in specimens with separate addition of compatibilizing agents or nano clay. Volume resistivity test shows low measurement mainly in specimens without compatibilizing agents. Therefore, with the flame resistance compound shows better performance for thermal/electrical property and the optimum mix proportion are achieved among many existing materials.
