The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the actual condition and utilization planning of rice mills in Korea. Especially there are 64 rice mills at Goesangun, Chungbuk. I had selected six among them and examined. They are comparatively good, worth preserving, and considered to be the historical and local values. The results of study are as follows; First, rice mills of agricultural villages are utilized as the place of learning that people can experience or the agricultural village museum. Second, it can be connected to the sightseeing resources. Therefore, they are utilized as a green tourism. Third, in order to activate small rice mills, it need a governmental support policy. Fourth, it is necessary of the multilateral plan that can be used as a place of village community.

Efforts to build metaverse platform services and expand profit structure are developing in a more realistic direction. The metaverse, which has been centered on 'creation and economy' and 'discovery', will evolve into an 'experience' metaverse, creating tangible business effects where satisfaction with the user experience leads directly to purchase. In this paper, the condition of the avatar used as a medium of economic activity between the metaverse platformer and the user and the business utilization plan were sought. In addition, a new 'metaverse business model' was proposed based on 'experience, discovery, creation and economy', and in particular, it was intended to lay the foundation for the experience metaverse to further develop in the form of 'business experience'. In addition, a survey was conducted on the 'application of metaverse service and avatar' targeting the MZ generation, the main customer base of the current metaverse service. In order to provide a service that satisfies the user, it was concluded that the appearance of the avatar needs to be changed according to the purpose and function. Accordingly, we propose an 'selective switch mode' that can change the avatar's appearance at the desired timing according to the 'experience' and 'purchase purpose' of each metaverse service area. In addition, by strategically utilizing the 'Digilog' psychology, we believe that it will be possible to promote the influx of new users while increasing the loyalty of existing users to the platform. Through the establishment of 'avatar purchase system' by 'selective switch mode' and 'avatar decorating system' by 'digilog' strategy, the experience metaverse, which has been focused on 'digital twin experience' so far, is As it develops into 'business experience', it is expected that the user experience can be further satisfied.

Objectives : This study aimed at examining the aspects of utilization of the dental services in some regions and analyzing the related factors with a view to helping the old solve the dental problems and overcome the difficulties. Methods : This investigation was intended for 422 old people living in Jeon-ju city and Jang-su county from July 18, 2006 to August 25 by direct interviewing posing questions. The survey data sets were analyzed by chi-square, correlation, multiple regression and logistic regression. Results : 1. The average number of the existing teeth per an old person was 13.6 and the 28.8% of the old who didn't use denture called for dentures. 2. The annual coefficient of utilization in dental services for an old person was 52.3% and the annual average visits to dental clinics were 3.12 days while 38.6% of the old experienced illegal dental treatments. 3. The affecting factors on the dental utilization for treatment were as follows: family income, dental clinics available, the number of existing teeth, the days of dental trouble, the recognition of the prevention of the dental disease, the knowledge for the dental treatment and the oral health judged by himself. 4. The major variables influencing the utilization of dental services were spouse presence, form of family, income, having a regular dental care, denture presence and the experience of inconvenience in living. Conclusions : To conclude, the following suggestions could be made. First, It was necessary that enforcement practice of free dental prosthesis service and application to the national health insurance in old people's prosthetic therapy for government support because the economic factor was barrier to utilization of the dental services. Second, Dental clinic was required to the health center because availability of common dental services was big impact in utilization of the dental services.

This study aims to analyze the effect of long-term care utilization on health care utilization of the national health insurance elderly. This study is a secondary data analysis of the long-term care insurance data that comprised of total 21,213 long-term care insurance with the level 1 elders who received either service or non-service. This study evaluated the impact of long-term care service on the probability of health care utilization experience and costs of health care utilization. The total medical cost, geriatric hospital's medical cost, inpatient day and geriatric hospital's inpatient day by 2007-2009 were significant factor influencing the long-term care utilization. This study suggests long term care system should proper medical service linkage system. The current long-term care insurance system should more resource allocation on long-term care utilization to increase the efficiency of insurance system.

Objectives: This study aims to find status of the oral health care, the oral health education program utilization and the oral health guidance according to the experience status of oral health education of special school teachers. Methods: The study subjects were 133 teachers at special schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungbuk and Jeonbuk regions. Results: 32.8% of the male and 67.2% of the female teachers have the oral health education experience. Barriers for the dental treatment to teachers with the education experience show in the order as 'disabled children's noncooperation' 49.2%, 'economic reasons' 37.7% and 'medical institution's rejection' 6.6% and, to teachers without the education experience, 'disabled children's noncooperation' 45.8%, 'economic reasons' 19.4% and 'not emergency situation' 13.9%(p<0.01). Regarding the necessity of arranged institution to manage the oral health, 91.8% of teachers with the oral health education answer as 'necessary'(p<0.05). Regarding the barriers on the performance of oral health program 27.9%, the majority of teachers with the education experience answer as 'insufficient administrative & financial support' and 36.1%, the majority of teachers without the education experience answer as 'insufficient understanding and expertise on the oral health education'. 86.9% of the teachers with the education experience and 62.5% of the teachers without the education experience are found to 'guide students on the oral health'(p<0.01). Conclusions: It was considered that various oral health education programs positively influential to the oral health care and education for disabled children should be developed according to the status of oral health education experience of special school teachers.

The purpose of this study is to search shot clip' using variables influencing on the VOD purchase intention and watching intention of real-time broadcasting. This research focused on usage motivation, usage experience such as use time, time of utilization, genre, utilization pattern. Controlling demographic factors, results show that personal relation, benefit against whole broadcast, education genre, watching video, video sharing and recommendation were statistically influential to VOD purchase intention. And, results show that flexibility of use, drama/movie genre, read and write comments were statistically influential to watching intention of real-time broadcasting.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of dental hygienists toward digital dentistry. Methods : The subjects were 393 dental hygienists in Daegu Gyeongbuk. A total of 380 data were analyzed except the incomplete questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t-test, one-way ANOVA using SPSS version 18.0. Results : 1. Difference of perception by general characteristics was affected by age, academic background, working career, and married. 2. Difference of perception by utilization of digital facilities was affected by digital camera, CAD/CAM system, oral scanner, and computer system. 3. Difference of perception by digital education experience and intention of participation was affected by stronger intention to participate in digital education and practical exercise. Digital X-ray system and CAD/CAM system were the must-be equipment in education. Conclusions : Utilization of digital dentistry is the motive for education experience in dental hygienists.

As development of information technology, companies stress the need of knowledge management. Companies construct ERP system including knowledge management. But, it is not easy to formalize knowledge in organization. They experience that constructing information system help knowledge management. Now, we focus on engineering knowledge. Because engineering data contains experts' experience and know-how in its own, engineering knowledge is a treasure house of knowledge. Korean shipyards are leader of world shipbuilding industry. They have accumulated a store of knowledge and data. But, they don't have data mining tool to utilize accumulated data. This paper treats development of data mining tools for the utilization of shipbuilding knowledge based on genetic programming(GP).

In recent years there has been an increasing amount of attention paid to outosourcing of information systems (IS) functions in organizations. The changing and more strategic role of outsourcing in business firms has been given much coverage in academic and trade publications. Trying to remain competitive and up-to-date in the rapidly developing world of computer technology is becoming a financial burden to many organizations in fields such as banking and financial services, health care, and manufacturing. Hiring outsiders to handle part or even all of its information services helps an organization provide better services and maintain a competitive advantage. This paper attempts to provide a benchmark of current IS outsourcing utilization in Korea. A detailed descriptive analysis of survey responses from 78 Korean companies indicates the usage, length of experience, expenditure of outsourcing, and kinds of IS functions being outsourced. The study also analyzes the effects (strategic, economic, and technological) of IS outsourcing with respect to the length of experience, expenditure of outsourcing, and kinds of IS functions being outsourced As a result of the analysis there are significant differences in the strategic, economic and technological effects of IS outsourcing with respect to the expenditure of outsourcing, kinds of IS functions being outsourced and firm size.
