Treatment of poultry feces with Tolura sp. CH-30 produced a material that was significantly deodorized and showed a promotive effect on plant growth. Tolura sp. CH-30 grew on the poultry feces, deodorizing the feces by assimilation of volatile fatty acids, which are the source of the offensive odor, as a carbon source. Significant degradation of uric acid also occurred. In the treatment of feces with Tolura sp. CH-30, it was possible to deodorize feces in a short time, but reduction in the amount of urate-N was not enough. Urate-N inhibited plant growth due to an excessive nitrogen content produced as a result of rapid decomposition. Therefore, we propose a recycle-treatment plan using poultry feces treated with Tolura sp. CH-30. After the recycle-treatment, the amount of urate-N contained in the recycle-treated poultry feces was small and the recycle-treated poultry feces showed a promotive effect on plant growth when it was added at a nitrogen content of 1.6 g/600 g soil/pot.

According to the second plan of the Korean Government about technology development, utilization and popularization of new renewable energy, the continuous growth of distributed resources are expected. Various studies about impact of distributed resource on distribution system have been already accomplished. Rut there is a few paper about recloser and sectionalizer coordination and protection scheme in distribution system interconnected a number of distributed resources. In this paper, it is dealt with that recloser and sectionalizer coordination at the cases concerned with fault position. The problems of these cases are investigated through simulation.

But if those are interconnected with distribution system, there are many problem. In this paper, it is searched the biggest capacity of distributed resources under limit of actuating current o# protection devices and scheme.

To establish a management strategy of sediment-related disasters for adaptation to climate change, it is necessary to 1) understand the specific details and problems about the present status, 2) systematize related technologies by using exact numerical values obtained from physically-based analysis, and 3) ensure the basic guidelines are applied to field elastically. To achieve these successfully, detailed guidelines are required by scientifically considering the utilization and impact of related technology on the field. Here, detailed guidelines should include 1) the development of a basic plan, 2) enhancement of relevant technical instructions, 3) establishment of survey and inspection methods, 4) procedure of erosion control works in urban living sphere, and 5) proactive countermeasures against sediment-related disaster caused by earthquakes.

This paper deals with a case study on the process improvement and the layout design of a boiler factory with FactoryCAD. Firstly, two alternatives of job reallocation are suggested with the understanding of problems in current process. The layout planning for these new alternatives is carried out by simple procedure and the detailed analyses are performed by the aid of FactoryCAD program. The result shows that the new layout plan brings on about 10% reduction of travel distance. The utilization of FactoryCAD program can simplify the process of layout design.

In this paper, we propose a user matching app based on hybrid app and a utilization plan to promote sports tourism in line with the growing trend of sports industry scale. The proposed app categorizes sports facilities across the country into regional, sports, private and public sports facilities to support reservations and matching. The proposed app applied a matching system in which matching scores were given according to the preference of events, places, and users by user net matching algorithm. Users can enjoy sports as a team or individual through the suggestion app even if they do not have any clubs or friends to which they belong. It can be used to improve tourism content services and establish tourism industry policies by analyzing data generated while using a user matching system.

Individualized instruction only in the off-line classroom is not enough because elementary school students have various levels and tendencies. In recent years there are a lot of efforts to use online learning, and they are valuable. But the current online learning management systems are not utilized effectively in the elementary school. So this study suggests utilization plan of online learning management system through Moodle which can present and perform both learning objectives and learning contents for individualized instruction in elementary schools.

The objective of this paper is to investigate important factors when one can consider an implementation of global e-trade. This paper in particular intends to derive which factors are significant at information strategic planning stage as well as its evaluation stage. Many works in the global e-trade area have been focusing on narrow research issues related to EDI implementation and trade process automation after trade contracts are legally made. Therefore, more complete and exclusive factors at pre-contract stage should be considered when one can make a strategic plan for global e-trade. Five factors are found to be important for global e-trade planning and those are: (1) corporate strategy, (2)trade process automation, (3)trade information technology & infrastructure, (4)organization & people, and (5)trade information technology utilization. An evaluation framework is developed in this paper and its empirical results are also provided.

2009 Presidential Council on National Competitiveness to plan trying to the advancement in the construction industry 'design and engineering of the global competitiveness' in the content of weak points of the design and engineering capabilities to secure the overall problem. In domestic technological of design and engineering behind the other building construction sector about 70%. Especially hindrance factor was founded between design ordering organization, design firm and subcontractor in working design stage. In this paper carried out to hindrance factor that decrease the efficiency in working design stage for a strategy to improve the utilization of basic data.

최근 방송통신뿐만 아니라, 생활 속에서의 융합서비스 확산으로 전파활용이 급증하면서 국가의 무형자산인 전파자원에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 수요의 급증은 한정된 전파자원에 대한 경쟁적 수요 발생 및 경제적 가치 증대로 이어지면서, 장기적으로 융합시대를 선도할 수 있는 전파활용 방안에 대한 이슈 문제가 발생한다. 국내에서도 미래 전파서비스에 대비한 최적의 활용 방안에 대하여 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있으며, 본 고에서는 융합시대 선도를 위한 전파활용 전략에 대해 논의하고 있다. 즉, 회수 재배치나 재할당, 주파수 공유, 용도미지정 등 주요 전파정책들에 대해 논의하고, 이로부터 발생하는 이슈와 융합시대를 이끌 전파활용 방향성에 대해 제안하고자 한다.
