Due to the ongoing spread of digital technology, there is a movement around the world to open the process and results of research, and Open Science in order to improve access to data produced during the research process, which, as a result, supports the open development and advancement of science. In Korea, discussions on the DMP service are starting at domestic universities for the systematic management, sharing, and utilization of research data. Therefore, in this study, the status of DMP services provided by overseas university libraries were examined through case studies, opinions and requirements for DMP services. The effectiveness of DMP services were confirmed with collected research data, including interviews with research support service personnel of domestic university libraries. Through this, it was intended to suggest matters to be considered in terms of policy making, service implementation and awareness enhancement when providing DMP service in domestic university libraries.

Due to the topographical characteristics of Busan, which has many mountainous areas, there is a shortage of available land, and even the Gyeongbu Line railroad crosses the city center, hindering the disconnection of living areas and urban development. Accordingly, the need for multi-dimensional development has been raised to secure land, and recently, interest has been increasing in connecting cities divided by the undergroundization of the Gyeongbu Line railway and making efficient use of land. In this study, the development type was analyzed through the case of multi-dimensional development of land, and the development direction for each three-dimensional development type was set based on the results of the multi-dimensional development of four areas (Sasang Station, Gupo Station, Gaya Station, and Busanjin Station). In addition, reflecting the regional characteristics of the target area and the ongoing urban regeneration project, we will propose a design plan for horizontal and vertical space utilization of the railway site through multi-dimensional development through the efficient land use.

This study presented politic proposals and diverse utilization-type in coastal areas by analyzing results of reviewed related-statements of marine environment during the one year period of 2007 by Marine Environmental Impact Assessment Center. Total of 358 cases were reviewed, which was a significant increase from 270 in 2006. Consultation on the utilization of sea areas (CUSA) accounted for the largest number of 165 (46.1%) and it was followed by 104 cases of environmental impact assessment (EIA) (29.0%) and 89 cases of prior environmental review (PER) (24.9%). As such, evaluation statements (EIA+PER) related to consultations of the Ministry of Environment accounted for approximately 54% of the entire cases reviewed. To analyze the overall results of reviewing marine-related evaluation statements, utilization and planning were conducted by 47.9%, 38.4% and 13.7% in the South Sea, West Sea and East Sea of Korea, respectively. In evaluation statements (EIA+PER), port construction, industrial complex construction, urban management plan and road construction took up most of the part by 40.9%, 20.2%, 10.4% and 7.3%, respectively. In terms of CUSA-statement, it was evaluated that consultations were mostly carried out on use and reclamation of public water surface in coastal areas and on sea aggregate extraction process in EEZ. The largest number of plans for coastal use were established for Jeollanam-do, followed by Gyeongsangnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeonggi-do. In particular, development plans were concentrated on Jeollanam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do with stable marine environment and outstanding view of the nature. In most cases, these regions are adjacent to the areas designated as a sea area for environmental management and fisheries resources protection zone. Therefore, conflicts exist between development and preservation. Also, rather than random development, more detailed marine environmental impact assessment, gathering of public opinions and politic harmony are essentially required. For efficient coastal management and environmentally sound and sustainable development, fulfilling consistent and transparent coastal policies as well as active and reliable decision making to center on coastal environment by management bodies will be important.

Conservation measures for excavated and surveyed buried cultural heritages are decided by the administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration according to their scientific and historic values. However, management, preservation, and use after relocation and restoration remain unsystematic. An issue regarding preservation plan and use has arisen due to the damage of preserved heritages and protective facilities. Thus, this study aims to suggest a plan for preservation and use by investigating the present conditions of the preserved heritages in the Chungbuk area. Results showed that there are 43 preserved heritages in Chungbuk, most of which remain unmanaged systematically irrespective of the managing body. Remainder and protective facilities have been damaged due to wrong preservation treatments and selection of materials, and a problem also rises in terms of utilization, such as exhibition, education, and experience of preserved heritages. To improve such problems, a medium and long-term plan shall be established for the improvement of legal and institutional instruments, securing of budget, increase in professional manpower, development of standardization and inspection manuals, continuous monitoring, preventive preservation, research on relocation methods and materials, listing, and the creation of specialized museum and complex theme park. If a preservation plan suited to the investigated heritages can be developed, heritages can be preserved and managed more systematically and scientifically, and be used for various purposes like education, exhibition, public relations, etc.

According as zone of life of big city is expanded by new city development etc.., need special skill master plan compensation which can be systematic for wide area traffic problem solution and confusion expense minimization in the metropolitan area because wide area of capital region traffic is gone continuously and continues. Accordingly, Kyonggi Province suggested rapid-transit railway achievement that can connect Seoul Gangnam in 20 minutes with Dongtan new city recently. MLTM(Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affaris) announced "Capital region railway network improvement plan research services (2007.12)" result that Gangnam High-speed railway route (Suse $\sim$ Dongtan $\sim$ Pyeongtaek) construction for offer High-speed railway service to capital region and Kyonggi southern part area inhabitantses and need to line capacity tribe solution by Seoul-Busan high-speed railway second-stage and Honam high speed railroad completion. Is judged that need examination about wide area rapid-transit railway combined application operation that take advantage of rail track reserve capacity of High-speed railway for utilization efficiency elevation of country and efficient investment of national finance according as High-speed railway and Gangnam rapid-transit railway route that is suggested in Kyonggi Province are overlaped. Therefore, in this research, I wish to quote investment efficiency plan of railroad business by that different kind's train is run in uniformity track by presenting combined application operation plan and working expenses curtailment effect etc. that is optimized through analysis of roadbed and E & M technology condition, intermediate station plan, train operation planning etc. in case of wide area rapid-transit railway and high-speed railway run combined application.

Safety management was divided by the competent authorities supplier, and customer with responsibility and authority. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. Especially, the big accident of the inside and outside of the country occurred during recent year was newly recognized with the whole society about safety. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.

In the path of agricultural development, agricultural mechanization has played some decisive roles such as protecting natural disaster, substitution of labor shortage in agricultural production and so on. In making our country's agricultural mechanization plan, Japanese agricultural mechanization policy has been frequently referred to but it's very hard to find informative data for systematic analysis of the mechanization policy. In this paper it was tried to analyze the resent trend in Japanese agricultural mechanization policy and it's performance with many materials published in Japan. As the results, four things are recommended to be considered in making Korean agricultural mechanization policy. First, faster enlargement of agricultural machinery size in Korea might be very harmful to drop down agricultural production cost. Second, diverse utilization methods of agricultural machniery should be introduced. Third, a marketing of the used agricultural machinery must be activated to reduce agricultural production cost. Lastly, the joint R & D for developing low price agricultural machniery is necessary for small markets.

This study is a kind of preliminary research in order to propose and suggest the plan of performance improvement for the speed-up through the examination of operational condition on the field for signal system facility on the conventional railway, in order to obtain the elemental technology from the technical development for utilization of high speed train which will be run on the Korea Conventional Line and, finally, in order to propose the specification of signal system using for high speed and the scheme of establishment for the optimal signal system.

In this study, we analyzed t he design condition for appropriate design factor at geothermal system design documents. It is intended to provide the proper information of geothermal system design condition when construct new building, designer can use design conditions more efficiently. Therefore, it is possible to plan for domestic geothermal system, through utilization at design element, to provide as a good information that can predict the approximate underground condition. Thus, provided the basic design conditions that can predict the capacity of the geothermal system. It will be the first step to solve the problem.
