In the study, we suggest that the activation plan of the public nature burial in the capital area through funeral information system as follows. First, according to the report on the social survey announced by the National Statistical Office in December 2017, the Korean people's preference of nature burial was 43.6% while the actual utilization rate of national nature burial in 2017 was only 8.8%, which showed a huge gap between preference and utilization rate of nature burial. Therefore, through the activities to improve the awareness of nature burial by performing the national promotion and education, and also the investment for the expansion or improvement of nature burial facilities in the level of central government and local government, the preference of nature burial should be led to the actual demand. Second, during the period from 2011 to 2018, the utilization rate of public nature burial in the capital area was annually increased by average 26.9%, which showed the huge increase of demand for nature burial. Thus, each local government should carry forward the policies for expanding the supply of public nature burial focusing on the woodland burial showing the high preference of users of public nature burial. Third, even though the public cremation facilities are installed or operated by local governments in the capital area, Seongnam City without the public cremation facilities should install the public nature burial for the enhancement of users convenience by providing the One Stop Total Funeral Service.

2024년 미국항공우주국은 아르테미스 유인 달 탐사를 계획하고 있으며, 2030년대에는 미국을 비롯해 주요 국가들은 인류가 1개월 이상의 장기적인 유인 활동을 추진하기 위한 관련 핵심기술을 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 계획과 더불어 가장 우선시하여 고려되는 것은 달 현지자원 활용이며, 반드시 필요한 자원은 생명유지를 위한 물과 산소자원이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 자원은 지구에서 가져가는 것이 아니라 달 표면 현지에서 확보해 활용하는 것이 가장 경제적이며, 달 기지 건설 및 향후 화성으로 진출하기 위한 추진체의 연료로 활용할 수 있는 점에서도 산소자원의 채굴 및 활용방안에 대한 국제적인 연구개발은 활발히 진행되고 있다, 본 논문은 달 표면에서의 산소의 분포 및 산소 추출에 대한 대표적인 방법을 소개하고자 한다.

승계에 대한 기존의 연구는 승계가 원활하게 이뤄지기 위한 정책이나 제도 등에 치중하거나 가족기업에 초점을 맞춰 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 직계가족에 의한 승계나 정부의 정책보다는 중소기업 승계제도의 실질적인 활용의 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 중소기업 승계계획의 활용정도와 조직성과의 관계를 보다 정확하게 파악하기 위해 이러한 관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 상황적인 요인들을 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위해 인적자본기업패널 중소기업 172개의 기업자료를 분석한 결과, 중소기업의 승계 계획이 실질적으로 활용될수록 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 중소기업에서 승계 계획에 대한 정보를 외부에 공개하는 것은 암묵지 이전 및 기업에 대한 긍정적인 인상형성 등으로 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 협력적 노사관계는 승계 계획의 활용정도와 조직성과의 긍정적 관계를 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 노사관계가 협력적일수록 노사 간 신뢰를 바탕으로 승계 계획의 과정에서 후계자가 정당성을 확보할 수 있으므로 승계 계획의 활용이 조직성과에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 더 강화시킨 것으로 판단된다.

This study is conducted to propose urban park utilization and master plan in rural areas. Urban parks designed for the rural areas can be divided into three types: a themed type for rural tourism, a community type for hub regenerations and a waterfront type for using agricultural reservoirs. To use the themes and characteristics of ruralness, these types are required a multi-layered spatial structure. And ecological, cultural and economic networks of local tourism resources have to be integrated by utilizing agricultural reservoirs. Therefore, urban parks in rural areas can be defined as a part of the public benefit project aiming to revitalize the local economy. Also, urban parks are necessary to use attractions and amenities in rural areas. Based on theoretical backgrounds, this study proposed two sustainable master plans as the tourism resource development project for Baelyeonje, Gulye-gun. For ecological and cultural sustainability, this study proposed the environment restoration plan which reinforces the scenic resource of Nogodan in Mt. Jiri by developing the underdevelopment plan with consideration of the local landscape characteristics and resources. For economic sustainability, building the Mt. Jiri tourism complex and economic communities are needed to promote investments for securing mutual economic benefits. To achieve the sustainability, further studies related to the social equity and investment of private capital in rural areas are needed.

현재 도시재생은 대부분 영구적이고 고정적인 계획방식으로 진행되고 있으며, 종합계획 특성상 주민들의 의견을 즉각적으로 수용하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 일시적 활용의 전략을 기반으로 유휴공간의 활용요소를 도출하여 주민 인식조사 및 선호도 조사와 전문가 중요도 분석을 비교하여 일시적 활용 기법을 적용한 유휴공간 활용의 방향성을 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 거주민은 대상지 특성상 노후화된 물리적 환경을 먼저 개선하는 것을 선호하는 반면, 전문가는 빠르게 도시의 환경을 개선시킬 수 있는 일시적 활용의 특성을 담고 있는 활용방안을 중요도에 반영하여 그 순위의 차이가 있었다. 따라서 일시적 활용 전략의 중요성을 인식하고 두 집단의 우선순위 차이를 세분화하여 한시적으로 테스트(Test)를 진행함으로써 최적의 활용방안을 도출하여 종합계획에 반영하는 것이 바람직하다. 향후 일시적 활용 전략을 시행하고자 할 때 대상지 특성과 이용 패턴 분석을 통해 면밀한 사전조사와 이를 반영한 공간 활용 계획이 제시되어야 할 것이다.

Amid a wave of informatization, the world is allowing diverse exchanges and cooperations in the global village to be promoted. And, a change in the life environment and the consumption pattern allows the key word in distribution revolution called 'online' and 'emotion' to be recalled. As the emotion is being positioned as the trend of the new era, this study has its significance in that even the fashion industry desperately requires the emotion marketing aiming at the artistic value and practicality in fashion and the creation in value-added, and requires the development and utilization plan for diverse VMD programs on the rational dress shop, like the successful case of the trendy shop such as America's large bookstore 'Barnes & Noble.' Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to design and suggest the virtually trendy dress shop as one plan of utilizing VMD, by examining about the fashion business environment and about 'emotion trend' according to the consumer purchase needs, and through researching into the cases of the trendy dress shops with the emotion marketing. The virtual trendy dress shop 'Muse,' which was proposed as its research result, was designed with having the main concept as urban naturalism, which points to the urban and sophisticated coordination, and to the simple personality and rational value, as one method of utilizing VMD in the differentiated dress shop. And, it is desired to be performed the researches on the development and the utilization plan for diverse VMD programs in the dress shop down the road.

지방 소도시 쇠퇴에 따른 학령인구 감소는 사립대학의 폐교를 야기하며 관련 법령 및 지침이 모호하여 혼란을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 폐교대학의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 대학 폐교로 경제적 어려움을 겪고 있는 골목상권과 지역공동체 회복을 통해 골목 슬럼화 방지를 통해 폐 교대학의 매각 가능성을 높이고자 한다. 자료는 2021년 9월 30일부터 10월 8일까지 구글 설문조사와 10월 2일 실시한 현장 인터뷰를 통해 수집하였다. 설문조사의 대상자는 폐교대학의 인근 시민 총 84명이었고, 현장 인터뷰는 폐교대학 출신 2명과 지역거주민 3명 총 5명과 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 폐교 건물의 활용방안에 대한 도출방향을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 차후 폐교재산의 활용 모델을 제시하고 도시재생 정책의 수립에 기여 할 것이다.

자원순환기본법 시행에 따라 국가적으로 자원순환사회 발전을 위해 노력중이다. 이를 위해서는 생산·유통·소비·폐기 등 전 과정에서 폐기물 발생을 억제하고 폐기물 중 재활용가능자원이 단순히 매립·소각되는 대신 재활용되는 것이 중요하다. 하지만 자원순환사회를 만들기 위해서는 배출자. 사업자, 중앙 정부 뿐 아니라 지자체가 함께 노력하고 해결방안을 모색할 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 제도의 변화와 함께 세종시 현황 및 여건변화를 고려하여 세종시 자원순환사회 발전을 위한 추진 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 지역적으로 재활용 우선 관리 단계별 활성화 방안 마련, 폐기물 자원화의 극대화 및 재활용 산업 활성 방안 마련, 체계적이고 효율적인 재활용 플랫폼 구축 등을 제안한다. 이를 통해 자원순환사회로 도약하고 폐기물이 지속적으로 증가되고 있는 환경문제에 대한 해결책이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This research aims to make the general plan for the preservation and practical use about Junkyung and Youngkyung tombs at Samcheok. The general plan is classified according to three large territories. First, it is necessary for these two tombs to preserve territories and strengthen the historical identity in order to restore the spoiled building such as Subokbang and Surabang by verification and excavation. Second, to preserve the nature and environment of territories surrounding the two tombs is essential for the extension of the essence about these cultural heritage to improve the familiarity and effective utilization by trial programs, which are related to the historical background of the tombs and so forth. Third, supporting and making convenient facilities in the neighborhood near cultural assets is required to install public parks and parking lots for visitors. Additionally, it is needed to advertise successively about these two tombs as the beginning of Chosun Dynasty tombs Also, it is necessary to consider implementing programs because Junkyung and Youngkyung tombs along with Chosun royal tombs in the north of Korea might be designated as World Culture Heritage if Korea should be a unified nation.

Most previous studies, in general, related to housing needs have analyzed the data from self-administered survey or interview using questionnaire or simple 2D floor plan. This study was Intended to suggest how to increase the reliability and effectiveness of such survey methods in examining the residents' housing needs. In order to accomplish the purpose, the two kinds of surveys using Web based VR media and typical questionnaire were peformed. The same questions were used for these two surveys, and they included the furniture characteristics, use of each room, adjustment of room size, preferences for interior colors, preferred furniture in living room, space layout of floor plan, housing life style, and preference for housing characteristics. The answer differences between these two were analyzed. The subjects were 402 housewives who lived in apartment houses in Haeundae, Busan. Finding were as follows: first, the media method was more likely to be effective than typical questionnaire survey in explaining housing needs for the adjustment of room size in housing unit plan. Second, the media method was more realistic and reliable than the other in comprehending the needs for the interior colors. Last, the VR media tended to be more effective than the other in understanding the space layout of floor plan. This research sheds light on the utilization of visual instrument for the analysis of needs related to space use.
