인삼의 엽, 경을 첨가한 식이중 영양소의 흡수율에 관한 연구 (Absorption Rate of Nutrients in the Diets supplemented with the Leaf or Trunk of Panax Ginseng in Rat)

  • This study was devised to observe the nutritional effects of the diets supplemented with the leaf or trunk in rats. The male albino rats (110 heads), Sprague-Dowley strain weighing 75g to 79g, were used as the experimental aninl mils. The animals were divided into twelve diet groups and maintained with corresponding diet for 40 days, and then sacrificed. The growth rate, the consumption and efficiency ratios of the food and protein, the absorption rates of carbohydrate, lipid and protein, and the utilization rates of energy were determined during the feeding term. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) The growth rate, the consumption and efficiency ratios of the food and protein in each experimental diet group added ginseng steamed leaf or trunk were higher than those in experimental group A which has the diet supplemented with ginseng raw leaf of trunk. 2) The absorption rates of the carbohydrate were above 96%, higher than those or the control group, But those of fat, protein and the utilization rate of energy in each experimental diet group were generally lower than those in the control group.

반응성 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의한 Nickel Oxide 박막 제작 특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Nickel Oxide Thin Film Manufactured by Reactive Magnetron Sputtering Method)

  • In this paper, the DE(double erosion) cathode for the reactive magnetron sputtering system is developed for high deposition rate and high target utilization efficiency. The utilization efficiency of the developed DE cathode is 22% higher than that of normal SE(single erosion) cathode. Sputtering process for the nickel oxide thin films with the DE cathode is performed under the following conditions; power with $1kW{\sim}3kW$, pressure with 4mtorr and 8mtorr, oxygen flow ratio with $0%{\sim}80%$. As a result, the hysteresis phenomenon of discharge voltage in 4mtorr is lower than that in 8mtorr and the hysteresis phenomenon of discharge voltage is getting lower as the applied power is getting higher. The structure of cross section and surface roughness of the thin films are observed by FE-SEM and AFM. The structure of cross section of the thin films is columnar and the average surface roughness under oxygen flow ratio of 0%, 52.5% and 65.0% are $2.08{\AA}$, $2.20{\AA}$ and $0.854{\AA}$, respectively.

뇨중의 산가용성 펩타이드에 의한 식이 단백질 이용 효율의 추정 (Estimation of the Efficiency of Dietary Protein Utilization Based on the Urinary Excretion of Acid-Soluble Peptides in Rats)

  • 식이 단백질의 질적인 차이에 의해 뇨중에 배설되는 산가용성 펩타이드의 배설과 단백질의 체내 이용효율을 검토하였다. PE식이의 산가용성 펩타이드의 배설량과 ASP-form 아미노산 pattern을 G식이, C식이, GLT식이 군과 비교한 결과, 각 단백질식이군에서 산가용성 펩타이드 배설량이 많았지만, 산가용성 펩타이드를 구서 고 있는 아미노산의 조성은 거의 유사하였으므로 뇨중 펩타이드가 내인성 대사 생성물임이 확이되었다. 그리고 뇨중에 배설되는 산가용성 펩타이드를 토대로 각 식이 단백질의 체내 이용효율을 계산한 결과 G식이는 $74{\pm}1%$, C식이는 $93{\pm}3%$, GLT식이는 $91{\pm}2%$였다.TEX>였다.

A Domain-independent Dual-image based Robust Reversible Watermarking

  • Robust reversible watermarking has attracted widespread attention in the field of information hiding in recent years. It should not only have robustness against attacks in transmission but also meet the reversibility of distortion-free transmission. According to our best knowledge, the most recent robust reversible watermarking methods adopt a single image as the carrier, which might lead to low efficiency in terms of carrier utilization. To address the issue, a novel dual-image robust reversible watermarking framework is proposed in this paper to effectively utilize the correlation between both carriers (namely dual images) and thus improve the efficiency of carrier utilization. In the dual-image robust reversible watermarking framework, a two-layer robust watermarking mechanism is designed to further improve the algorithm performances, i.e., embedding capacity and robustness. In addition, an optimization model is built to determine the parameters. Finally, the proposed framework is applied in different domains (namely domain-independent), i.e., Slantlet Transform and Singular Value Decomposition domain, and Zernike moments, respectively to demonstrate its effectiveness and generality. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed dual-image robust reversible watermarking framework.

  • The Korean military has sought to build an all-round military force against the national and international security environment and future asymmetric threats as well as the military threats it faces. However, while raising the need for timely electrification, there are few cases of quantitatively evaluating the loss when electrification is delayed, making it difficult for our military to provide a logical basis to support the importance of the electrification period. Therefore, through this study, we tried to analyze the index of loss cost that can support the need for timely electrification with logical and quantitative data and present it as a logical basis. To this end, the loss cost was calculated in terms of combat efficiency, equipment utilization rate, and maintenance requirements, which can be quantitatively calculated based on "combat readiness," a general impact on the military in case of delayed timely electrification.

Weaning pig performance can be enhanced by replacing dietary inorganic copper and zinc with glycine or methionine-chelated copper and zinc

  • A total of 180 21-day-old weaning pigs ([Yorkshire × Landrace] × Duroc) with an initial body weight of 6.44 ± 0.01 kg were randomly assigned to 9 treatments for evaluating the effects of replacing dietary inorganic copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) with glycine (Gly) or methionine (Met)-chelated Cu and Zn on growth performance and nutrient digestibility. The experimental period was 35 days. There were four replicated pens per treatment, with five pigs (three males and two females) per pen. Dietary treatments consisted of a basal diet (CON), in which the sources of Cu and Zn were in inorganic form. The inorganic Cu and Zn in the basal diet were replaced by glycine-chelated (GC) and methionine-chelated (MC) Cu and Zn by 30, 50, 70, or 100% to form the GC1, GC2, GC3, GC4, or MC1, MC2, MC3, MC4 groups. The 100% replacement of dietary inorganic Cu and Zn with GC or MC increased (p < 0.05) average daily gain, average daily feed intake, and gain-to-feed ratio. The complete replacement of dietary inorganic Cu and Zn with GC or MC led to enhanced (p < 0.05) digestibility of dry matter, nitrogen, Cu and Zn. Thus, the replacement of inorganic Cu and Zn with GC or MC can improve the growth efficiency and nutrient utilization of weaning pigs.

정책정보제공서비스에 대한 정책연구자 요구분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Policy Researchers' Requirements for Policy Information Providing Service)

  • 본 연구에서는 정책정보서비스의 활성화를 위해 정책정보 수요자의 요구를 파악하고 그 이용행태를 분석함으로써 향후 우리나라 정책정보서비스 발전방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설문조사 및 면담분석방법을 통해 정책정보이용자의 요구 및 이용행태를 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정책정보이용목적은 연구과제 수행과 정책동향 파악이 가장 높게 나타났고, 입수경로는 인터넷이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 전자자료를 이용하는 비율이 높게 나타났고, 국내자료 이용비율이 높았으며, 해외 자료 중에서는 미국자료 이용률이 매우 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 이용하는 자료의 최신성에 있어서 최근 2-5년 사이에 생산된 자료를 많이 이용하고, 많이 활용하는 자료유형은 Web DB(학술지, 학술기사, 전자저널 및 전자형태의 논문 포함) 및 보고서로 나타났으며, 요구도도 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 정책정보활용 효율성 고도화 방안에 대한 조사에서는 정부기관 소속 자료실간 협력, 정책정보 생산기관간 협력, 정책정보의 총체적 관리기관을 중심으로 한 국가정책정보의 총체적 수집이 매우 높게 나타났다.

Evaluation of Coffee Ground as a Feedstuff in Practical Diets for Olive Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus

  • A 10-week feeding trial was carried out to investigate the feasibility of using spent coffee ground (CG) as a potential feed ingredient for olive flounder. Growth, feed utilization, body composition and antioxidant enzyme activity were examined. A control diet was formulated and three other diets were prepared to contain 5, 10 or 15% CG (designated as Con, CG5, CG10 and CG15, respectively) by replacing for wheat flour. Two hundred forty fish ($104{\pm}0.7g/fish$) were allotted to 12 circular tanks of 400 L capacity at a density of 20 fish per tank and fed the experimental diets twice daily. At the end of the feeding trial, fish fed the CG5 diet exhibited significantly (P < 0.05) higher growth performance than those fed the control diet. Also, fish fed the CG10 diet had a comparable growth to that of the control group, but further increase of dietary CG inclusion level to 15% resulted in significant decrease of growth performance. Fish fed the CG15 diet showed significantly lower feed efficiency and protein efficiency ratio than other treatments. Significantly lower muscle protein content was observed in fish fed CG15 diet compared to the control. Significant reduction in plasma cholesterol concentration was found in fish fed CG15 diet compared to control. No significant changes were found in alkyle and superoxide radicals scavenging activities of plasma, muscle and liver among dietary treatments. Also, liver total protein, total antioxidant capacity, catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities were not significantly influenced by dietary inclusion of CG. According to these results, we concluded that CG can be included up to 10% in the diet for olive flounder without any adverse effects on growth, feed utilization and antioxidant enzyme activity.

식이중 단백질과 지방수준이 흰쥐의 성장, 질소와 에너지 이용 및 체조성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Dietary Protein and Fat Levels on the Utilization of Nitrogen and Energy and Body Composition in Rats)

  • In order to investigate the effect of dietary protein and fat levels on the growth and the utilization of nitrogen and energy and body composition in rats, Sprague\ulcornerDawley 48 male rats of 8 weeks old weighing approxijIlately 215-220g were subjected to feeding trials for 8 weeks and then subsequently to metabolic trials for 2 weeks. Four dietary protein levels (4, 8, 16, 32%) and each protein level contained two fat levels(3.9, 11.7%=1O,3J% of 3600kcal ME/kg) by addition of an appropriate amount of carbo\ulcornerhydrate and the following results were obtained. The body weight gain and food efficiency ratio of the rats to which a diet of 16% protein and 3.9% fat was fed were significantly higher than in either case of 8% pro\ulcornertein diet or of 32% protein diet. The digestibility of protein in the experimental diets was 73.3 -93.4%. The digesti\ulcornerbility of energy ( energy absorption) in the experimental diets was 83.2 -91.5%. The utilization of protein and the metabolic energy efficiency in the experimental diets was highest at the diet of 8% protein and 3.9% fat. The analysis of the body composition after feeding trials for 8 weeks has shown that the content of body water and protein were not affected by protein and fat levels in diet. The content of body fat in the rats to which 3.9% fat diet was fed was high\ulcornerer than that in those to which 11.7% fat diet was fed. From the above experimental results it may be suggested that the best formula of diet for the 8 weeks old rats may be composed of the 8% protein and 3.9% fat.

광 버스트 스위칭 네트워크에서 서비스 차별화를 제공하는 공유 기반의 허락 제어 방식 (Sharing based Admission Control Scheme for Service Differentiation in Optical Burst Switching Networks)

  • 본 논문에서는 광 버스트 스위칭 네트워크에서 서비스 차별화를 제공하고 파장의 보다 효율적인 활용성을 제공하는 공유(sharing) 기반의 허락 제어(admission control) 방식을 제안한다. 제안하는 공유 기반의 허락 제어 방식은 광 버스트 스위치의 출력링크 파장 중 일부를 다수의 클래스가 공유하여 사용하고 나머지는 가장 높은 클래스가 전용하게 함으로서 서비스 차별화를 제공함과 동시에 공유를 통한 파장의 효율성을 도모한다. 제안하는 공유기반의 허락 제어 방식에 대한 서비스 차별화 기능 및 공유파장의 수와 스루풋(throughput)간의 관계를 도출하기 위하여 마코흐(Markov) 기반의 분석모델을 적용하고 산술적 분석을 시행한다. 분석을 통해 낮은 클래스의 트래픽 성능은 높은 클래스나 낮은 클래스가 균등하게 입력되는 경우와 낮은 클래스의 입력률이 낮은 경우에는 공유파장의 수가 많을수록 개선되지만 낮은 클래스의 입력률이 특정 임계치를 초과하게 되면 공유 파장의 효과는 다소 감소되는 것을 보인다.
