AHP 기법에 의한 금융위험관리 소프트웨어 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Commercial Softwares for Bank Risk Management by AHP)

  • Recently financial institutions in Korea are experiencing an unfamiliar challenge in terms of their operational risk management due to the volatility of global financial market and the incessant development of new financial products. In this paper, we present an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) model to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial softwares for risk management in banking. The AHP model considers software's performance. utility, serviceability and durability as major evaluation criteria. The weight of each criterion is generated by the questionnaire survey given to practitioners in risk management in domestic commercial banks.

Identification of quantitative trait loci for root development during seedling stage in rice

  • Vigorous root growth at the seedling stage in dry direct-seeded conditions is considered as a critical trait because it is involved in seedling emergence, early vegetative vigour, nutrient uptake as well as drought tolerance. In this study, we performed QTL mapping using the recombinant inbred lines obtained from the cross between Tongil-type Dasan and temperate japonica TR22183 (DT-RILs) to identify QTL underlying early root development. TR22183, which was previously reported to have high nitrogen utility and cold tolerance, showed vigorous root growth at the seedling stage in semi-drought conditions. Root length, fresh weight and dry weight of TR22183 were significantly higher than in Dasan. By QTL analysis with genotyping-by-sequencing method, we identified two QTLs for root fresh weight (RFW) in chromosome 7 and root dry weight (RDW) in chromosome 8, explaining phenotypic variances of 13.5% and 10.6%, respectively. These QTLs would be used to develop rice varieties adapted to direct-seeded cultivating system.

화력발전용 가스재열기의 응력 해석 (Stress Analysis of Gas-Gas Heater in Thermal Power Plant)

  • Today\`s industrialized plants are required to reduce SOx emitted from stacks at factories, utility power stations, etc. For this purpose, flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system is installed in thermal power plant and gas-gas heater(GGH) is used to play a vital role to reheat the wet treated gas from FGD. The sector plates are located at cold and hot sides of gas-gas heater. They serve as sealing to prevent mixing treated and untreated gases. Therefore, the deformation of the sector plate due to its dead weight and gas pressure should be considered as major factor for the sector plate design. And finite element analysis(FEA) for rotor part in GGH is performed with original model and two weight-reduced models with different diaphragm thickness, respectively. Stress concentrations at rotor diaphragm happen due to the dead weight, pressure difference between treated and untreated gas, and thermal distribution in the rotor. As the thickness of diaphragm is decreased, the stress level is increased. The direction of treated gas and untreated gas flow may affect the stress level.

  • This paper in the feeding Selenium added high fat diet, have an aim to find an effect of the white rat'food intake, body weight and level of serum lipid. This experimentations com to the conclusion that Se. added high fat diets, to say again, soybean oil added high fat diets that expecially is contained unsaturated high fatty acid, improve a general diet-utility factor, and decrease a body weight and coronary heart desease factor of the serum have an effect to prevent them from C H D by increasing anti - arterioscleroticfactor.

  • 개인용 컴퓨터 및 각종 모바일 기기의 이용 증가로 인해 많은 분야에서 다양한 형태의 웹기반 서비스들이 널리 활용되고 있다. 이에 따라 해당 분야에서 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 지원하기 위한 사용자 이용 로그 분석 등에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 특히 사용자 로그 데이터를 구성하는 구성요소의 중요성 차별화에 기반한 분석 기법들이 활발히 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 웹 클릭 스트림에서 유용하게 적용될 수 있는 고유용 과거 정보 탐색 기법을 제시한다. 해당 기법을 통해 기존의 웹 클릭 스트림 분석 기법에서는 쉽게 탐색하지 못했던 정보인 타겟 마케팅 등에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 중요 정보를 쉽게 탐색할 수 있다. 본 논문의 연구 결과는 IoT 환경 및 생물정보 분석 등과 같이 데이터 스트림 형태로 정보를 발생시키는 다양한 컴퓨터 응용 분야에도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

모멘텀 휠용 라비린스실 개발 (Development of a Labyrinth Seal for a Momentum Wheel)

  • Labyrinth seal is most common way to protect the bearings installed in Reaction wheel. In spite of wide applications, no such research was found about the sealing utility of the Labyrinth seal in the condition of vacuum and high temperature. In this research, we tried to verify the utility of Labyrinth seal. Numerical analysis had been executed to predict the benefit of the Labyrinth seal and also experiments were performed to verify the utilization. Two Bearings were installed at the vacuum chamber, one was assembled with Labyrinth seal and the other was stand alone. After executing the vacuum test, it was found to be the stand alone bearing had lost more weight than the one that was assembled with the labyrinth seal. In this result, it is verified that the Labyrinth seal has useful function to preserve the lubricant that affects to the life-cycle of the Bearing.

  • Every public agency governing infrastructure has to plan effectively for rehabilitation of existing facilities within the constraints of the capital program. Numerous technical, social, political, financial, and management constraints govern the decision to rehabilitate a facility. However, without a systematic procedure for selecting facilities for rehabilitation, within the prevailing constraints, it is possible that the funds available for rehabilitation might be suboptimized. Therefore, a decision support system that assists the user in selecting facilities for rehabilitation while considering the technical, social, financial, and political and management constraints will be useful in the decision-making process. This paper compares the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the Swing Weight method used to prioritize functional criteria for suburban station rehabilitation. This paper also contains a brief discussion about the relevance of the Multi Attribute utility theory in developing a decision model for the problem at hand. The results of this paper provides the user with a decision support system that would prioritize the stations in order of their weights obtained by a systematic evaluation of various criteria and sub-criteria involved in the decision making process

AHP분석을 통한 도로 교통안전지킴이 로봇 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Road Traffic Safety Moderator Robot using AHP)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to analyze the requirements of the road traffic safety moderator robot when road repairing. The road traffic safety moderator robot is road traffic safety equipment and to conversions mechanical engineering and IT when road repairing. METHODS : The study used AHP based on the survey from road repair related expert that field engineers, design engineers, public officials and professors. The survey used paired comparison. The survey items were safety, convenience and economics. The safety is classified as visibility or efficiency, the convenience is classified as utility or mobility and the economics is classified as initial investment cost or maintenance $ management cost. The survey alternatives were the road traffic safety moderator robot, traffic regulation by human, traffic regulation by mannequin and traffic signs. The software for AHP is Expert Choice 2000. RESULTS : The results of AHP analyze, the weighted value of safety was analyzed with the highest at 0.488 of survey items. The weighted value of convenience was analyzed at 0.295, the weighted value of economics was analyzed at 0.218. The results of the road traffic safety moderator robot, the weight value of efficiency and utility were analyzed with the highest at 0.284 and 0.259 of alternatives. The weighted value of initial investment cost and maintenance & management cost were analyzed with the lowest at 0.203 and 0.211 of alternatives. The consistency test results of each items, null hypothesis is rejected because the CR values were 0.000 respectively. Therefore, the study results are consistency. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study, overall value of the road traffic safety moderator robot came off second-best of other alternatives. The road traffic safety moderator robot has been received highest praise by the result of the study as good road traffic safety equipment when road repairing because the weighted values of efficiency and utility were analyzed with the highest of survey items. The efficiency mean securing safety and the utility mean practical assistance when road repairing. The results of this study showed that the road traffic safety moderator robot will effective for traffic safety when road repairing. economics and visibility are that supplementation of the road traffic safety moderator robot because the weighted values of economics and visibility were analyzed with the lowest of survey items. The consistency test results are consistency because the CR values were 0.000 respectively.

EQ-5D를 이용한 뇌졸중 장애인의 질보정수명 감소분 추정 (Estimating Quality Adjusted Life Year Loss of Persons Disabled by Stroke Using EQ-5D in Korea)

  • 목적: 뇌졸중으로 인한 장애인이 증가하고 있으나 이들을 대상으로 질보정수명을 구한 연구가 없었다. 이 연구의 목적은 일개 시에서 뇌졸중 장애인을 대상으로 EQ-5D로 그들의 건강 관련 삶의 질 수준을 평가하고, 우리나라 전체 뇌졸중 장애인의 QALYs 감소분을 추정하기 위하여 수행 하였다. 방법: 2008년 3월을 기준으로 경주시 장애인 등록현황에서 50세 이상인 장애인 중 뇌졸중이 원인으로 파악된 982명을 대상으로 설문조사자들이 방문하여 대면면접조사를 통해 일반적 특성, 임상적 특성, EQ-5D 등의 자료를 수집하였다. 제4기 국민건강영양조사 에서 일반인구집단과 동반질환이 없는 군을 건강비교군으로 선정하여 성별, 연령별 표준화를 통해 비교함으로써 효용 가중치 차이를 구하였다. 이 효용 가중치 차이를 우리나라 전체 뇌졸중 장애인에 적용하여 전체 QALYs 감소분을 추정하였다. 결과: 대상자 982명 중 조사응답자는 566명으로 응답률은 57.6%였다. 여성, 70대 이상군에서 EQ-5D 지표값이 남성이나 60대 이하군에 비해 더 낮았고, 상대 비교군과의 차이도 크게 나타났다. 건강비교군과 일반인구집단 비교군과의 비교에 따른 전체 QALYs 감소분은 각각 연간 67,011.6 QALYs와 54,167.1 QALYs로 추정되었다. 결론: EQ-5D로 우리나라 전체 뇌졸중장애인의 QALYs 감소분을 추정하였고, 이 연구를 바탕으로 뇌졸중 장애인을 대상으로 한 공중보건정책의 집행이나 평가를 수행하여 보다 근거에 기반한 장애인 정책을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.
