With the widespread use of smartphones and the development of information technology, an online service called SNS(social network service) has emerged, and as an increasing number of people began to use SNS, extensive research has been conducted on SNS. SNS is an important factor for adolescents who are developing social skills that help them to adapt to the society, and for adults who are stepping into the society. The present study investigates the effects of information search, self-disclosure, interaction, and playfulness, all of which are motivational factors for SNS use, on flow in SNS, and empirically analyzes the degree of these variables influence according to flow in SNS and individual's personal nature(extrovert, introvert). The analysis results showed that information search, self-disclosure, interaction, and playfulness were positively correlated with flow in SNS, and flow in SNS was positively correlated with social skills. The degree of influence varied depending on the individual's personal nature(extrovert, introvert). These findings may provide important insights for researchers studying SNS, SNS managers, and company officials using SNS.

This paper is aimed at investigating the influence of the fit between PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) driven mobile technology and tasks on performance. Our research motive was adopted from the burgeoning mobile technology which can be easily observed in modem management. Fit theory has been widely applied to proved the relationship between technology and tasks. However, there are few studies about the fit between mobile technology and tasks. A the advent of the IT, mobile technology started to affect individuals' lifestyle as well as the management style of firms. For the purpose of proving those hypotheses, we collected 173 questionnaires from 20 firms such as manufacturing industry, financial business, service company, telecommunication company which deem using the PDA technology for their management. We applied factor analysis and path analysis for our experiments Results revealed that the mobile technology holds a statistically significant fit with tasks and Individual characteristics.

The winding design of a capacitor-run single-phase induction motor for changing two poles(2-/4-pole) is proposed for reducing the harmonics of Magneto Motive Force(MMF) in the airgap at 2-role. To improve motor performance, it is important to analyze exactly the harmonics and design the winding pattern for its harmonics reduction. The winding design method to reduce the harmonics is suggested in this paper and its characteristics are analyzed by using equivalent circuit considering harmonic components. The various performances of the pole change motor with the proposed winding pattern are compared with the experimental results.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the factors determining salary level of hospital. Methods: This study performed secondary analysis on the existing data. Data were collected from May 1, 2005 to September 30, 2005. Analysis of the results was carried out using SPSS win 12.0 program for t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression. Results: For the determinant factors on the level of nurse's salary, the R2 for this whole regression model was .72, indicating that approximately 72% of the variance in salary level of the nurses was accounted for by the linear combination of these three independent variables, the size of hospitals, the characteristics of a fund, and nursing delivery system. Conclusion: Salary is a major part of human resource management and is compensation for the labor of nurses and is a motive to nurses. Each hospital's salary needs to be more affordable to nurses.

This qualitative study focused on the motives and patterns of child care leave by analyzing its facilitating and constraining factors. Fourteen participants were interviewed in-depth using non-structured interview questions. Motives for child care leave include mothers' active choice, mothers' inevitable secondary choice, and mothers' instrumental choice. The patterns of child care leave in terms of total period, time, and distribution vary according to individual circumstances and occupational culture surrounding child care leave for female workers. Female workers will occasionally use this child care leave as a rare opportunity to take a rest during their labor lifecycle and to achieve work-family balance.

Patterns presented at baroque were mostly floral pattern. Abstract anonymous flower, tulip, Acandus leaf, pomegranate were blended with one another and had a distinct leaning toward continuation and repetition. Components of design could be classified into flower and leaf, flower and fruit, flower and circumferential ornament, bunch of flowers, flower and pot, flower and geometry, and flower and animal. Floral patterns in this era were mostly fullness type being large, simple, and having more formalized motive and were fronted with unit type and vine shape. Unit type shows reflection of baroque style which aims to present absolute unification rather than freedom, which was inherent property of baroque style, by using symmetric pattern. Vine type were unfolded with C type curved line which was main characteristics of that time and showed flowage as a whole and pliable beauty. Floral pattern was filled the whole surface of fabric, thus background of fabric can not be discerned. So, it showed extreme decorative tendency and lavishness.

The electromagnetic noise generates when natural frequencies of a stator core with wingdings and frame coincide with or approach natural frequencies of the magnetic motive force. In order to suppress such noise, the estimation of natural frequencies of the motor is important at the design stage. However, the natural frequency analysis is not so easy because motor stator is in the laminated plate structure and windings are composed of wires, insulation sheets and vanishs. Thus the accurate prediction of the equivalent material properties of windings becomes an essential task. In this paper, we derive the equivalent material properties using homogenization methods.

The primary purpose of this study was to investigate consumers' purchasing behavior of apparel products with solo shopping orientation. The data were collected in Busan and Ulsan from 279 adult women. The aforementioned were analyzed utilizing frequency, factor analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and chi-square($X^2$) test using SPSS Win 12.0. The results showed as follows. The motive factors to alone purchasing behavior of apparel products of consumers were convenience, hedonic aim, consumption centered oneself, load to going together, nonexpected shopping and time utilization. Specially the higher consumers recognized importantly convenience and hedonic aim, the higher they had a solo shopping orientation. The more consumers experienced feelings such as hedonic aim, it was the same. Also the high consumers satisfied on purchase of apparel products, it was just the same.

In recent years, sensorless drive schemes have been proposed widely and most of them are based on the ZCP (Zero Crossing Point) detection of the BEMF (Back Electro-Motive Force). These schemes have two main problems. One is that ZCP may not be detected at low speed and thus a forced drive is required. The other problem is that there is $30^{\circ}$ phase difference between ZCP and the motor commutation instant and to ensure proper operation, this gap should be accounted for. To solve these problems a circuit is devised for detecting ZCP of the BEMF difference through the line voltage difference. Experimental results show that the output of this circuit is identical to that of the Hall sensor signal, and velocity control of a BLDC motor is possible without the sensor.

The culture and society environment plays major role in the development of Fashion and now in the 21st century, interest in Fashion is getting increased along with the rapid progress of advanced media development and information surge. Now it s the time to extend visual efficiency not only transmitting fashion image but also develop a creative product that satisfy the demander s needs. Currently it is very hard to express our subjective Korean "nationalism" in the Fashion since the various expression skill using western fashion illustration are dominant in our society. I have classified two components, fashion illustration and Korean painting in the theoretical circumstance. In fashion illustration circumstance, I examined the concept, usage, expression skill and history referring to historical documents. In Korean painting section, I considered coloring portrait concept, pattern, history, concept, and feature of the four gentlemanly plants. including the basic material of Korean-paper, Writing- Brush, Ink-Stone, Traditional-ink and also the history of itself. I have designed 8 products applying the concept of plum blossoms, orchids, chrysanthemums and bamboos that represent the most important part of the four gentlemanly plants, and also the expression skill of Korean coloring portrait.rait.
