This research intends to find factors to analyze users, non-users, and the relation between how many sites people use and the users' tendencies, in regards of social network services such as Facebook, Twitter, and Cyworld. The major results are as follows: firstly, the user group seems to be composed of people who are younger, have higher self-efficacy, and use smartphones, compared to the non-user group. Secondly, a single-site user group has lower motivation of 'expert search and expression' and a lower degree of personal tendency of innovation (novelty seeking and self-efficacy), compared to multiple-site user group. Thirdly, foreign SNS user groups have a higher degree of personal tendency of innovation and motivation of 'experts search and expression' than the Cyworld user group. On the other hand, the Cyworld user group seems to be affected by reference group in their use, while they have high motivation of 'connection'. In conclusion, there were significant relationships between personality and multiple SNS uses. Also, Cyworld users tended to use it for maintaining established relationships.

To build effective u-healthcare system based-on smart-cloth, design of hardware and software modules for suitable smart-cloth is needed. And a gateway smart-phone program for sensing signal's collecting and processing is needed to send sensing bio-signal from smart-cloth to sever. To do this, it is an important to design and describe modules well for having no difficult problems when implementing later. Also, if medical team do not monitor bio-signals sending from smart-phone frequently and these signals' change values which diagnose automatically due to building expert system based on rules/facts is informed for users, it will be an useful u-healthcare system. Therefore in this paper, by presenting design method of u-healthcare system hardware and software modules based on smart-cloth which prepared these functions, this design method is showed for applying a common use u-healthcare system's production usefully.

The rating instrument to evaluate the quality of nutrition information websites was developed and ten websites which were maintained by nutrition expert(s) and frequently linked to other related sites were evaluated. The rating instrument with 15 questions on credibility, content, purpose, and design was developed. Eleven college students majoring in Food and Nutrition rated each question as 'Yes', 'No', 'Cannot tell' while visiting each site. The questions rated most often as 'Yes' were 'Is it capable for a user to interact with a responsible person for the site?', 'Is the information provided by nutrition expert?', 'Does the information fit in with dietary guideline?' in the order. The questions rated most often as 'No' were 'Is the source of the information indicated?', 'Is the purpose of the site stated?', and 'Is an internal search engine working?', indicating these categories need betterment. The questions rated most often as 'Cannot tell' were 'Is the information current?', 'Is the information provider credible?', indicating that these may be difficult questions for college students to evaluate. Individuals or institutions who are providing nutrition information on the internet now or plan to provide later are expected to consider the problems pointed out in this study, and offer highly qualified information to the users in an effective way. Various rating instruments to evaluate the quality of nutrition information websites can be developed based on a variety of criteria. It is, however, to be desired that a standardized rating instrument would be developed by a leading group of nutrition experts, and the results of site review with the instrument be open to the public in order to improve the quality of Korean nutrition information on the internet.

The purpose of this study is to develop the measurement of security needs satisfaction from users of electronic security system, to verify its validity and reliability, and by applying them, to examine the effects between the communities using this system. In 2008, the users of electronic security system in big cities in Seoul(Yong-San, Jong-Lo) and Gyung-Gi Do(Su-Won) for their convenience stores, jewelry shops, communication services, banks, government and public offices, etc. were arranged for a population and 262 of them were used for the final analysis by purposive sampling. This study yields following results. First, the validity of security need satisfaction from users of electronic security system is very high, which means the explanatory adequacy of environmental security need is the highest. Second, the reliability of security need satisfaction from users of electronic security system is very high, in which the reliability value(Cronbach's $\alpha$) of internal consistency is over .765. Third, the security need of electronic security system has the most effects on the group of bank workers. That is, through a close cooperative system between the bank and the service of electronic security system, the more keeping satisfied the environmental, bodily, physical security needs are, the less the in security of this group has. Informational security need has the most effects on convenient store group. It means the service companies of electronic security system offer more services at dawn time and make or supply all sorts of visual information system, which reduces insecurity of the convenient store group.

Rapid growth of the domestic economy caused a lot of the demand of land information. The land information system has to keep the records of the various data about land that includes its owner and usages. Also the system must present adequate results that have been accumulated upon a user's request. Since Korean Government enforces 'Law of National Land Usage and Management', the land in rural area was also tightly regulated as much as that in the urban area. In fact, when people wants to develop their land, then they realize that their land has many restrictions and regulations to use. Sometimes, they find many regulations and restrictions even in a parcel. Thus, many people quite often want to know all the laws, rules, regulations, and restrictions etc., whatever applicable on the land they are interested in. to use. The purpose of this paper is to show a legal service system that precisely presents all the related laws, regulations, and restrictions. for a piece of the land. It summarizes the search results on users' requests. It uses a knowledge-based expert system to figure out the users requests. In this paper, we designed the system architecture of the software, and implemented its prototype. The results on this system show more concise and user friendlier than those of the existing systems.

Now, a lot of regulations and laws related to traffic safety system on construction sites etc. are established, but can not display efficacy desirably. It brings about continuous economic loss due to human life accidents and delay. For the purpose of solving the problems, it is necessary to import systems such as traffic inducement Security (Japan) and traffic controller (CANADA, USA) This article suggest how improve civil safety and reduce Social cost. therefore This thesis aims at analyzing advanced cases of foreign countries, looking into Korean status, and presenting importing ways of traffic inducement Security appropriate to Korea. It is reasonable to grant grade1, grade2, and technical experts to traffic inducement Security who pass regulated educations and examinations. In addition, by reversing regulations and laws, it is necessary only those who have the licenses of traffic induction guarder etc. can establish construction sites and disordered places on roads. Theory educations for education time must include basic educations and expert educations. Basic educations must include understanding regulations and laws and understanding affairs. Expert educations must include traffic control, safety educations, understanding of traffic accidents, operation of traffic control facilities, and traffic accident settlements. Traffic affairs educations must include traffic induction affairs in sites (hand signals, safety material establishment, traffic accident settlements, and urgent treatments).

This paper describes an electronic performance support system called HELPS(Handler Electronic Learning Performence Support) for semiconductor testing e equipment. The purpose of this system is to improve productivity of operators by providing just-in-time, on-the-job, mutimedia-based system information for operational support, training, and knowledge-based trouble shooting and repair. HELPS is composed of a operation module and a trouble shooting module. The operation module uses multimedia and hypermedia to provide the detailed and easily accessible information about equipment to users. Multimedia incorporate multiple. media forms including still and video images. animations 'texts' graphics. and audio. Hypermedia a are provided through a hierarchical information structure which offers not only specific information which is needed to perform a task to experienced operators. but detailed system guidance and information to novice operators. The trouble shooting module is composed of an integrated mutimedia-supported expert system which assists operators in trouble shooting and equipment repair. After diagnosis through the use of the expert system. multimedia advice is presented to the user in either still images with text or motion sequences with sound HELPS is evaluated in term of training time and trouble shooting and repair time. It improved productivity by saving more than 30% of the total time used without the system. This s system has the potential to improve productivity when it is used with ICAIOntellignet Computer Aided Instruction) and virtual reality.

The purpose of this study is to classify Avatar fashion style through analysis of on-line Avatar Mall and to propose color pallette and fashion contents from fashion color analysis. The literature research focused on investigating the notion, characters and types of Avatar and relation of Avatar and self-image, clothing image and color image. In data research, 4 on-line portal sites Avatar Malls were analyzed and Avatar fashion style was classified. In addition, Avatar clothing color was analyzed. The research of this study are as follows: Firstly, Avatar in the cyber space represents 'me' of the real states. Avatar fashion helps to represent Avatar Image and clothing makes human image and identity as a social sign. Color helps to constitute clothing impression and human image, therefore clothing and color are the important elements to express self-image through Avatar in the cyber space. Secondly, Avatar Malls of 4 on-line portal sites are very similar and confuse Avatar users because of no standard of fashion style classification. Accordingly, the standard of fashion style classification should be made by a fashion expert, and the specific characters of every on-line portal site should be emphasized. Thirdly, as a result of the analysis of Avatar's clothing, the clothing is divided into a real world clothing and an imaginary world clothing. There are daily clothes, uniform, event clothes, story clothes and fantasy clothes. As a result of the color analysis of Avatar clothing, White, Red, Red Purple colors and bright and vivid tone are generally used for Avatar clothing. This study is significant to classify Avatar fashion style systematically, to notify sensitive and delicate users' sign and to make Avatar fashion image emotional and high-quality.

The National Museum of Korea is a nation's representative museum library that provides collection development, organizes, and utilize museum collections. Considering the limited budget, staffing, and users' awareness of the museum libraries in general, the role of the National Museum of Korea is vital. The purpose of this study is to establish the identity and development plan of the National Museum of Korea library as a specialized library. For this purpose, the current states of the National Museum of Korea library, preliminary studies, domestic and overseas case studies, and user & expert interviews were conducted. As a result of the study, the study suggested future directions to secure the professional identity of library, and development plans for collection, service, and human resources by museum library, and also to increase the role of library in museum and to improve users' awareness.

Stock information applications allow users to look up and find current stock information whenever and wherever. This study researched what kind of user experience the finance experts get when using these applications and what they suggest. The research was conducted through an in-depth interview of 8 finance experts, who worked minimum of three years, and used both Kakao Stock and JeungGwon Tong, the most used stock information applications, for a minimum duration of six months. The results show the user experience of Kakao Stock rated a bit higher than JeungGwon Tong. Since the objective of such applications are to show stock informations, the experts all rated the pleasurable and meaningful aspects rather low. They suggested, the developers should provide a more advanced and accurate information. They also suggested user interest recognized content be presented along with more convenient user interface to elevate usability. Hopefully, this study becomes a base to further study of user experience of various on and offline stock information services and they become a reference to develop a service with great user experience.
