The service supporting structure for users in ubiquitous computing environment requires technology that divides efficiently resources shared around users according to users context. So, needs research that analyze service items and resources that is offered according to users context information and divide adaptively necessary service and resources. Therefore, in this paper we proposes an intelligent P2P mobile agent that recognizes users context using portable mobile devices and is available for intelligent service by sharing serviced item according to users' context. The proposed structure removes monopoly for specific resources, and supports effective users context-awareness and service.

Digital technology has been changing everyday life of ordinary people let alone the structure of world industry. The elderly care service is also going through changes influenced by the unavoidable impact from torrents of digital technologies. There are numerous reports and news about the digital technologies increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of care service yet lacking systematic understanding of the sources of such improvement. This study aims to present a new classification framework for digital elderly care service innovation to fully utilize the power of digital technologies drawing on insights from innovation studies and service studies. First, 4 features of digital technologies are identified as sources of new value in service innovation. The co-creation of value by users and producers in service and technology development is discussed to illuminate users' contributions to service innovation. Communication of needs and ideas with producers and application of new technologies into everyday practice of life are identified as the source of new value which can be attributed to the elderly. Customization along with efficiency gains is the key to digital elderly care service innovation. The classification framework, thus, incorporates the needs of the elderly as one axis of criteria in the conventional technology-centered framework. The new classification framework would help give due weight to user-driven or demand-driven innovation in the elderly care service R&D activities.

Community facilities in apartment complex have been developed through residents' needs for housing environmental amenities and social trend for 'Well-being' combined with marketing competition among construction companies. But community facilities and fitness centers which are in the initial stage of development are not well fit with residents' needs because the designers plan the community facilities without considering on residents' life-style and preference. This study investigates the present status of fitness center, and surveys the residents' preference for the proposed fitness center design. The result includes that fitness center users in apartment complex want a convenient and comfortable resting spaces similar level with those in fitness center of mixed-use residential building. A resting space provides opportunity that community members meet each other as well as they can rest after exercise. The result also shows that the fitness center users prefer wood floor and wall as interior finishing materials in exercising space and resting space, which users think, gives more comfortable and splendid feeling.

This study investigated factors and issues for law school library evaluation. Also, this study suggested the roles and guidelines for law school libraries to perform its own role and function. To carry out the research, surveys were conducted with the law librarians. Then surveys were conducted to investigate law school students' demands and behaviors. Especially this study evaluated law libraries which were not carried out independently and professionally until now and meaningful as it thoroughly investigated users' demands and behavior with law school libraries and function and roles of law librarians. To facilitate law school library services and functions, quality of the collections, librarians' role, and users' needs should be considered as well as buildings and physical facilities. Particularly, users' needs assessment and librarians' opinion survey will be imperative in implementing evaluation.

Location-based advertising or application has been one of the drivers of third-generation mobile operators' marketing efforts in the past few years. As a result, many studies on location-based marketing or advertising have been proposed for recent several years. However, these approaches have two common shortcomings. First. most of them just suggested the theoretical architectures, which were too abstract to apply it to the real-world cases. Second, many of these approaches only consider service provider (seller) rather than customers (buyers). Thus, the prior approaches fit to the automated sales or advertising rather than the implementation of CRM. To mitigate these limitations, this study presents a novel advertisement recommendation model for mobile users. We call our model MAR-CF (Mobile Advertisement Recommender using Collaborative Filtering). Our proposed model is based on traditional CF algorithm, but we adopt the multi-dimensional personalization model to conventional CF for enabling location-based advertising for mobile users. Thus, MAR-CF is designed to make recommendation results for mobile users by considering location, time, and needs type. To validate the usefulness of our recommendation model. we collect the real-world data for mobile advertisements, and perform an empirical validation. Experimental results show that MAR-CF generates more accurate prediction results than other comparative models.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of specialized services and the overall satisfaction of the operation of the specialized services for the librarians and users of the specialized libraries, and based on the ISA method, compare the specialized theme data, specialized service place, specialized program, specialized theme area facilities and environment, and derive issues of the specialized library operation and improvement measures. Consequently, first, when developing the program, the specialized library needs to develop programs in possession of unique characteristics specific to the areas of the differentiated themes from the cultural and educational programs run by the existing libraries. Second, it is necessary to focus on the specialized theme area information services for the users, and to this end, it is necessary to improve librarians 'professionalism. Third, it is necessary to secure the budget for the specialized services and secure space. Since the scope of the services which may be provided as per the budget intended for providing specialized services may be limited, it would be necessary to secure and operate the budget systematic to this end. Fourth, the specialized library needs to proceed with activities in connection with local residents for the purposes of facilitating specialized services.

In this paper, we propose a dynamic document classification method which breaks away from existing document classification method with artificial categorization rules focusing on suppliers and has changing categorization rules according to users' needs or social trends. The core of this dynamic document classification method lies in the fact that it creates classification criteria real-time by using topic modeling techniques without standardized category rules, which does not force users to use unnecessary frames. In addition, it can also search the details through the relevance analysis by calculating the relationship between the words that is difficult to grasp by word frequency alone. Rather than for logical and systematic documents, this method proposed can be used more effectively for situation analysis and retrieving information of unstructured data which do not fit the category of existing classification such as VOC (Voice Of Customer), SNS and customer reviews of Internet shopping malls and it can react to users' needs flexibly. In addition, it has no process of selecting the classification rules by the suppliers and in case there is a misclassification, it requires no manual work, which reduces unnecessary workload.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the information need of senior users of public libraries and to present ways to improve senior services based on this. To this end, demographics and public library statistics were analyzed, and opinions and demands on book collection, programs, services, and spaces were investigated for senior users of Gangseo-gu libraries. The survey was conducted with surveys and interviews, and based on the results of the survey, it was suggested that the improvement of senior service should be carried out to customized contents collection, program connecting the past, present and future, services with enhanced access and publicity and securing dedicated space for seniors.

The present study is a review to determine by what bodies and through what mechanisms the national industrial information policy is implemented and administered, that is what is its content and how it is linked to industrial and technological needs in the field of industrial firms. There are lacking essential capabilities required to transfer industrial information and to channel it to ultimate users. It is not possible to identify users' information needs adequately, to acquire pertinent information, to adapt it to prevailing conditions, to disseminate it to those who need it. Various organizations work to meet the specific information requirements of industry. These organizations include governmental agencies, industrial associations, research institutes and information centers. They have, however, developed independently without liaison among them. They may be some unnecessary duplication in some spheres and inadequate facilities in others. A n.0, ppropriate institutions which provide industrial information would be industrial associations, industrial research and development institutes. They serve as a coupling mechanism between industry and the existing information facilities.

Regarding urban design in this 21st century, cities pursue human-oriented urban design through which nature, cities, and human beings are unified and interact with one another. For such urban design maintenance, it is needed to conduct systematic analysis and synthesis on various and complex factors of cities expressing urban images. Also, it is necessary to secure methods to evaluate those cities based on urban users' visual information. Thereupon, this study aims to suggest urban design evaluation methods which accept human behavior or needs and also allow us to figure out desirable images. For this, the study established the construction system of the most basic urban design components that form cities through literature review and expert evaluation. And it examines correlation among those factors with statistic means. Through this, the study suggests a new urban design evaluation system and evaluation process divided into experts and users so as to reflect user behavior or needs.
