선형회귀 및 ARIMA 모델을 이용한 배터리 사용자 패턴 변화 추적 연구 (A study of Battery User Pattern Change tracking method using Linear Regression and ARIMA Model)

  • 전기자동차는 운전자가 바뀌거나 운전자의 주행습관이 바뀜에 따라 SOH가 급격하게 감소할 수 있고, 이러한 운전습관은 배터리에 과부하를 주어 배터리 수명의 단축 및 안전 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전기자동차의 계기판에 사용자 패턴 변화에 따른 SOH의 변화를, 실시간으로 나타내기 위하여, NASA에서 제공하는 배터리 데이터 세트를 학습하고, 기계학습 모델을 구축 후, 변화된 사용자 패턴을 포함한 배터리에 대해 선형회귀와 ARIMA 모델로 예측하는 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 변화된 사용자 패턴에 따른 변경된 수명을 예측하는 경우, 배터리 데이터가 많이 확보되었다면 선형회귀가 유용하고, 데이터가 많이 확보되지 않은 경우는 ARIMA 모델이 대안이 될 수 있다는 연구결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

도시공원의 필수 설계요소 추출 - 2017년 서울시 공원이용 만족도 조사의 결과 분석을 바탕으로 - (Extraction of Essential Design Elements for Urban Parks - Based on the Analysis of 2017 Satisfaction Survey of Park Use in Seoul -)

  • 본 연구는 도시 내 공원을 새로이 조성하거나 기존의 도시공원을 재정비할 때 공원의 이용만족도를 높이기 위한 필수적인 설계요소를 추출함으로써 계획 및 설계에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로, 서울시가 2017년 시행한 공원이용만족도 조사의 결과를 분석하여 도시공원의 중요설계요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구는 설문조사를 바탕으로 시설관리상태, 조경 및 경관, 공원 안전성, 친절도 등의 항목을 중요 설계요소로서 추출한 후 회귀분석을 통하여 각 항목과 공원이용만족도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공원 안전성(${\beta}=0.276$, p<.000), 조경 및 경관(${\beta}=0.230$, p<.000), 시설관리상태(${\beta}=0.215$, p<.000), 친절도(${\beta}=0.208$, p<.000) 순으로 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 따르면 공원 안전성의 확보를 위하여 추후 도시공원의 설계에서 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED) 등의 적극적인 활용이 요구되며, 적절하며 균형 있는 수경시설과 수목의 배치 및 관리를 통한 짜임새 있는 조경 및 경관의 구성 또한 도시공원의 이용만족도를 높일 수 있는 매우 중요한 요소로서 추후 공원설계에서 매우 주의 깊게 다루어야 할 요소로 판단되었다. 이에 반해, 현 도시공원에서 가장 시급하게 개선되어야 할 요소로서 나타난 친절도의 경우, 추후 도시공원의 설계과정에서는 필수설계요소로서의 공원 안전성 및 조경 및 경관 요소에 비해 그 중요성이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 추후 도시공원의 설계과정에서 이용자 만족도를 최대화하고, 실제 이용자에게 보다 가치 있는 공간의 제공을 위해서는 공원 안전성 및 조경 및 경관 요소의 적절한 활용이 요구된다. 더 나아가, 향후 연구에서는 이 논문에서 밝혀진 요소들을 통한 보다 구체적이며, 세분화된 도시공원 디자인 전략을 제시할 필요가 있다.

A Formal Safety Analysis for PLC Software-Based Safety Critical System using Z

  • This paper describes a formal safety analysis technique which is demonstrated by performing empirical formal safety analysis with the case study of beamline hutch door Interlock system that is developed by using PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) systems at the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory. In order to perform formal safety analysis, we have built the Z formal specifications representation from user requirement written in ambiguous natural language and target PLC ladder logic, respectively. We have also studied the effective method to express typical PLC timer component by using specific Z formal notation which is supported by temporal history. We present a formal proof technique specifying and verifying that the hazardous states are not introduced into ladder logic in the PLC-based safety critical system.

휠체어 승강장치 안전성을 위한 제도 개선 연구 (Study on the Improvement of Safety Management System for Wheel Chair Lift)

  • Some local government, community rehabilitation center, special school operate buses which can be used by wheel chair user in order to commute. However, there are no regulations or laws for safety management of buses and its wheel chair lifts. To prevent discrimination among the physically challenged people, government of Korea plan to supply buses which wheel chair users are able to on board. Safety management system should be prepared to ensure safe and convenient use of express and intercity buses for wheel chair users. In this study, domestic and international standards and regulations of wheel chair lift are thoroughly reviewed and based on this research, national safety standards for wheelchair lift are suggested for the future.

  • The Korea's automobile safety standards consist of standards for automobiles, automated vehicles, two-wheeled vehicles and auto parts, and there are 157 articles. In connection with the safety standards, the implementation rules stipulated for detailed test methods and procedures are composed of the main body, asterisks and annexes, and have a rather complicated structure. In addition, the test items in the asterisk are specified with the same or similar name as the test items in other asterisks. In this study, the structure of these implementation rules is simplified and the same test items are integrated. This is expected to increase the user's understanding of laws and regulations and efficiency.

  • Over the fast few years, web-based e-Learning have made remarkable progress. According to advance of e-Learning, the evaluation of e-Learning effectiveness and success model become more important. This study had a focus on the effect of system characteristic of e-Learning systems and self-efficacy on learning performance. Data has been collected from 192 person experienced in e-Learning. The questionnaire method was adopted to collect the data for this study. The research was conducted by using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0. The research results and suggestions of the study are as follow. First of all, system quality and information quality of e-Learning system had positive relationship with perceived usefulness. Second, information quality was related positively to user satisfaction. Third, perceived usefulness was positively connected with user satisfaction. Fourth, user satisfaction and self-efficacy had relation to learning performance.

RFID/USN 보안을 위한 프로토콜 설계 (Design of protocol for RFID/USN security)

  • Payment and security requirement are playing an increasingly critical role in RFID system, allegedly the core of the ubiquitous, especially in logistics. Therefore, security technology has been playing essential role gradually unlike the past when only the perception of equipment was considered important technology. The current encoding system allows the access only to the user who has the secret key. Many encoding algorithm has been studied to ensure the security of secret key. Security protocol is the most typical way to authorize appropriate user perception by using the data and secret key to proceed the encoding and transmit it to the system in order to confirm the user. However, RFID system which transmits more than dozens of data per second cannot be used if the algorithm and protocol of the existing wired system are used because the performance will degrade as a consequence. Security protocol needs to be designed in consideration of property of RFID and hardware. In this paper, a protocol was designed using SNEP(Sensor Network Encryption Protocol), the security protocol used for the sensor similar to RFID- not the current system used in wired environment- and ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography: oval curve encoding), the encoding algorithm.

지체장애인 맞춤형주택 디자인가이드라인의 사용자혜택 분석 (User Benefits Analysis of Customized House Design Guidelines for Physically Disabled People)

  • Most existing residential environment of disabled people has made them exposed to the risk of safety accidents, and therefore hinders their independent living. In this regard, the importance of desirable residential environment has emerged. Some preceding studies have addressed the characteristics of disabled people's residential environment plan; however, the information on what environmental benefits are offered through such characteristics is insufficient. This study aims to analyze the housing design guidelines for disabled people in respect of the benefit of disabled people who are actual users. In this study, essential design guidelines for disabled people verified through expert workshop panel was analyzed based on user benefit theory. According to the study results, the total guidelines have the most characteristics supporting behavioral facilitation, and mainly consist of physiological maintenance characteristics related to disabled people's health and safety. Also, it is founded that environmental affordance essentially required depending on each spatial function was different. The ratio of physiological maintenance item is high in access route, unlike living room, kitchen and bed room where behavioral facilitation is especially emphasized. These findings can be utilized as basic data for customized residential environment plan to realize residential welfare for disabled people.

디지털콘텐츠 특성의 이용자 지각과 이용의도에 관한 연구 (Study on Users' Perception of Digital Contents Traits and Intention)

  • This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, perceived recognition as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, relationship quality as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents and perceived recognition, traits of digital contents and relationship quality, perceived recognition and relationship quality, relationship quality and user behavior. Proposed theoretical model was based on TAM and was tested by the structure equation model for validity, credibility, goodness of fit. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by perceived recognition, satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention via perceived recognition. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.

탑승자의 안전을 고려한 지능형 휠체어의 단일 이동 장애물 충돌회피 알고리즘 (Collision Avoidance Algorithm of an Intelligent Wheelchair Considering the User's Safety with a Moving Obstacle)

  • As the ageing population grows around the world, the demand for electric wheelchairs, an important mobility assistance device for the disabled and elderly, is gradually increasing. Therefore, a number of studies related to intelligent wheelchairs are actively underway to improve safety and comfort for wheelchair users. However, previous collision avoidance studies for intelligent wheelchairs have concentrated on collision avoidance methods with the shortest distance and by only changing either velocity or heading angle, rather than considering the forces exerted on the user. If a collision avoidance algorithm that does not consider these forces is applied to an intelligent wheelchair, there is a possibility of an accident due to falling as wheelchair users are generally disabled and elderly people. In this paper, we propose a collision avoidance algorithm which minimizes the forces exerted on a wheelchair user by minimizing the variation of the wheelchair's velocity and heading angle when the sizes, positions, velocities, and heading angles of a wheelchair and a moving obstacle are known.
