  • 본 연구는 관계중심적 지식관의 관점에서 지식공유의 영향 요인을 파악하고, 이 요인들이 실제로 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐서 지식성과활동을 향상 시키는지 알아보고자 한다. 독립변수인 관계적 요인은 신뢰, 개방적 의사소통, 협동으로 설정하였고, 지식공유의 영향을 받는 종속 변수인 지식활동성과는 지식품질과 지식경영사용자만족도로 설정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 조직경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 지식뿐만 아니라 그것을 사용하는 사람 및 주변 환경까지 관리할 필요가 있음을 제안한다.

챗봇 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색 - 금융 서비스에서의 챗봇 (Exploring Factors Influencing Usage Intention of Chatbot - Chatbot in Financial Service)

  • Purpose: Chatbots are widely diffusing across various industries to substitute human manpower in the industry. However as researchers only develop technology that is applied to chatbot, the diffusion is slow in progress. The purpose of this study is to propose useful implications to accelerate diffusion of chatbots across industries by analyzing the perception of customers. To achieve the research purpose this study analyzes causal effect relationship between characteristics of chatbot character, service quality, individual difference, and intention to use chatbot. Methods: This study developed a survey that contains various questionnaires for each construct based on literature review. Data collected through survey was tested for convergent validity and discriminant validity and further analyzed the relationship using PLS-SEM method to verify hypotheses. Results: Trustworthiness of the chatbot character, ease of use, application design, responsiveness, customization, assurance, inertia, and previous experience have significant influence on forming user satisfaction, consumer trust, and intention to use. The others, likability, appropriateness, technology anxiety, and need for interaction were not significant in this research. Conclusion: Although the constructs of the research model was significant in previous literatures, some do not have significant effect on intention to use chatbots. Based on the results, chatbot managers will be able to develop chatbot systems which are more appealing to users and more academic researchers will focus on analyzing user perception and intention.

설명 가능한 개인화 영화 추천 서비스를 위한 딥러닝 기반 텍스트 요약 모델 (Deep Learning-based Text Summarization Model for Explainable Personalized Movie Recommendation Service)

  • The number and variety of products and services offered by companies have increased dramatically, providing customers with more choices to meet their needs. As a solution to this information overload problem, the provision of tailored services to individuals has become increasingly important, and the personalized recommender systems have been widely studied and used in both academia and industry. Existing recommender systems face important problems in practical applications. The most important problem is that it cannot clearly explain why it recommends these products. In recent years, some researchers have found that the explanation of recommender systems may be very useful. As a result, users are generally increasing conversion rates, satisfaction, and trust in the recommender system if it is explained why those particular items are recommended. Therefore, this study presents a methodology of providing an explanatory function of a recommender system using a review text left by a user. The basic idea is not to use all of the user's reviews, but to provide them in a summarized form using only reviews left by similar users or neighbors involved in recommending the item as an explanation when providing the recommended item to the user. To achieve this research goal, this study aims to provide a product recommendation list using user-based collaborative filtering techniques, combine reviews left by neighboring users with each product to build a model that combines text summary methods among deep learning-based natural language processing methods. Using the IMDb movie database, text reviews of all target user neighbors' movies are collected and summarized to present descriptions of recommended movies. There are several text summary methods, but this study aims to evaluate whether the review summary is well performed by training the Sequence-to-sequence+attention model, which is a representative generation summary method, and the BertSum model, which is an extraction summary model.

  • 기술의 발달과 스마트 스피커 보급의 증가에도, 스마트 스피커의 대화 오류로 사용자 만족도는 하락하고 있다. 이 연구는 스마트 스피커의 대화형 에이전트 맥락에서 '자기발화수정 전략'이 과업 중요도 수준과 대화 오류 여부에 따라 사용자 경험에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 대화 오류에 따라 시나리오를 제작하고 과업 중요도 수준에 따라 집단을 나눠 실험을 진행해 신뢰, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 수용의도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 에이전트의 자기발화수정 전략은 완전한 수행과 비교해 신뢰와 지각된 용이성에 부적 영향을 주며, 과업 중요도와의 상호작용을 통해 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다. 이 연구는 대화형 에이전트 연구에서 미흡했던 자기발화수정 전략의 효과를 실증적으로 알아보았고, 자기발화수정 전략의 수용과 관련된 사용자 경험 요인을 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

Usability Evaluation of Mobile Banking Applications in Digital Business as Emerging Economy

  • Mobile Banking Applications (MBAPs) is one of the recent fads in mobile trading applications (Apps). MBAPs permit users to execute exchanges of money and many more whenever it might suit them; however, the primary issue for mobile banking Apps is usability. Hardly any investigation analyzes usability issues dependent on user's age, gender, exchanging accomplices, or experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of usability issues, and experience of mobile banking users. The survey employs a quantitative method and performs user experiment on 240 participants with six different tasks on the application's interface. The post experiment survey is done with concerning participants. On the other hand, banking experts and Information Technology (IT) expert's group is also involved after the experiment. Expert's opinions about existing mobile banking Apps and suggestions for improving usability of MBAPs are collected through physical means (like questionnaire and interview) and online means like Google form. After that comparison of the opinions of users and experts about MBAPs is performed. The experimentation measures the tasks usability of various mobile banking apps with respect to its effectiveness, efficiency, trustfulness, learnability, memorability and satisfaction. The usability testing was led at different Universities and the outcomes acquired show that there are privacy and trust issues with their mobile banking apps. There is also a gap between users and experts which should be minimized by applying customized usability models, modes concept like other application software and also by adding complete features of banking in MBAPs. It will benefit mobile banking apps users, developers and usability engineers by providing user-friendly which are up to the mark of user's requirements.

추천 에이전트의 설명 방식과 상세도에 따른 사용자 경험 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Experience according to the Method and Detail of Recommendation Agent's Explanation Facilities)

  • 추천 에이전트의 활용이 활발해지면서 사용자에게 내부 논리를 설명할 수 없던 블랙박스 문제를 해결하는 방법으로 '설명 기능'이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 '설명 기능'의 유무에 따른 사용자 경험을 살펴보는 것에서 한 걸음 더 나아가 설명 방식과 상세도에 따라 어떠한 영향이 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 설명 방식은 '에이전트가 특정 행동을 한 이유'를 설명하는 why 방식과 '특정 행동을 하지 않는 이유'를 설명하는 why not 방식으로 구분하였으며 상세도 조건은 상세도 높음/상세도 낮음으로 구분하였다. 연구 결과 why 설명 방식이 사용자의 투명성, 신뢰도, 만족도, 재사용 행동 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 발견하였으며, 상세도가 높을수록 심리적 반발에 대한 인식이 높아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 설명 방식과 상세도는 상호작용을 통해 '설명' 인식에 영향을 주었으며, 만족도와 추천 수용 의도에 영향을 준다는 경향성이 발견되었다. 본 연구는 사용자 경험에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 설명 방식과 적절한 상세도에 대해서 시사점을 제시하였으며, 설명 방식과 상세도의 상호작용을 통해 사용자 경험에 영향을 준다는 연구 결과를 통해, 추천 에이전트 맥락에서 설명 기능의 방식과 상세도를 결정하기 위해서는 세심한 주의가 필요하다는 제안을 하였다.

심리적 계약 위반이 OS이용자의 배신 행동에 미치는 영향: 윈도우 XP 기술적 지원서비스 중단 사례 (The Effects of Psychological Contract Violation on OS User's Betrayal Behaviors: Window XP Technical Support Ending Case)

  • Technical support of Window XP ended in March, 8, 2014, and it makes OS(Operating System) users fall in a state of confusion. Sudden decision making of OS upgrade and replacement is not a simple problem. Firms need to change the long term capacity plan in enterprise IS management, but they are pressed for time and cost to complete it. Individuals can not help selecting the second best plan, because the following OSs of Window XP are below expectations in performances, new PC sales as the opportunities of OS upgrade decrease, and the potential risk of OS technical support ending had not announced to OS users at the point of purchase. Microsoft as the OS vendors had not presented precaution or remedy for this confusion. Rather, Microsoft announced that the technical support of the other following OSs of Wndow XP such as Window 7 would ended in two years. This conflict between OS vendor and OS users could not happen in one time, but could recur in recent future. Although studies on the ways of OS user protection policy would be needed to escape from this conflict, few prior studies had conducted this issue. This study had challenge to cautiously investigate in such OS user's reactions as the confirmation with OS user's expectation in the point of purchase, three types of justice perception on the treatment of OS vendor, psychological contract violation, satisfaction and the other betrayal behavioral intention in the case of Window XP technical support ending. By adopting the justice perception on this research, and by empirically validating the impact on OS user's reactions, I could suggest the direction of establishing OS user protection policy of OS vendor. Based on the expectation-confirmation theory, the theory of justice, literatures about psychological contract violation, and studies about consumer betrayal behaviors in the perspective of Herzberg(1968)'s dual factor theory, I developed the research model and hypothesis. Expectation-confirmation theory explain that consumers had expectation on the performance of product in the point of sale, and they could satisfied with their purchase behaviors, when the expectation could have confirmed in the point of consumption. The theory of justice in social exchange argues that treatee could be willing to accept the treatment by treater when the three types of justice as distributive, procedural, and interactional justice could be established in treatment. Literatures about psychological contract violation in human behaviors explains that contracter in a side could have the implied contract (also called 'psychological contract') which the contracter in the other side would sincerely execute the contract, and that they are willing to do vengeance behaviors when their contract had unfairly been broken. When the psychological contract of consumers had been broken, consumers feel distrust with the vendors and are willing to decrease such beneficial attitude and behavior as satisfaction, loyalty and repurchase intention. At the same time, consumers feel betrayal and are willing to increase such retributive attitude and behavior as negative word-of-mouth, complain to the vendors, complain to the third parties for consumer protection. We conducted a scenario survey in order to validate our research model at March, 2013, when is the point of news released firstly and when is the point of one year before the acture Window XP technical support ending. We collected the valid data from 238 voluntary participants who are the OS users but had not yet exposed the news of Window OSs technical support ending schedule. The subject had been allocated into two groups and one of two groups had been exposed this news. The data had been analyzed by the MANOVA and PLS. MANOVA results indicate that the OSs technical support ending could significantly decrease all three types of justice perception. PLS results indicated that it could significantly increase psychological contract violation and that this increased psychological contract violation could significantly reduce the trust and increase the perceived betrayal. Then, it could significantly reduce satisfaction, loyalty, and repurchase intention, and it also could significantly increase negative word-of-month intention, complain to the vendor intention, and complain to the third party intention. All hypothesis had been significantly approved. Consequently, OS users feel that the OSs technical support ending is not natural value added service ending, but the violation of the core OS purchase contract, that it could be the posteriori prohibition of OS user's OS usage right, and that it could induce the psychological contract violation of OS users. This study would contributions to introduce the psychological contract violation of the OS users from the OSs technical support ending in IS field, to introduce three types of justice as the antecedents of psychological contract violation, and to empirically validate the impact of psychological contract violation both on the beneficial and retributive behavioral intentions of OS users. For practice, the results of this study could contribute to make more comprehensive OS user protection policy and consumer relationship management practices of OS vendor.

Impact of Service Quality on Behavioural Intention to Use Fin Tech Payment Services: An Extension of SERVEQUAL Model

  • The study aims to determine the impact of quality outcomes on behavior intentions in Financial Technology (FinTech) payment services. The study is focused on the development and testing of the impact of the SERVQUAL model on the TAM, i.e., Technology Acceptance Model for the measurement of the behavioral intention of users to use fintech payment services. The sample entails 578 specific survey responses from northern India from October to December 2022. The respondents were users of FinTech. The PLS-SEM technique was employed to explain the implementation process. Consequently, it discovered a significant relationship between the SERVQUAL models and the impact on behavioral intentions identified by TAM. The study will provide insight into the factors that impact the quality outcomes and adoption of Fintech payment services to the providers. The paper demystifies FinTech payment services in the range of perception of service quality outcomes and provides essential theories. The TAM model reflects the customer's sense of satisfaction, usefulness, and attitude. In contrast, the SERVQUAL model demonstrates the user's assessment of service quality outcomes such as quality, trust, security, and service quality positively affects behavioral intention in FinTech payment services.

공공도서관 시니어 이용자가 지각하는 관계혜택이 관계품질과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Public Library Senior User's Perception of Relational Benefits on the Relationship Quality and Intent to Relationship Continuity)

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관 시니어 이용자가 도서관 이용 시 지각하는 관계혜택이 관계품질과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 공공도서관을 이용하는 50세 이상의 시니어 이용자 185명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공공도서관의 시니어 이용자가 지각하는 관계혜택은 관계품질을 매개로 관계지속의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 관계혜택요인 중 기능적 혜택은 관계품질을 매개로 관계지속의도에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 관계품질 요인 중 몰입은 관계지속의도를 예측하는 가장 중요한 변수로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 시니어 이용자와 도서관과의 관계형성과정을 관계마케팅의 관점에서 알아봄으로써 이용자 특성에 따른 도서관마케팅 전략개발에 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

온라인 사회관계 유형에 따른 사회적 소통 차이 연구 -연결형과 결속형 관계를 중심으로- (Analysis of the Social Communication on Online Social Media -Comparison of Bridging and Bonding Social Capital-)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 소셜 미디어를 중심으로 사회적 이슈의 소통 현상을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 소셜 미디어는 개인의 네트워크를 통해 사회적 의견이 소통되는 공간이라는 측면에서 본 연구는 이용자의 사회적 관계 유형을 '연결형'과 '결속형' 두 가지로 구분하고 사회관계 유형에 따른 소셜 미디어 이용량, 사회적 소통 인식, 사회적 소통 만족, 그리고 사회참여 의도 차이를 분석하였다. 온라인 이용이 가능한 전국 16개 도시 거주 20대 이상 남녀 500명을 대상으로 온라인 서베이를 실시한 결과, 소통의 양적인 측면에서 연결형과 결속형의 소셜 미디어 이용량은 유사한 수준으로 나타났다. 하지만 질적인 측면에서 대화 내용에 대한 '이해도'나 대화자에 대한 '신뢰도'는 결속형이 더 높게 나타났고, 소통의 핵심요소인 '합의도'는 모든 사회관계 유형에서 매우 낮게 나타났다. 이는 소셜 미디어에서의 대화 양은 다양하게 이루어지는 반면 해석의 공유가 부족하다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 사회참여 의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 살펴본 결과 결속형은 소통에 대한 '이해'가 주요 요인이었지만, 연결형은 '신뢰'와 '합의'가 주요 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 사회적 소통의 활성화를 위해서는 소셜 미디어의 이용자 유형과 소통의 특성을 보다 심도깊게 이해하여 보다 긴밀한 정책적 논의가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
