웹 2.0 기술이 소개된 이후 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 미래 정보기술의 기초로서 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이에, 웹2.0 환경에서 소셜 네트워크를 구축하기 위하여 온톨로지 기반의 사용자 프로필 기술 도구인 FOAF를 활용하기 위한 다양한 연구가 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 FOAF를 이용하여 소셜 네트워크를 생성 및 관리하는 대부분의 방법은 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 사용자의 소셜 네트워크를 자동적으로 반영하기 어려운 단점이 있으며 다양한 소셜 미디어 서비스가 제공되는 환경에서는 FOAF를 동적으로 관리하기가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 FOAF를 이용한 소셜 네트워크 추출방법의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 사용자 프로파일 기술 언어인 FOAF와 웹 저작물 출판 매커니즘인 RSS를 OLAP 시스템에 적용시켜 동적으로 FOAF를 갱신하고 관리하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 수집한 FOAF와 RSS 파일들을 스타스키마로 설계된 데이터베이스에 넣어 OLAP 큐브를 생성한다. 그리고 OLAP 연산을 이용하여 사용자의 연결관계를 분석하고 FOAF에 그 결과를 반영한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 이기종 분산처리 환경 하에서 데이터의 상호호환성을 보장할 뿐만 아니라 시간의 흐름에 따른 사용자의 관심 및 이슈 등의 변화를 효과적으로 반영한다.

The emergence of open source software (OSS) with its successful projects and its most prominent advantages creates a vast interest among academics and practitioners. However, it has been found that focusing on the developments of OSS to be successful is not adequate and the adoption of OSS by uses is also very important. Although there are a great number of useful and easy to use OSS has been developed, the adoption of OSS and usage in the market is very low. Based on the technology equity implementation model (EIM), this study examines user resistance in the adoption of OSS (i.e., switching from the current system to OSS). A survey has done regarding the adoption of Linux as the case of study. We have found that user resistance to change has negative effect on adoption intention, and switching benefits, switching costs and perceived value have significant relationships with user resistance to change.

The current research utilized as its target population who are current users of global small to medium sized companies in Korea. The research validated the innovative dimensions by studying the two constructs within the context of the SMB user population. Correlation was found between innovative dimensions retained as components of a Comprehensive Model. It was determined that these four dimensions-Content, Intrinsic Interest, Control, and Timeliness-are significant predictors of user success. The Comprehensive Model was validated, and it is therefore suggested as a basis for further study of user success indicators in the innovative manufacturing enterprise environment.

Health care has attracted a lot of attention, recently due to an increase in life expectancy and interest in health. Various biometric data of the user are collected by using the air pressure sensor, gyro sensor, acceleration sensor, and heart rate sensor to perform the Smart Health Care Activity Tracker function. Basically, smartphone application is made and tested for biometric data collection, but the Arduino platform and bio-signal measurement sensor are used to confirm the accuracy of the measured value of the smartphone. Use the Google Maps API to set user goals and provide guidance on the location of the user and the points the user wants. Also, the basic configuration of the main UI is composed of the screen of the camera, and it is possible for the user to confirm the forward while using the application, so that accident prevention is possible.

This study aims to design educational space that will respond to changing educational curriculum and creative educational activities. The study was conducted with user centered design method in which students and teachers who actually use space participate directly in space design, moving away from the one-sided approach by experts. The design of educational space, which is the subject of this study, was carried out by the opinions of users and the opinions of users were collected through the descriptive and mapping measure forms by analyzing previous researches and actual space cases on user centered design. Based on the opinions collected by the survey form, total four spaces, Type A, two Type B, and Type C, were designed. The fact that the user directly commented on the space plan to be used and actually participated in the space design would be helpful for users' deep interest in the results of this study and students' academic improvement.

The purpose of this research is to realize interactive art based on user's motions information using real time internet search terms. For this purpose, real-time search terms and related news information were extracted from three domestic and foreign portal sites, and the extracted information was used to generate content for interaction with the user. For interaction between the generated content and the user, a motion-based interactive technology that optimizes the intentions and experiences of the user was developed. A motion-based interactive system can be used to develop an immersive interface that induces user interest.

본 논문에서는 종래의 방송통신 구획별 이용자보호 제도를 통합하여 하나의 통합 이용자보호법을 제정하기 위한 목적에서 현황과 문제점 및 개선방안으로 통합법 제정의 방향을 모색하는 것을 내용으로 작성되었다. 종래 방송과 통신은 완전히 구별된 영역으로 칸막이화 되어 생성 및 발전해온 결과 서로 현격히 다른 사상과 내용으로 구축되어 체계화되어 왔다. 이렇듯 상이한 모습에 기초하여 각각의 서비스 사용자에 대한 보호도, '시청자'와 '이용자'라는 명칭으로 방송과 통신의 각각의 영역에서 별개의 제도를 구축해왔다. 그러나 현대에 이르러 ICT 기술의 발전, 특히 네트워크의 확장과 스마트 기기의 등장으로 기존의 방송 통신의 체계가 흔들릴만한 변화가 이루어지고 있다. 방송 통신의 융합현상이 가속화됨에 따라 기존의 법제도가 예상하지 못했던 결합서비스와 신규서비스가 등장하게 되었고, 방송통신시장이 날로 복잡해지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 방송 통신시장의 변화는 이용자로 하여금 합리적인 선택을 어렵게 하고, 이에 따라 이용자의 권익침해가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 방송과 통신의 융합 환경에 따라 미디어나 통신을 둘러싼 패러다임이 점차 이용자 중심으로 변화하고 있다는 점도 특징으로 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 전통적으로 공급자 중심으로 이루어지던 지원 및 규제 행정 역시 변화의 필요성이 있는 것이다. 오늘날 이용자보호는 법익의 침해 후 사후적 권리구제절차를 강구하는 것보다 사전적으로 이용자권익저해행위가 발생하지 않도록 하는 것이 중요하다 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 이용자보호계획의 수립 시행이 중요하고 이용자의 높은 권리의식에 상응한 이용자 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이는 실질적 법치주의에 부합하는 이용자보호 제도로 의미가 있다고 볼 것이다. 방송 통신 분야에 다양하게 존재하는 피해구제절차를 통일성 있게 법제화하는 것이 필요할 것이며, 복잡하고 다양하게 등장하는 이용자에 대한 피해를 최소화하고 실효적인 권리구제가 가능하도록 하기 위해 기존의 규제기관과 분리되어 전문성을 발휘할 수 있는 민원처리 분쟁조정 전담기구의 설치를 고려해볼 수 있을 것이다.

The interest of data mining in artificial intelligence with fuzzy logic has been increased. Data mining is a process of extracting desirable knowledge and interesting pattern ken large data set. Because of expansion of WWW, web data is more and more huge. Besides mining web contents and web structures, another important task for web mining is web usage mining which mines web log data to discover user access pattern. The goal of web usage mining in this paper is to find interesting user pattern in the web with user feedback. It is very important to find user's characteristic fer e-business environment. In Customer Relationship Management, recommending product and sending e-mail to user by extracted users characteristics are needed. Using our method, we extract user profile from the result of web usage mining. In this research, we concentrate on finding association rules and verify validity of them. The proposed procedure can integrate fuzzy set concept and association rule. Fuzzy association rule uses given server log file and performs several preprocessing tasks. Extracted transaction files are used to find rules by fuzzy web usage mining. To verify the validity of user's feedback, the web log data from our laboratory web server.

This paper proposes a robot driving system and sensor implementation for use with an education robot. This robot has multiple functions and was designed so that children could use it with interest and ease. The robot recognizes the location of a user and follows that user at a specific distance when the robot and user communicate with each other. In this work, the robot was designed and manufactured to evaluate its performance. In addition, an embedded board was installed with the purpose of communicating with a smart phone, and a camera mounted on the robot allowed it to monitor the environment. To allow the robot to follow a moving user, a set of sensors combined with an RF module and ultrasonic sensors were adopted to measure the distance between the user and the robot. With the help of this ultrasonic sensors arrangement, the location of the user couldbe identified in all directions, which allowed the robot to follow the moving user at the desired distance. Experiments were carried out to see how well the user's location could be recognized and to investigate how accurately the robot trackedthe user, which eventually yielded a satisfactory performance.

최근 페이스북(Facebook)과 트위터(Twitter) 등의 폭발적인 성장에 따라 SNS는 사회적 학문적인 관심의 대상으로 부상하고 있다. 그러나, SNS는 이용자의 신상 정보와 사적인 의견 교환을 근간으로 사용자의 프라이버시가 노출될 수 있는 문제가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 SNS에서 이용자의 개인 프라이버시를 보호하기 위해 사용되고 있는 블록킹 대신 데이터 분리와 데이터 허위 정보를 이용한 SNS 사용자 프라이버시 보호 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 사용자의 내용 정보를 분리하여 분리된 내용 정보에 허위 정보를 추가함으로써 제3자가 사용자의 내용 정보를 수집하여도 정확한 정보를 추출하지 못하도록 하고 있다. 또한, 제3자가 이용자의 정보를 불법적으로 악용하지 않도록 SNS 서비스 제공자가 이용자의 정보를 활용할 경우 이용자에게 사전에 동의를 구한다.
