공유 경제의 대표적인 사례 중 하나의 카 쉐어링 서비스는 차량을 공유하여 사용자가 원하는 시간, 장소에서 원하는 만큼 공유하여 사용할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 카 쉐어링 서비스의 시스템이 제공하는 기반적 특성인 희소성과, 시스템 품질, 서비스 품질이 사용자의 평가 요소에 영향을 줄 것이라 가정하고 사용자의 평가를 통하여 사용자의 순 편익을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과 희소성의 쿠폰과 시간제한은 사용자 평가 요소인 인지된 사회적 지지와 앱 신뢰에 영향을 주었으나 제한 수량은 영향을 주지 않아 카 쉐어링 서비스에서 수량에 대한 제한은 관련 없는 것으로 나타났다. 시스템 품질의 대부분의 변수들이 인지된 사회적 지지와 앱 신뢰에 영향을 주었다. 사용자 평가는 사용자 만족과 추천의도에 영향을 주었다. 사용자가 얻을 수 있는 순 편익으로써 만족감과 조직적 측면에서의 간접적 성과인 추천 의도가 채택되어 순 편익 변수의 역할을 하였다. 공유경제와 관련된 연구는 주로 탐색적 연구에서 국한하는 점으로 비추어 볼 때 본고에서 언급하고 있는 비즈니스 성공 모델의 적용과 사회적 변수 적용 등 실증적으로 분석했다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 D&M 모델과 ECM모델을 기반으로 소비자가 대중교통 모바일 결제 앱을 지속적으로 사용하는 데 영향을 미치는 연구 모델을 구축하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 중국 베이징지역에서 264개의 유효한 설문지를 획득하여 Smartpls3.0으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과는, 지각된 정보의 질, 지각된 시스템의 질, 그리고 지각된 인터페이스 설계의 질은 지각된 유용성과 만족을 통하여 소비자 지속적 사용의도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 기능의 질은 단지 지각된 유용성만을 통해 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것이다.

Active construction work zones will result in longer travel time and/or longer travel distances for road users because of reduced speed limits and/or detours. This results in increased fuel consumption and increased emissions of harmful gases such as Carbon Monoxide (CO), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), and Sulfur Oxides (SOx), which causes discomfort to the environment and road users around the work zone. The impact of such emissions should be considered while designing work zones or determining the number of days the roadway will be allowed to be closed partially or fully. This study develops a methodology to compute additional road user costs associated with such work zones. To achieve this goal, a) an extensive literature review is conducted, b) a framework to compute emission cost is developed, c) emission rates are computed for all counties (95) of the state of Tennessee, and d) a case study is conducted to demonstrate the use of the framework to estimate the additional impact of emission because of the work zone. For the case study conducted, the emission cost was computed to be $10,653.60 for the duration of the project. State DOTs can account for such road user costs while selecting contractors using A+B bidding. Accounting for such impact of emission will also indicate the agency's willingness to consider sustainability as a part of the business practices.

This research will study the conversion intention of the users in China from fuel vehicle to new energy vehicles through the empirical methods. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted with car users as the object, combined with the theory of user migration and the PPM model to analyze the impact of fuel vehicle users' conversion intention to new-energy vehicles factor. The results showed that purchase experience contains the moderating effect, in which perceived risk and switching costs had a greater impact on the groups without purchase experience, whereas social identity, perceived value, personal attitude, and willingness to switch had a greater impact on groups with the purchase experience. Among all five factors, perceived risk had no discernible impact on the switching intention, but social identity, perceived value, attitude toward switching, and switching costs all had discernible impact on the switching intention. This study expects to come out with sustainable advises for the future growth of new energy vehicles from the study of car users' switching intention and the collective difference test of purchasing experience.

Information System (IS) Success Model proposed by DeLone and McLean is applied as a successful operation tool of information system, with its basic assumption of symmetric relationship between independent variables and dependent variables of the structural equation modeling. However, because previous studies have proved asymmetry of quality factors' influence structure on dependent variable by applying three-factor analysis, this study examined asymmetry of impact structure of quality factors introduced in IS Success Model on user satisfaction. Also the study applies structure equation modeling (SEM), three-factor analysis and importance and performance analysis (IPA) to develop resource allocation strategy for IS success. The study is able to provide IS practitioners with strategic implications for allocating and managing limited resources more effectively.

This research developed a survey and analyzed the results on the basis of the SERVQUAL model and prior research of the service quality in MIS. The result of the analysis will maybe show that the gap between expectations and perceptions of users will have an negative Impact on the user satisfaction of IS. And outsourcing strategy will have an impact on the user gap. The most important outcome of this study is that service quality is an antecedent of IS users, and we should consider service quality in improving and measuring IS effectiveness

During the last decade, social live streaming service like Periscope, Ustream, and YouNow has developed from a niche market into a mainstream activity. In this media environment, social live streaming service has a tremendous impact on the social behaviors of users. Despite the rapid development, there are a lack of studies to make better understand the media environment changes through social live streaming service. This study adopted an affordances approach that leads us to identify six distinctive social affordances (visibility, accessibility, information sharing, social interaction, role-taking, interactive revenue) for user engagement in social live streaming service. Specifically, this study explores the impact of social affordances on perceived flow, followed by user engagement including passive and active engagement. Empirical data analysis with 258 questionnaires suggests that social affordances affected users' flow perception, and flow has an effect on active as well as passive engagement. Contrary to the expectation in a hypothesized research model, only the impact of accessibility on flow was rejected.

This study were obtained elapsed time phase-by-phases, displacement, user angle, velocity and angular velocity to analyse kinematically contributing factors at impact of forehand drive motion, on targeting three male players. The results of the study were presented as follows; In the forehand drive swing, the elapsed time by phases was a total of .52 seconds: .30 seconds from backswing to impact and .22 seconds from impact to follow-through, Considering the mean change in locations of COM of each(part$\rightarrow$body segment) at impact, racket head, left shoulder, right wrist and left hip, the left-right directions(X-axis) were showm to be each $.61{\pm}.03$, $1.19{\pm}.08$, $.66{\pm}.03$, $.94{\pm}.06$, and $.45{\pm}.03m$. The displacement differences of COM of each body segment were shown to be -.57, -.05, -.33, and .16m. For the vertical direction(Z-axis), the center of mass was lowest at impact and highest at E3. For the displacement of the right wrist on the left hip, the right wrist moved to .82m to the lower direction without change in the locations of the hip from E1 from E2. When the left hip moved .02m from E2 to E3, the right wrist moved .7m in the upper direction. In respect to the velocity of each body segment, the hip and the shoulder joint accelerated and then the wrist followed. Then the right wrists of all the subjects and their racket heads showed maximum speed, and an effective swing was observed. At the angle of each part, the angle of the right wrist was the smallest at the backswing and the largest at the moment of the impact. Then it increased gradually in the follow-through section. In respect of angular velocity for subject A, the hip moved and the largest change occurred. Immediately before the impact, the subject made a swing using his right wrist, his hip, and the shoulder joint, showing the maximum value, which was judged to be effective.

본 연구는 N 스크린 서비스의 이용 행태(교차이용, 개인별 단말기 보유량, N 스크린 이용을 위한 지불금액, N 스크린 이용시간), 콘텐츠 특성(채널의 다양성, VOD의 다양성), 기능적 요인(시스템품질, 인터페이스, 결제시스템), 비용에 대한 이용자의 인식이 이용만족도와 지속이용의사에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. N 스크린 유료 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 (N=498), 웹을 통한 설문조사를 한결과, 이용만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 기능적 요인 중 인터페이스로 나타났으며, 결제시스템, VOD의 다양성, 채널의 다양성, 비용 순으로 유의한 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이용자 차원에서 N 스크린 서비스 만족에 영향을 주는 요인들을 밝혀냄으로써, 스마트 미디어 환경에서 OTT 서비스 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

체험의 시대를 맞아 사용자 체험은 다양한 분야에서 주목받고 있으며 사용자 체험의 중요성을 강조하기 시작하였다. 본 논문은 스마트폰 의료 앱의 사용자 체험에서 중요한 요인이 무엇인지 분석하며 이러한 요인들의 상대적 중요도를 평가함으로써 의료 앱을 개발 시 우선시해야 할 사항에 대하여 제의를 하며 의료 엡 디자인의 최적화 및 서비스 품질 개선에 참고로 체공하고자 한다. 우선 사용자 체험 이론, 스마트폰 앱의 사용자 체험과 모바일 의료 앱에 관한 연구를 바탕으로 스마트폰 의료 앱 사용자 체험 요인을 정리한다. 다음으로 스마트폰 앱 다운로드 경험이 많고 의료 앱을 사용하는 20~40대 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하며 18가지 영향요인에 대하여 점수를 매긴다. 마지막으로 개발자가 새로운 앱을 개발할 경우 제품자원, 의료 광고 추천, 의사와 환자의 상호 작용성, 정서적 재미 유발, 응용 프로그램 학습 용이성 등의 영향요인이 사용자가 앱을 사용한 경우 좋은 체험을 얻게 하는 데 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알았다.
