As intelligence of robot is developed, consumer of robot changes by ordinary people. Intelligent service robot is produced to a target of ordinary people. It is risen that need the most service robot business. Among the control mobile robot because using network by real time. Do to appear on mobile phone LCD screen being transmitted image from device that acquire transmit of mobile phone user interface development and real time mobile robot in this study. Use the BREW that is Qualcomm's Mobile platform for mobile phone user interface development. Mobile phone JPEG compression function chooses excellent camera phone and display transmit image which send connection setting screen and mobile robot on LCD screen by real time. At the same time, materialize to make screen that can process button input that can control transfer of robot. Also, Relay Server used to help processing of protocol to control direction of mobile robot.

The Sensor Registry System(SRS) provides sensor metadata to a user for instant use and seamless interpretation of sensor data in a heterogeneous sensor network environment. The existing sensor registry system cannot provide sensor metadata in case that the network connection is not available or is unstable. To resolve the problem, this paper proposes an extension of sensor registry system using network coverage information. The extended system sends a set of sensor metadata to the user by using network coverage open data (mobile vendors, signal strength, communication type). The extended SRS proposed in this paper supports a safer sensor metadata provision than the existing SRS, and it thus improves the quality of application services.

Home Gateway which composes Home network in Ubiquitous Computing environment is an equipment to provide the connection with the external Internet Physically, and it carry out the role which communication, control and monitor is important. But Home gateway has potential threats because it connected on external Internet as spillage user's information from outside wrongdoers. Consequently, Home gateway has to have security module and structure for the communication which is sate. In this research paper, We designed Home gateway security structure for the communication which is protected when computer user use the computer from the outside to home to send information or important data.

Lots of the agricultural information come from human experiences and are in non-numerical forms. Therefore, it is difficult to process to be processed in a conventional data processing way. An internet expert system for agricultural application using the ASP(active server page) was developed to solve this problem and consisted of databases, an inference engine, and an user interface. The databases were composed of rule base, question base and link data. The inference engine was developed with the ASP for connection with web between databases. The used interface was developed with the CGI(common gateway interface), so that question could be answered on a web browser, and the session technique was used to provide proper result to each of multi-users. A prototype internet expert system was developed for diagnosis of diseases and nutritional disorders of paddy rice. The expert system was interactively worked through WWW(world wide web) at remote sites by multi-users, even at the same time. The rule base could be easily updated and modified from a web server computer by a knowledge engineer.

This paper describes the implementation of a SoC(System-on-a-Chip) and an ISDN communication terminal by the SoC in ISDN network. The SoC has been developed with the functions of 32-bit ARM7TDMI RISC core processor, network connection with S/T interface, TDM--bus interface and voice codec, user interface. And we also review the developed software structure and the ISDN service protocol procedures which are working on the SoC. And finally this paper describers a structure of an ISDN terminal equipment using the implemented SoC and terminal software.

The most representative research network in Korea, KREONET has developed the NSI based NSA (Network Service Agent) technology. The developed NSA supports web service and provides services for reservation, provision, release and termination of network resource, whenever users want to utilize them. In this paper, the system blocks of the developed NSA and flows of NSI interface massage are presented firstly, Also, service test results for NSI connection reservation is given through internet communication of the web portal system to operate as the RA NSA and the NSA, Finally, it is confirmed that reservation, provision, release and termination of network resource can be established through NSI messages based on reservation information from user, between the web portal and the NSA.

This paper presents performance improvement in optical CDMA system under the presence of beat noise using a cancellation technique. Optical fibers and atmospheric optical communications have been proposed the connection between base stations and central station. The optical signal beat noise is due to interference between lightwave, many optical waves are simultaneously incident on each receiver photodiode. Since the photodiode acts as a square-law detector, beat noise can occur in the receiver. While A two-stage cancellation technique is analyzed and verified via simulation employed here because of its system simplicity. By using the random ingredients of all user signals are estimated, the beat noise is rebuilt and removed from the intended signal. In addition to cancellation technique cancel the inherent multiuser interference (MUI) in CDMA system and nonlinear distortion (NLD) in optical system. It is performed at the receiver of the central station where the random ingredients of all user signals are estimated and the MUI and the NLD are rebuilt and removed from the received signal. The validity of the cancellation technique is theoretically analyzed and shown by numerical results. The increasing of capacity in two stage cancellation are obtained.

Designer has recently required the supporting system to assist the design steps that are not simple and standardized. But, as it is often the case with many researches, the design support systems have the problems that the functional module's expansion and the flexible connection with the intelligent CAD System are insufficient. In this paper, we present a framework, EDSS Frame (Expanded Design Support System Frame) to improve in its problems. For the implementation of the EDSS Frame, we make the functional modules, the executable files and analyze a characteristic of the functional modules. Finally, we checked the cases that is generated. Through these works, we organize the algorithm of the running process in each cases. A user can make the process through the association of the functional modules. Also, we make the DLL files or algorithms for corresponding in change of the intelligent CAD System. User can make the additional file or algorithm for a new release of the intelligent CAD system. EDSS Frame can be used for the implementation of the design support system on a various fields, and assists a designer with the rapid reconstruction of the design support system through the continuous addition of the functional modules and the redefinition of the running process between the functional modules.

A web based E-mail system consists of serves which supply mail accounts and service, and clients which take part of interfacing with users. The web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer are the popular clients. Users who cannot afford to get an E-mail id in general mail servers are, therefore, able to reach a e-mailing service in the web environment by using client programs in connection with a mail server. Although the quality of service has been upgraded a lot in recent days, it doesn't provide with satisfactory services anymore. In this paper, we intend to design a mail agent system based on the web environment. Through this system we could reach a convenient user interface based on Internet Explorer and could easily access administratory environment on the basis of NT Server 4.0. Using the service engine dominent in mail agent system, it could provide with convenient user interfacing tools like responding the absence of users, mail filtering and refusing messages, etc. And it would ultimately make possible a constant system security, by preventing system failure phenomena caused by extraordinary uses beyond its capability.

Due to the prevalence of powerful mobile terminals and the rapid advancements in wireless communication technologies, the wireless video streaming service has become increasingly more popular. Recent studies show that video streaming services via Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) are becoming more practical. TCP has more advantages than User Diagram Protocol (UDP), including firewall traversal, bandwidth fairness, and reliability. However, each video service shares an equal portion of the limited bandwidth because of the fair sharing characteristics inherent in TCP and this bandwidth fair sharing cannot always guarantee the video quality for each user. To solve this challenging problem, an Adaptive Multiple TCP (AM-TCP) scheme is proposed in this paper to guarantee the video quality for mobile devices in wireless networks. AM-TCP adaptively controls the number of TCP connections according to the video Rate Distortion (RD) characteristics of each stream and network status. The proposed scheme can minimize the total distortion of all participating video streams and maximize the service quality by guaranteeing the quality of each video streaming session. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can significantly improve the quality of video streaming in wireless networks.
