Recently, the Ministry of Education is striving to move education and school libraries toward the information age and to create an atmosphere open education. School libraries need to be furnished with lots of useful materials for the curriculum of open education. School libraries need to be furnished with lots of useful materials for the curriculum of open education. Therefore, school libraries should adopt the concepts and techniques of marketing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. Nonprofit organizations such as school libraries should adopt the concepts and techniques of marketing to solve the problems for the rational management of the system. 2. Marketing techniques can be adopted in the areas such as collection development, service fee, selection of the place of library, advertising, better library user organization etc. 3. School libraries should be total educational information centers to realize educational goal and the curricular. 4. Procedures for marketing strategies for school libraries are embodied in mission statement, environmental analysis, marketing audit, marketing mix, marketing segmentation, evaluation methods etc. 5. The 4 "Ps", product, price, place, promotion make up the marketing mix for school libraries.libraries.

Rapid technological advancements and widespread adoption of smart phones in recent years provide students with new opportunities for getting knowledge and making researches in innovation century. As the penetration of smart phone devices in education increases, there is a large growth in the use of these devices especially among the youth. In spite of increasing importance of smart devices in education, the significant features of these technology devices for general learning have not been experientially addressed. In this study we are going to investigate the comparison of smart phone devices and find the necessary conditions for using mobile devices as an educational tool by a conjoint method. There will be five attributes: screen size, batter type, mobile OS, memory capacity and price. By surveying we got the results which showed us the respondents' desire of using specific smart phone; thus, we defined that screen size attribute is the most important device characteristic.

Gains promised by the introduction of e-commerce back-office systems are not easily realized due to poor technology acceptance, especially in developing countries. This study aims to analyze factors which affect information technology acceptance in developing countries. A research model based on TAM is proposed, and it is empirically tested for the hypotheses of factors which affect the acceptance behavior. The result shows that antecedents such as user training influence the technology acceptance in different ways. This study may help accelerate the adoption of back-office systems in developing countries.

The purpose of this study is to investigate as individuals how and why to accept web storage service. Using the Technology Adoption Model2 (TAM2) as methodological framework, this research tries to experiment an empirical background on the acceptance of behavioral changes of an individual sa to information technological advances. The findings of this study are different from TAM2 in terms of job relevance and output quality. However, according to other elements of TAM2 such as result demonstrability, subjective norm, image, this srudy also confirms positive relationships toward technological acceptance. Especially, subjective norms shows the strongest influential factors when adopting technological changes.

The unprecedented growth of Internet technologies has made resources on the World-Wide-Web(WWW) instantly accessible to various user communities. While e-commerce has become as an important issue with the growth of the Internet, there are insufficient empirical research efforts concerning its status in Korea. The United States, in contrast, has made significant efforts in making empirical research regarding this issue. In this paper, we demonstrate not only how these contextual differences influence consumer satisfaction with the purchased products/services, but also what contextual constructs make consumers satisfied or dissatisfied. In addition, we tried to find the difference in the factors of consumer satisfaction between a developed country(i.e., United States) and a developing country(i.e., Korea) with regard to e-commerce. The study findings suggest that contextual problems need to be solved before e-commerce provides real benefits for consumers and businesses.

The rapid increase in the penetration rate and diverse utility of smart devices opens an opportunity for a development in creating a user-oriented ubiquitous system. And it allows audiences to deploy the exhibition-helping contents regardless of the restriction of place and time with using the smart devices of audience themselves. Also it needs to build a mobile web-based portal system for the related services. To do this, Firstly, it needs the corresponding strategies on a smartphone-based environment such as technical competence, systematic preparation of exhibition with compatible mobile contents, and a compatible channel for interactivity. Secondly, it needs the differentiation of exhibition guide with the existing system: an adoption of augmented reality, panoramic technology and simulation effect aiming for an improvement in a sense of immersion and reality for audience, and building up additional contents with a diversity of formats of image, sound, and video for customer satisfaction.

Since the concept of "innovation resistance" was introduced as a summary construct for customers not adopting a superior innovation, a lot of researchers have examined to identify the relationship between the innovation resistance and the various innovation and situation variables. This paper addresses the innovation resistance coming from the introduction of a new R&D grant management system(RGMS) in a university. The new RGMS is based on research grant management policies newly accredited by the government, where the central management of the research grants is indispensable. We have surveyed professors and researchers about the introduction of a new RGMS, and empirically analyzed the perceived innovation characteristics and the user characteristics affecting the innovation resistance. The result shows that perceived risk is the most important factor influencing on the innovation resistance.

This paper presents the robust mobile robot localization method exploiting redundant motion information acquired from three optical mice that are installed at the bottom of a mobile robot in a regular triangular form. First, we briefly introduce a low-cost optical motion sensor, HDNS-2000, and a commercial device driver development tools, WinDriver, to be used in this research. Second, we explain the basic principle of the mobile robot localization using the motion information from three optical mice, and propose the least squares based localization algorithm which is robust to the noisy measurement and partial malfunctioning of optical mice. Third, we describe the development of the experimental optical odometer using three PC optical mice and the user-friendly graphic monitoring program. Fourth, simulations and experiments are performed to demonstrate the validity of the proposed localization method and the operation of the developed optical odometer. Finally, along with the conclusion, we suggest some future work including the installation parameter calibration, the optical mouse remodelling, and the high-performance motion sensor adoption.

Embedded linux system cann't take up the X-window-based GUI platform commonly used in PC platforms because of low performance in hardware. For the GUI implementation in embedded linux system, the lightwieight graphic library is needed, which supports simplified functions and the usage of little resource. In this paper, several of popular open-source graphic libraries are selected and evaluated for the adoption of an efficient library in the GUI implementation for multimedia embedded system requiring the simple and intuitional user interface.

The purpose of this study is how personal information violation risks affect the intention to use domestic cryptocurrency services. VAM(Value based Adoption Model) model is validated as a theoretical background, selecting perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived security as a benefit factors, and considers perceived cost, technical complexity, and risk of personal information violation risks as sacrifice factors. The method of this study used questionnaire survey to collect 150 data on user's perception on cryptocurrency services, and also performed a structural equation modeling method using by AMOS 23. The result of this paper shows that all hypotheses are accepted statistically significant except 2 hypothesis. This research is concluded that perceived value is affected on statistically positive impact on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived security, and negative impact on risk of personal information violation risk, not statistically perceived fee and technical complexity.
