Seismic parameters fur computation of ground motions in Southern Korea are obtained from recently recorded data, and site-independent regional and site-dependent local strong ground motions are predicted using efficient computational techniques. For the computation of ground motions, we devised an efficient procedure to compute site-independent $x_{q}$ and dependent $x_{s}$ values separately. The first step of this procedure is to use the coda normalization method far computation of site independent Q or corresponding $x_{q}$ value. The next step is the computation of $x_{s}$, values fur each site separately using the given $x_{q}$ value. For computation of ground motions the empirical Green's function (EGF) is modified to account fur the depth and distance variations of subevents on a finite fault plane using the theoritical Green's function. It is computed using wavenumber integration technique in layered media. The site dependent ground motions at seismic stations in southeastern local area were properly simulated using the modified empirical Green's function method in layered medium. The proposed method and procedures fur estimation of site dependent seismic parameters and ground motions could be efficiently used in the low and moderate seismicity regions.ons.s.ons.

We investigated the effect of aqueous extract of Gleditsia sinensis thorns (Leguminosae) (GSAE) on the mast cell-dependent anaphylaxis. GSAE (0.005 to 1 ${g}/kg$) dose-dependently inhibited systemic anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80 in rats. GSAE (0.1 and 1 ${g}/kg$) also significantly inhibited local anaphylaxis activated by anti-DNP IgE. When GSAE was pretreated at the same concentrations with systemic anaphylaxis, the plasma histamine levels were reduced in a dose-dependent manner. GSAE (0.001 to 1 ${m}g/ml$) dose-dependently inhibited the histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells (RPMC) activated by compound 48/80 or anti-DNP IgE. The level of cyclic AMP in RPMC, When GSAE (1 ${m}g/ml$) was added, transiently and significantly increased about fourfold compared with that of basal cells. Moreover, GSAE (0.01 and 0.1 ${m}g/ml$) had a significant inhibitory effect on anti-DNP IgE-induced tumor necrosis factor-$\alpha$ production from RPMC. These results suggest a possible use of GSAE in managing mast cell-dependent anaphylaxis.

본 논문에서는 수평 방향의 에지 패턴을 고려한 새로운 순차주사화(de-interlacing) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 일반적으로 기존의 에지를 고려한 순차주사화 알고리즘은 한 장의 필드만을 사용한 다른 순차주사화 알고리즘들에 비해 시각적으로 우수한 결과를 나타낸다. 그러나 에지의 방향을 잘못 추정할 경우, 결과 영상에서 심각한 에러가 발생하므로, 이를 보완하고 정확한 에지의 방향을 찾아내기 위해, 기존의 크기의 차 성분만을 이용한 방법들과는 달리 에지의 패턴까지 고려하여 에지를 고려한 순차주사화(EDI: edge dependent interpolation)가 제안된다. 제안된 새로운 알고리즘은 기존의 방법에 비해 수치상으로도 시각적으로도 뛰어난 결과를 산출한다.

In this study, the bacterial community of galchi-baechu kimchi was determined using culture-based and culture-independent techniques (next generation sequencing:NGS), and showed discrepancies between results. Weissella koreensis and Pediococcus inopinatus were the dominant species according to the NGS results, while Bacillus species and P. inopinatus were dominant in the culture-dependent analysis. To identify safe starter candidates, sixty-five Bacillus strains isolated from galchi-baechu kimchi using culture-dependent methods were evaluated for their antibiotic resistance, presence of toxin genes, and hemolytic activity. Strains were then assessed for salt tolerance and protease and lipase activity. As a result, four strains-B. safensis GN5_10, B. subtilis GN5_19, B. velezensis GN5_25, and B. velezensis GT8-were selected as safe starter candidates for use in fermented foods.

The classical Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA) does not include any time dependence explicitly. However, the success criteria (SC) could evolve during the cycle for some initiating events. In that sense, there is a type of sequence in which this time-dependency is quite important, the family of Anticipated Transient without Scram (ATWS) sequences in Pressurized Water Reactors. Therefore, a new risk-informed approach is proposed in this paper, which makes it possible to obtain the time-dependent SC evolution of the safety functions affected by the Moderator Temperature Coefficient (MTC) value. Then, the evolution of the ATWS conditional core damage probability (CCDP) could be obtained using a PSA model. To quantify the CCDP, the average values of the time-dependent failure probabilities must be computed. Finally, the comparison between the CCDP obtained through the application of the classical PSA approach and the new one makes it possible to quantify the impact of time-dependence on the SC of the headers that this new risk-informed ATWS approach can provide.

최근 전 세계적으로 관심을 받고 있는 디지털 화폐인 비트코인에 대한 연구이다. 각 나라의 본원 통화와 도 교환이 가능할 뿐 아니라 소액결재에 대한 편의성 등으로 인해 국내에서도 사용이 점차 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 비트코인에 관한 국내 소비자들의 이해정도와 수용성에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 비트코인에 관한 국내 소비자들의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 알아보기 위해 기술수용모형을 변형하여 적용하였다. 먼저 비트코인의 특징을 분석하였고, 비트코인의 사용 의도에 관련된 국내외 선행연구가 아직은 미약해서 기존 전자화폐에 대한 연구들을 통해 변인들을 추출하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 비트코인의 특성 변수인 '경제성'이 매개변수인 '인지된 유용성'을 통해 종속변수인 '사용 의도'에 영향을 미친다는 결과이다. 이는 비트코인을 사용할 때 소요되는 금전적 정신적 비용이 다른 화폐를 사용할 때보다 적을 것이라고 조사되었다. 둘째, 비트코인의 특성 변수인 '지불 편의성'이 매개변수인 '인지된 유용성'을 통해 종속변수인 '사용 의도'에 영향을 미친다는 결과이다. 이는 비트코인을 사용함으로 인해 거래 처리, 현금관리 시간 단축, 그리고 거스름돈 교환에 따른 불편함이 해소될 것이라고 측정되었다. 셋째, 비트코인의 인지된 위험변수인 '신뢰성'은 종속변수인 '사용 의도'에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 결과이다. 이는 비트코인이 여러 컴퓨터의 분산 데이터베이스에 의해 처리됨으로 시스템 고장 등에 영향을 받지 않아 지불의 목적을 달성할 수 있기 때문이다. 넷째, 비트코인의 매개변수인 '인지된 유용성'이 종속변수인 '사용 의도'에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 결과이다. 결국, 비트코인을 사용하고자 하는 소비자들은 비트코인이 가진 다양한 유용성으로 인해 매력을 느낄 것이라는 의미이다. 또한 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 금융 기관, 전자화폐 관련 업체, 그리고 비트코인 사용자 모두에게 시사점을 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다.

Purpose - This study intended to investigate ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services. For this purpose, this research investigated the relationships among security and compatibility of the mobile payment service, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, psychological benefit, and intention to use mobile payment. Research design, data, and methodology - This research developed a structural equation model in which the usefulness, the ease of use, and the psychological benefit are predictors and the intention to use is a dependent variable. Data were collected from China female in Jiangsu and Shandong province. Results - Empirical results showed that the security and the compatibility had a positive influence on the usefulness and the ease of use. The usefulness and the ease of use influenced on the psychological benefit respectively and the psychological benefit had a positive influence on the intention to use. Conclusions - This research contributed to the mobile payment service literature by showing how Chinese women consumers adopt the mobile payment service based on TAM. Moreover, current study introduced the security and the compatibility as antecedents of the usefulness and the ease of use and revealed the mediating role of psychological benefit. Managerially, theses results suggested retailing companies ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to review the principal of Sacred tortoise method (Younggupalbub) and to investigate the usefulness of it. Methods : The authors reviewed several literatures related with the Sacred tortoise method (Younggupalbub). We investigated the clinical usefulness as well found some problems in utilizing it. Results and Conclusions : Sacred tortoise method (Younggupalbub) is an acupuncture treatment used according to the time and it may cause many problems for the patients and oriental medical doctors in the clinical use.

As the e-marketplace becomes the core of management activities, researches on motivation, transaction type, strategy, satisfaction, risk management, performance evaluation, etc. have been actively studied, but the factors influencing actual utilization have not been fully. Especially, the factors that affect the intention of the users are limited without consideration of internal environment, external environment, e-marketplace characteristics such as operating rules, characteristics of the company to be used. In order to derive the determinants of B2B e-marketplace use, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between internal environment, external environment, e-marketplace characteristics as independent variables, intention of use as dependent variable, participation qualification, The results were as follows. First, the previous study limited the determinants of intention to use to either internal or external, but this study presented an integrated model that considers both factors. Second, the characteristics of companies participating in e-marketplace were identified by using participation qualification and activity scope as control variables.

This study was designed to examine the antecedents of mobile app usage among smart phone users. An extended TAM, which included the additional factors of perceived enjoyment, perceived informative usefulness and perceived social usefulness, was applied to predict people's intention to use mobile apps. Overall, the hypothesized research model did a fairly good job explaining significant associations between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The findings had showed that perceived social usefulness, perceived enjoyment and attitude were significantly affect intention to use mobile apps. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived informative usefulness were not significantly effects attitude towards intention to use mobile apps. Therefore, mobile apps developers should develop mobile apps that are easier for the users to seek information. For the information available should be more precise and bringing more benefits to the users.
