Korea seems to have introduced the legal basis for supporting and revitalizing the 6th industry since about 2010. Problems such as lack of systematic support system, inadequacy of cooperation and cooperation between ministries, and poor efficiency have been raised. Also, there is a lack of information on the designation, development method, participant, and management plan of the 6th industrial complex. In this study, we review prior researches and cases related to the 6th industry and examine how to efficiently create the 6th industry-specific complex by analyzing the requirements of customers for the enterprises, residents, professionals and officials of the metropolitan area and non-metropolitan areas. As a result of the questionnaire survey, some suggestions for the establishment of the 6th industry specialization complex were drawn. First, 77.5% of the total requires a combination of public and mixed use, which can be expected to have positive effects such as sharing development gains with local residents and improving resettlement of local residents. Second, the 6th industrial complex should be harmonized with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd industries. However, unlike the standardized land use plan of existing industrial complex, it is necessary to expand the distribution and sales space to reflect the demand for tertiary industry. It is also necessary to consider measures for securing primary industrial sites or securing primary industrial sites through external procurement. Third, it is necessary to establish and operate a plan reflecting rent and rental demand after leasing for a certain period.

IoT(Internet of Things) 환경에서 한정된 대역폭을 갖는 서버에서 저장된 비디오 데이터를 많은 클라이언트들에게 전송하기 위해서는 전송률 변화 횟수, 첨두 전송률, 전송률 변화량 등의 요소를 고려하여 전송 계획을 세워야 한다. 이 전송 계획을 스무딩이라고 하며 전송률 증가 횟수를 최소화하는 CBA, 전송률 변화횟수를 최소화하는 MCBA, 전송률 변화량을 최소화하기 위한 MVBA 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 평균 전송률을 최소화하기 위해 제안된 알고리즘[16]에 대한 성능을 평가하기 위해, 제안된 알고리즘과 기존 스무딩 알고리즘들에서의 첨두 전송률, 전송률 변화횟수, 전송률 증가횟수, 전송률 변화량, 첨두 전송률 이용률, 평균 전송률을 다양한 비디오 데이터와 버퍼 크기로 비교한다. 평가 결과 제안 알고리즘은 평균 전송률이 가장 낮은 전송 계획을 세움으로써, 서버의 한정된 네트워크 자원의 효율적인 사용에 도움을 준다.

Currently, convergence research is being conducted in various research facilities in Korea, but it is true that there are very few multi-purpose convergence research facilities that can support such convergence research in universities, which are the most basic research group. In the case of multi-purpose convergence research facilities installed in universities, human resources from more diverse fields gather to conduct various studies than general research facilities, so the facilities should be planned to reflect these characteristics, and the space should be planned to promote human exchanges. The basic guidelines for planning multipurpose convergence research facilities installed in universities are as follows. First, multi-purpose convergence facilities in universities should be based on the habitability and convenience of users who use the facilities, and functionality, promotion of human resource exchange, symbolism, and eco-friendliness should be set as major planning factors. Second, in the case of internal planning, it is necessary to secure a efficient research and public space, a short and clear movement and evacuation plan, a future-oriented image and symbolism, an eco-friendly facility plan, efficiency through zoning and modularization, and future expansion. Third, in the case of size setting, it is appropriate to plan around 18,000m² of total floor area, and considered safe to plan around 45% of research & education area, 6% of support area, 5% of convenience area, 4% of exhibition area, and 40% of public areas by use, but additional reviews should be conducted according to the situation of each university or local region.

The purposes of this study were 1) to assess the currunt documentation system 2) to identify the problems in communication regarding to documentation 3) to develop new documentation system 4) to suggest effective communication channel using new documentation system Research was conducted by direct observation, chart review, staffs interview and servey. Results were as follows: 1) nursing care plans were not used in ongoing care 2) documentation format was primarily narrative and charting was time consuming 3) documentation did not reflect the nursing process 4) patient records were not used as effective communication tool between case manager and part time nurse 5) difficult access to patient record for nurse manager created inefficiency in coordinating 6) documentation of patient education did not describe the precise contents of education, and the responses of the patients and evaluation To solve these problems, new documentation format was developed. With new formats nurses : 1) use standardized care plan which contains nursing diagnosis, ecpected outcome, time frame for evaluation, flow sheet for updating the plans 2) leave one copy of care plan at patient home for mutual agreement with patent and communication among nursing staffs 3) carry one copy of care plan for updating 4) document and evaluate the patient education using education check list keeping in patient's home 5) document nursing process in focus charting visit report 6) carry one copy of visit report 7) have one copy of visit report which was deligated to part time nurses 8) use documentation in direct communication with part time nurse 9) use beeper and memo to promote communication

산지가 많은 부산시의 지형적 특성상 가용토지가 부족한 상황에서 경부선 철도까지 도심을 가로지르고 있어 생활권의 단절과 도심발전을 저해하고 있다. 이에 토지 확보를 위하여 입체개발의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 최근에는 경부선 철도의 지하화로 양분화 된 도시를 연결하고 토지를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는데 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 토지의 입체개발의 사례를 통해 개발유형을 분석하고, 부산시내 경부선 철도의 지하화 사업 시 메인이 되는 4개 권역(사상역, 구포역, 가야역, 부산진역)의 입체개발로 발생하는 가용토지에 효과적인 활용을 위한 시민인식조사 결과를 바탕으로 입체개발 유형별 개발방향 설정하였다. 또한 대상지 지역이 가지고 있는 지역적 특성과 현재 진행되고 있는 도시재생사업을 반영하여 철도에 의해 양분된 지역생활권의 단절 해소 및 철도시설 부지의 효율적 토지이용을 통한 입체적인 개발을 통해 철도 부지의 수평적, 수직적 공간활용의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

발굴 조사 된 매장문화재는 학술적, 역사적 가치에 따라 문화재청장이 보존조치를 결정하지만, 이전·복원 후 관리, 보존, 활용은 체계적으로 이루어지고 있지 않고 있다. 또한 보존유적 및 보호시설의 손상으로 보존방안과 활용도에 대한 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 이에 충북 지역 보존유적에 대한 현황을 조사하여 보존방안 및 활용방안에 대하여 제시해 보고자 하였다. 충북에는 총 43개의 보존유적이 있었으며, 관리주체의 명확성 여부를 떠나 대부분 체계적인 관리는 이루어지고 있지 않았다. 잘못된 보존처리와 재료의 선정 등으로 인해 유구 및 보호시설이 훼손 되어지고 있는 상태로 확인되었으며, 보존유적의 훼손으로 전시, 교육, 체험 등 활용성에서도 문제점을 확인하였다. 이러한 문제점 해결에는 법적·제도적 장치의 개선, 예산·전문 인력 확보. 표준화 매뉴얼 개발 및 적용, 지속적 모니터링, 예방보존, 이전 지료 및 방법 연구, 목록화 작업, 전문 박물관 및 복합 테마 파크 조성 등 중·장기적인 계획이 세워져야 할 것이다. 또한 조사된 보존유적에 맞는 보존방안을 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 보존·관리가 이루어지면 보다 체계적·과학적으로 보존·관리되고 교육, 전시, 홍보 등 다양한 목적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This paper starts with an approach to Korean traditional building design using BIM tool as a design methodology where Korean traditional buildings show some difference rather as weaknesses in handling curves and curved members and the construction. BIM design tools, that are adequate in treating modern architectural design vocabularies, show some disadvantages not having necessary elements and components as building libraries. In this paper we build our own libraries adequate to the proper assembling way of Korean traditional buildings. In contrast to the diverse use of straight building members, Korean traditional buildings show rare use of curves and/or curved members in their assemblage. Moreover, in the case of a circular plan, mostly a circle is interpreted in terms of polygons such as square, hexagon or octagon. In this paper, we examine Gwanram-Jung in Changduk Palace, which is probably the only example in Korea showing a use of curves and/or curved members in assemblage. We try to interpret the case as an incomplete prototype and apply in a modern way to complete a circular plan in terms of circular arcade.

In the nowadays years our city's housing environment which progresses rapidly social-economical development is posited the role in the nowadays multi-family housing brings about the individualism of the nowadays city, and makes muddy neighborhood meaning, and the quality of the nowadays city dwelling house environment becoming worse. This study was started with the cognition of the need of intermediate-space, in the our life in the neighborhood city. Intermediate-spaces, has same meaning to come into the action of consciousness of the neighborhood. For the improvement of the quality of city housing, we should cleary recognized the individual territory after we set the proper in intermediate-zone in the multi-family housing. Therefore, this study inquires ito the meaning of intermediate-zone, and catches the formation technique of intermediate-zone and the method of plan through the investigation of the use cases of the multi-family housing which is established intermediate-territory. and then I analyze the role of the formative space by this method. By this method, I grope for the effect of the use through the alternative plan of the design method of the intermediate-zone. If the methods of play use the role in the nowadays multi-family housing, high quality will build up.

Geographic Information has been used widely for landuse and management, city plan, and environment and disaster management, etc., But geographic information has been built for individual cases using various methods. Therefore, the discordancy in data, double investment, confusion of use and difficulty of decision supporting system have been occurred. In order to solve these problems, national government is need to framework database. This framework database was enacted for building and use of National Geographic Information System and focused on basic plan of the second national geographic information system. Also, the framework database was selected of eight fields by NGIS laws and 19 detailed items through meeting of framework committee since 2002. In this research, The 19 detailed items( road, railroad, coastline, surveying control point etc.,) of framework database consider a Priority order, In the result of this research, the framework database is obtain to a priority order for building and the national government will carry effectively out a budget for the framework database building. Each of 19 detailed items is grouping into using the priority order of the framework database by AHP analysis method and verified items by decision tree analysis method. The one of the highest priority order items is a road, which is important for building, continuous renovation, and maintain management for use.

This survey was carried out to investigate the utilization situation of fire-wood boiler by the questionnaire and personal interview on rural and mountain households of Gangwon province from 1998 to 2005. The questionnaire include 7 questions on installation, 7 questions on fuel, 3 questions on use, and 3 questions on improvement. Each question was analyzed by percentage to investigate the use situation. This survey indicated that the general problems in use of fire-wood boiler are fuel purchase, collection and transportation, that the development of the household heating boiler using wood-based forming fuel which is cheap, small volume, easy handling, convenient purchase and high heat efficiency could be an alternative to improve the problems and that the continuous expansion of the supply of fire-wood boiler can prevent the devastation of forest through the regulation of imprudent fuel supply. Although the financial aid plan on the installation of fire-wood boiler is in active, many petty households in rural and mountain areas lose a chance to install the fire-wood boiler due to the unsatisfactory information. Thus, it will be desirable for municipal government to prepare the information plan to offer the equal chance and condition to all households in rural and mountain areas and to increase the financial aid for the continuous supply of fire-wood boiler.
