제로에너지 빌딩 평가를 통한 제도적 개선방안에 대한 조사 연구 (Investigation of Institutional Improvement through Evaluation of Zero-Energy Buildings)

  • 전 세계에서 건물 내에서 사용되고 있는 에너지는 지구온난화의 주요원인일 뿐만 아니라 기후변화 대응을 위해 다루어져야할 주요 과제이다. 본 연구는 빌딩을 대상으로 사용되고 있는 에너지의 평가를 통하여 개선사항을 도출하고자 하였으며 이를 위하여 제로에너지빌딩을 검토하고 영향인자들을 조사하였다. 또한 실제 건물을 대상으로 환경적 요인과 환경부하로 구분하여 평가항목을 설정하였으며 평가결과를 토대로 개선사항을 제안하고자 하였다. 그 결과 제로에너지빌딩을 구현하기 위한 평가단계에서는 건물부지의 지형과 기후변수가 고려되어야 하며, 신재생에너지의 이용, 저장 및 관리 측면에서는 비용 상승에 따른 제도적 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 제로에너지 빌딩에서는 에너지 효율이 중요하나 현재 건물 내에서 사용되는 에너지 소비량을 확인하고 관리하기 위해서 모니터링과 같은 평가항목이 필요하다. 이와 같은 모니터링 결과를 사용해서 세부적인 체계로서 절약과 낭비 에너지에 대하여 국내 실정에 적적한 체계적인 관리가 요구된다.

  • A test method for assessing service life of building materials and components based on performance degradation data is developed. The performance of a building material degrades as time goes by and the failure of the material is often defined as the point at which the performance of the material reaches a pre-specified degraded level. A performance-based test method is developed and a numerical example is provided to illustrate the use of the developed test method.

업무용 건물의 용도 및 운전 기간별 에너지 소비 특성 연구 (A Study on the Energy Consumption Characteristics for Use and Operation Period in Office Buildings)

  • The purpose of this study is to calculate the energy consumption rate based on data regarding energy use in office buildings, and to confirm the general characteristics of energy consumption. The energy consumption rate of the building is calculated by dividing the energy consumption by the floor area. The energy consumption rate of small-sized office buildings was calculated as $101.48{\sim}201.55kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ and in the case of medium-sized buildings, the range was $92.77{\sim}177.89kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$. In the case of small buildings, it was found that the energy consumption was $73.24kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ in electronic device, $34.31kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ in hot water supply, and $18.37kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ in heating. In the case of medium-sized buildings, electronic devices was $73.08kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$, lighting was $18.35kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$ and heating, $15.37kWh/m^2{\cdot}year$. In all of the study buildings, the peak heating energy use was observed from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m during the winter, and the peak power management was required. Energy use at and around the midnight hour is confirmed to be 40~60% of weekly working hours, so it is necessary to manage power use at night time as well as during the day. In order to improve the accuracy of future studies, it is necessary to make efforts to secure the data with standardized energy measuring units for the various type of buildings.

건축물 설계현황 분석을 통한 국내 비주거용 표준건물의 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reference Building based on the Building Design Trends for Non-residential Buildings)

  • The Korean government plans to introduce the building energy performance standard which regulates the annual energy consumption of buildings. This paper aimed to set up the reference building from database based on the building design trends for non-residential buildings. We surveyed the design data of 435 non-residential buildings which were granted building permission from 2007 to 2011. And we conducted estimation on the heating & cooling load and the energy consumption of the reference building using ECO2 program. From results, the reference building of non-residential buildings was office building which had a total 7 floors and $20,838m^2$ gross floor area. And it suggests the design reference data of building envelope, HAVC, heat source equipment and lighting system for the reference building. The total annual energy use of the reference building was $151.9kWh/m^2yr$.

Structural Design and Performance Evaluation of a Mid-story Seismic Isolated High-Rise Building

  • This paper describes some of the challenges for structural design of a mid-story seismic isolated high-rise building, which is located near Tokyo station, completed in 2015. The building is a mixed-use complex and encompasses three volumes: one substructure including basement and lower floors, and a pair of seismic isolated superstructures on the substructure. One is a 136.5m high Main Tower (office use), and the other is a 98.5 m high South Tower (hotel use). The seismic isolation systems are arranged in the $3^{rd}$ floor of the Main Tower and $5^{th}$ floor of the South Tower, so that we call this isolation system as the mid-story seismic isolation. The primary goal of the structural design of this building was to secure high seismic safety against the largest earthquake expected in Tokyo. We adopted optimal seismic isolation equipment simulated by dynamic analysis to minimize building damage. On the other hand, wind-induced vibration of a seismic isolated high-rise building tends to be excited. To reduce the vibration, the following strategies were adopted respectively. In the Main Tower with a large wind receiving area, we adopted a mechanism that locks oil dampers at the isolation level during strong wind. In the South Tower, two tuned mass dampers (TMDs) are installed at the top of the building to control the vibration. In addition, our paper will also report the building performance evaluated for wind and seismic observation after completion of the building. In 2016, an earthquake of seismic intensity 3 (JMA scale) occurred twice in Tokyo. The acceleration reduction rate of the seismic isolation level due to these earthquakes was approximately 30 to 60%. These are also verified by dynamic analysis using observed acceleration data. Also, in April 2016, a strong wind exceeding the speed of 25m/s occurred in Tokyo. On the basis of the record at the strong wind, we confirmed that the locking mechanism of oil damper worked as designed.

  • In study, we evaluate the texture and satisfaction of building exterior materials using red mud, which is generated as a by product of industrial use, and present an objective indicator by predicting the influence of exterior elements such as material type and roughness in the evaluation of building exterior materials.

택지개발지구내 단독주택지의 물리적 환경특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Environment Characteristics of the Detached Housing Area in the Housing Site Development District)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the physical characteristics of the detached housing area in the housing site development district. The process of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the physical structure and the building use, then to analyze the relationship of physical structure and the building use in the aspect of the morphological characteristics. The case study focuses on the Chil-kok2, An-Siml in Taegu. The streets pattern is composited gird and loop type mixed. The block is composited by 2 lots in general. But the obscurity of organization and character of the streets, the size and shape of lots which is not fit to the building use. A whole residential characters appears high residential density ratio. so residential environment became worse. The improving level of residential environment and efficiency of land use in the detached housing area of the housing site development district, firstly the propriety of the physical structure must be considered about detached house characters, and the housing uses which fit to the physical structure are needed, and also for the concrete realization of this, the designation of district, the zoning of residential area, the guideline of the district design, and establishment of comprehensive master planning in detached housing area are needed in aspect of the housing policy. As the result of this study, it suggests several design guideline to improve housing site development.

  • This study is for seismic analysis of building structures with ambiguous modal direction This case is revealed symmetrical building structure or the structure that isn't coincided building axis with physical axis. Seismic analysis-time history analysis, response spectrum analysis and lateral force procedure-is carried out. It is concluded that analysis method for the structure with ambiguous modal direction don't suitable for lateral force procedure. It is recommended to use the CQC method for combining modal responses to the individual components and the SRSS rule for combining responses to the two horizontal components are of nearly equal intensities.

민간 건축 CM사업 시공이전단계의 CM서비스 활용도 분석에 관한 연구 (Level of Use of Construction Management Services in Private Building Projects during Pre-construction Stages)

  • 민간 건축사업은 국내 CM시장에서 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 시공이전단계 CM서비스는 성공적인 건설사업의 수행을 위해 매우 중요한 사안으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 민간 건축 CM사업의 사례 분석을 통해 시공 이전단계 CM서비스 활용도를 분석하고 주요 특징을 도출하는데 있다. 시공이전단계를 설계이전단계, 설계단계, 입찰 계약단계로 구분하여 총 91개 CM서비스 항목에 대한 활용도를 분석한 결과를 토대로 주요 특징을 도출하였으며 공정관리와 사업비관리 서비스에 대한 수요나 활용도가 민간 건축 CM사업의 시공이전단계에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 민간 건축사업 시공이전단계 특정한 민간 건축 CM사업의 시공이전단계 CM서비스 활용도를 이해하는 것은 발주자의 수요(needs)를 이해함과 동시에 CM기업이 어떠한 핵심적인 서비스를 강화해야하는 지에 대한 전략을 수립하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 과제이다.

소셜커머스 신뢰 형성이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Social Commerce's Trust-Building on Intention of Continuous Use)

  • Social commerce (s-commerce) is a subset of e-commerce and uses social media for social interactions. Although s-commerce has been rapidly growing, disputes between some s-commerce firms and their consumers often occur over issues such as poor customer services, incorrect product information, and late refunds. In order for s-commerce to continuously grow, s-commerce firms need to build consumer-trust in their transaction process to minimize their consumers' uncertainty. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between the multidimensional trust (ability, integrity, benevolence) and the intention of continuous use of s-commerce. Moreover, this study presents antecedent factors needed for trust-building by applying the characteristics of s-commerce, and verifies the relations between the variables. We test and validate the research model and related hypotheses using structural equation modeling based on a survey done on 428 people who have previous experience with s-commerce. The result shows that trust has positive effect on the intention of continuous use, and verifies the necessity of the antecedent factors (social presence, assurance, informativeness, economic feasibility, and seller reputation) for trust-building. This study provides strategy for the continuous growth of s-commerce, and suggests theoretical implication that explains the relationship between the characteristics of s-commerce and consumers.
