The senior adults which are a central manpower of economic activity of the nation decreased and the elderly sustenance allowance already went over 10%. And the economic activity participation of the woman which are the supporter of the unpaid the elderly within the family is increasing. This big change is expected to support awareness. To respond to these changes, the improvement of social welfare system for elderly with the job of retirement lifestyles of the elderly, a figure that is needed for the ceremony. The elderly medical treatment facility that began in 2008 the elderly long-term medical treatment law enforcement because of the demand is expected to grow. It is forecast with the fact that the data which is fundamental is most important will become that old person medical treatment facility of the middle-aged layer which is a central role of the protector who decides the facility use of the preliminary consumer of the elderly care facility and currently the very the elderly and manhood ceremony and the preference to plan of the elderly welfare facility. The purpose of this study is to present the fundamental data about the elderly care facility for comparative analysis the awareness & perfernces of the elderly care facilities of the senior adults & the elderly.

The study focuses on 32 environmental facilities in Incheon Metropolitan City, South Korea, categorizes them by sector: sewage treatment, wastewater treatment, incineration, landfill, water purification, and water supply. Their GHG reduction results are analyzed through quantitative and qualitative measures for 2012 to 2015. The study surveys and examines GHG reductions of the environmental facilities for two categories - facility operation and management. The findings are as follows: First, the GHG reduction rate, an emission-to-allocation ratio, from 2012 to 2015 is 89.67%. Second, GHG reductions coming from qualitative measures of facility management are even greater than those from quantitative measures of facility operation. Third, GHG reductions through facility operation are mostly attributable to overhauls, less use of facilities, resources recycling, process improvement rather than the betterment of fuels, facilities and energy efficiency. Fourth, higher reduction can be achieved by effective facility management, qualitative measures.

The purpose of this study is to examine the state of utilization in sport facilities at a university and drew up the improvement plan for all students. To accomplish this work, the survey of the 445 students(male 221, female 224) were collected. The collected data were analyzed through the frequency analysis. All of sports facility is used for wide range of student who like to use as their leisure in order to learn variety experience for spending their spare time. Also sports facility of university accomplish social education function to all member of university. Having sports facility for university can also work as a promotion and new impression to people its university image as well as welfare for staff. Especially, excellent sports facility at university can provide public service to local people where university is located. Having sport facility at university is directly related to development of university in many way, university is required to implement effective program for operating sport facility at university.

This study is to investigate the possibility of legislation that is the foundation of school complexation project and the architectural planning for the target facility as stipulated by related law. Since 2000, many schools have been established and operated in the whole of Korea, mainly in Seoul. However, on the frontline, there is still a lot of difficulty in carrying out the project due to the legal possibility related to the school complexation and the lack of understanding about the facility for school complexation as stipulated by the law. The purpose of this study is to present the possibility of the school complexation project based on related laws and to clarify the classifications of school complexation facilities which are stipulated by the related law, and to propose the foundation for the future school complexation project. The contents of this study were investigated through the literature survey on the theoretical review and related laws of school complexation, and various laws related to school complexation were classified based on this, and the possibility of school complexification prescribed by each law was analyzed. In addition, by classifying facilities subject to school complexation prescribed by the Act and analyzing the detailed standards stipulated in relevant laws for each facility, we propose the facilities that can be combined with school facilities, and utilize the data of this study.

This study focuses on the review of the present condition of schools and regional public facilities and finds out the basic direction and practical task to utilize a mixed-use school as a regional community hub reorganizing schools and regional public facilities. School facilities have enough potential to be a center of everyday life and educational function with accessibility in neighborhood living environment. Nevertheless it has institutional limitation to make school facility work for entire region because schools and regional public facilities are built and administrated without collaboration of the local governments and office of education. Also current mixed-use school facilities are planned separately or laid out monotonously without local resident's demands. This research analyzes the possibility of mixed-use facility of current operating schools and regional public facilities in Gang-nam gu and categorizes possible public facilities for mixed-use. For successful complex plan of schools and public facilities, next step will be the improvement of administration and laws and the analysis of facilities what local residents need from the preliminary stage with consultation of various stakeholders.

Nowadays, a source of all water, which has been spent by a lot of people, is the rainwater The rainwater is directly relating human being' life. According to how to use rainwater. human being' life is abundant or poor. Due to the lack of underground filtration quantity, the water circulation of the city is discontinued and the underground ecosystem is destroyed. This study suggest that the unused underground space of building and temporary structure can be used into rainwater storage tank in the facility to use rainwater. Moreover, in this study, while the building is constructed, It is showed that the water used in construction can be replaced in the rainwater.

If it does not underestimata the livestock feces, it is analyzed that thc potential energy of consumption is sufficient. If consequently economic value evaluation of the livestock feces, environmentally use, the use of opportune and proper quantity, the logistics system development which connected the transportation and scattering, environmentally plan of public control facilities for livestock feces as a precondition of livestock feces consuming is been sufficient, the livestock feces problem of both farmhouse and the area which occurs excessively will be solve more economically and will be the possibility resources more efficiently as chemical fertilizer transfer.

이 연구는 대구시민을 대상으로 공공도서관 공간 및 시설이용에 대한 일반적 인식 즉, 도서관의 개인적 비중과 중요성, 이용도, 접근성, 공간 및 시설이용의 만족도 등을 조사 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대구시에 거주하는 주민 700명을 대상으로 인식도를 설문조사한 후에 성별, 연령대별, 거주지별로 이용상의 불만족 이유를 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 도서관 이용도를 중심으로 관련변수들을 상관 및 회귀분석 하여 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하였다.

Traditionally, the facility inspection was visually conducted by the managers, and consequently the result can be subjective because of different perspective and experience of them. To solve this problem, the studies on this topic has tried to integrate the UAS. However, it is still concerned to use in practice due to the lack of analysis of the performance factors affecting the UAS-based facility condition inspection. Hence, the purpose of this study is to identify the critical factors as well as their correlations by modeling causal loop diagram (CLD). A total of 20 variables were derived in four categorized groups, and the relationships were analyzed. Further study will develop a system dynamics (SD) model to simulate various scenarios based on stock-flow diagram through the defined relationships in this study.

Recently super complex culture shopping facility development seeks consumer' convenience present and are coming restaurant neighborhood, cinema, shopping, hotel etc, according to intensive plan. Such as complex culture shopping facility was developed to most subway station area center and have concept that is space for a main facilities or space for environment protection, citizens' a rest in city. Howeve,r space of recently domestic large size complex culture shopping facility that do not plan systematically was lacking and caused result that do not use efficiently space. Limited extent of research that define complex culture shopping equipment and analyze form of space and present space planning with analysis of research connected with complex usage development.
