농촌테마공원 실태분석을 통한 창원단감테마공원 활성화 방안 (A Study on the Revitalization Plan of Changwon Persimmon Theme Park by Analyzing the Actual Condition of Rural Theme Park)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of the already established rural theme park, draw the weak and strong points, and come up with an efficient performance plan for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park through the benchmarking of the best overseas case. According to the analysis, it is necessary to introduce a facility and a program for family customers as a plan for promoting Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. It is required to secure safety through public operation and management, improve scalability of the facility through the establishment of multi-functional complex facility, and come up with a plan for operating a special program associated with local resources. Therefore, this study drew three activation factors: the establishment of operation and management system, the development of operation contents by facility, and the establishment of operation in each area. First, to establish the operation and management system, it is necessary to classify the organization of the theme park into the operation business area and into operation & management area by job function. Secondly, it is necessary to establish a special program in consideration of space and facility, suggest a differentiated plan for operation contents, and create a facility operation plan and program for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. Lastly, to operate and manage Changwon Persimmon Theme Park smoothly, it is necessary to set the theme park space as open collaboration space which the local residents can share and participate in by avoiding the conventional administration-based business performance and operation. This study suggested the plan for establishing an operation and management system for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park and its operation, the establishment of a special program, a business performance strategy, and the use of internal and external spaces of the theme park.

모듈러 건축의 현황과 활용에 관한 기초연구 - 사례조사 분석을 중심으로 - (A Basic Study on the Application of Modular Construction - Focused on the Analysis of Case Study -)

  • This research was for the investigation and analysis of the illustration of modular construction application which is different use by each school facility since modular construction related examples are rare in domestic situation, and it has a limitation because of its being basic research material for generating the basic form of modular construction. The research results are as followings. First, in case of school facility from illustration investigation results, module measurement of class modulation is as similar as $3m{\times}10m$, but in resident facility the planning of more flexible plane shape can be possible since modules of 6 cases are free and various, and facade form of various types can be appeared by combination of module unit. Second, as a result of the generated characteristics in compared analysis of representative examples, school facilities were highly indicated for movability and duration reduction areas, and the flexibility, economic efficiency, and environment-friendliness was indicated low relatively. Third, the basic planning types of modular construction can be largely divided into layered type, horizontal (straightway) type, and compound type. The layered type has a short traffic line and facility system and is appropriate for the low-rise form unless separate construction method is used since it is susceptible to load. The horizontal type is advantageous for securing an opening since it has wide extent in light but has a long traffic line and facility system. Finally, the compound type can be possible for planning of various forms but needs the combination of various unit modules and traffic line and facility plan for it can be difficult.

  • 본 논문에서는 시설물의 효율적인 유지보수를 지원하기 위하여 시설물을 구성하는 부품의 고장 영향 및 교체 주기 알람 기능을 제공하는 시설물 관리 시스템의 개발에 관한 내용을 다룬다. 이를 위해 시설물의 BOM을 활용하여 시설물을 구성하는 각 부품에 가중치를 부여하여 부품별 중요도를 계산하고 부품 간의 관계를 구조화하였다. 또한 BOM에 FMECA 기법을 도입하여 시설물을 구성하는 각 부품별 고장 원인 및 영향 등을 도출하였으며, 시설물에서의 위험 우선순위를 구하기 위한 심각도, 발생도, 검출도에 관한 기준을 정의하였다. 이러한 내용을 반영하여 웹 기반 시설물 관리 시스템을 개발하였으며 이를 통해 제안하는 방법의 유용성을 실험하였다. 개발한 시스템은 향후 시설물의 관리뿐만 아니라 선박 및 해양플랜트의 유지보수 등 여러 분야에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

치매노인을 위한 노인요양시설의 배회 공간 특성 분석 (Analysis on Wandering Space Design of Elderly Care Facilities for the Elderly with Dementia)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine wandering behaviors of the elderly with dementia at elderly care facilities, thus finding out the current status of supportability and safety of wandering space for facility residents and looking into the convenience of management for the control and Support of the elderly with dementia in wandering space, from the aspect of managers. Study methods consisted of literature examination, on-site assessment and investigation, observation and questionnaire survey. And via a questionnaire survey of facility workers at study subject facilities, the current status and facility workers' perception of wandering space and their job-satisfaction were examined. Collected data of 133 respondents were used for analysis. Data were processed with the SPSS 18.0 program, and such analytic techniques as frequency, percentage, mean, multiple response analysis, chi-square test and correlation analysis were carried out. The problems of physical environment of wandering space for the elderly with dementia: First, it is urgent to establish wandering space. Second, thoughtlessly installed chairs in the corridor impeded wandering behaviors. Third, the grips installed in the corridor space were irregular, thus causing inconvenience for wandering behaviors. Thus making residents' use of it difficult. In order to improve these problems, it is necessary to newly or additionally establish wandering space and modify the location of chairs or establish alcoves, thus reducing impedimentary elements for wandering behaviors. Providing a proper wandering space is important for facility residents. And it is also important for facility workers to manage facility residents.

  • The cultural assets of the palaces royal tombs remains institution expanded the convenient facilities for the disabled that can help the disabled to watch, to propel the convenient facility expanding business according to the condition of each facility. However, there has been limitations for the disabled facility users in viewing the cultural assets, as the facilities were not installed or were not installed properly. Due to the uniform installation of the convenient facilities that did not consider the features of the cultural assets, the conservation value of the cultural assets have been depreciated and the convenient use standards of the facility users such as the disabled were simultaneously unsatisfactory. Thus, this study maintains the pre-existing value of the palaces royal tombs remains institution that is the Korean indigenous traditional heritage, and uses a part of the improvement model development study on the palaces royal tombs remains institution of the disabled convenience enhancement to understand the current convenient facility installation and relevant services to find the restricted factors in using the facilities and the main problems. The problems were categorized into 13 types of questions, using the repeated problems occurred within the investigated facilities to look at the actual condition of the facilities, which showed that the facilities were in adequate in the aspects of convenient facility installation and relevant service.

Space Proposed in Accordance with the Usage Patterns and Analysis of the Charging Station Environment of Electric Vehicles

  • This study analyzed the electric vehicle recharging station status with recharging time limitation due to long waiting time, and figured out the user status by user interviews. And then this study verified the validity of hypothesis in terms of environmental design perspective and suggested layout of recharging station model. 21 recharging stations in Korea and station operation cases of 7 countries were examined. Except for the USA, the reality of electric vehicle recharging station today is the 1st proving stage focusing on the infrastructure construction of electric vehicle recharging station. It focuses on performance of recharging facility, use efficiency and operation environment of electric vehicle. About the effective waiting time of the user to use it should be studied. The current conditions of recharging station are as follows: Lack of independent recharging space, lack of facility that reduces external effect of recharging space, and lack of lounge for users during the waiting time. These three are essential factors constructing a suggesting model after basic layout, which needs proper measurement on the long recharging time and long waiting time. The essential factors are applied to electric vehicle recharging station layout so that users might use 'digital refresh" i.e. lounge and information contents service during the waiting time which provides convenience of recharging and emotional space with users. Such upgrade recharging station environmental model might resolve the burden of long recharging time which may contribute to the popularization of electric vehicles.

과학로켓(KSR-III) 비행시험을 위한 추진제 공급설비 개발

  • 본 논문에서는 3단형 과학로켓 KSR-III의 발사에 사용된 지상 추진제 공급설비를 소개하고 설비의 구성, 개발현황에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 발사장 내의 추진제 공급설비는 KSR-III의 비행시험을 위해 발사 시나리오에 따라 발사체에 추진제 및 가압제를 각 요구조건에 부합하게 공급하는 설비이다. 구현된 공급설비는 크게 추진제 및 가압제 저장/공급 설비와 제어계측 설비로 구성되며 각종 입증시험과 연계시험을 통하여 그 성능 검증을 마친 후 KSR-III 비행시험에 성공적으로 사용되었다.

Biosafety and Biosecurity Programme: Its Implementation, Requirements and Continuous Development at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore

  • In Singapore, biosafety and biosecurity measures are controlled by the Biological Agents and Toxins Act (BATA) and other requirements by regulatory agencies. The law prohibits and otherwise regulates the possession, use, import, transhipment, transfer, and transportation of biological agents, inactivated biological agents, and toxins that are of public health concern. The law also defines the facility requirements for high risk biological agents and toxins. The containment facility (BSL 3) is a minimum requirement to handle biological agents that falls under Schedule 1 (Risk Group 3). The Nanyang Technological University School of Biological Sciences Biosafety Level 3 Facility (NTU-SBS BSL 3) was designed specifically for research involving potential hazardous biological materials. The facility requires yearly re-certification by an approved facility certifier to meet the local requirements and international biosafety standards for a containment facility in many instances. On the other hand, most NTU researchers conduct biological projects involving biological agents with low or moderate risk groups (Risk Groups 1 and 2 or biological agents described in schedule 3 and 4 of BATA) and GMOs, which need only a BSL 2 laboratory. BSL 2 laboratories are yet to be legally certified or registered in Singapore. Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) identifies the requirements; defines a minimum standard in the safe control of biological risks and registers all BSL 2 laboratories in the NTU. Therefore, under the guidance of the IBC, the University Biosafety and Biosecurity Programme includes the audit and certification program as a unique and an internal exercise to bring NTU biosafety to a higher level.

샤프펜슬의 사용편의성과 그 구조에 관한 연구 (Study on Usability and Structure of the Mechanical Pencil)

  • 우리 일상생활에서 밀접하게 접하고 사용하고 있는 샤프펜슬에 사용편의성(쓰기 편한 정도)을 1.사용 전 보았을 때 예전 경험치로 직감적으로 느끼는 감, 2.직접 잡았을 때 느낌(착용감), 3.직접 종이 위에 쓰면서 느끼는 느낌 (필기감), 이 세 가지 주요평가항목으로 설정한 후 36개의 대표샘플을 가지고 실증적 실험방법으로 서로의 관계 및 직접 영향을 미치는 항목을 구체적으로 밝혔다. 본 연구에서는 사용편의성과 사용 전 보았을 때 예전 경험치로 직감적으로 느끼는 감의 항목에서는 서로는 높은 상관관계는 없었다. 이는 경험치에서 얻은 기대치가 실제로 사용에서는 기대치에 미치지 못하였기 때문이라고 판단한다. 사용편의성과 착용감, 필기감은 높은 상관관계를 가지고있었다. 이는 사용편의성에 있어 착용감과 필기감은 서로 밀접한 관계이기 때문이라고 판단한다. 사용편의성이 좋은 샤프펜슬은 구조적으로 전체길이가 길며(169mm), 굵기는 보통(8.5mm), 무게는 약간 무거운(21.4g), 중심은 야간 아래쪽인(60mm)에 위치하며, 단면형상은 정원이 아닌 변형형상이며, 손가락 접지부의 표면처리는 가로 홈이 나있는 것이고, 몸통은 광택이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

대학 도서관의 범죄 불안감과 공간 계획 요소에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Fear of Crime and Space Design Elements in Campus Library)

  • The library is the most frequently utilized building on campus, but, it has been reported to be a facility most vulnerable to crime. However, almost no study has been conducted on crime in the library, which implies a need for research on the subject. The purpose of this study is specifically twofold. First, this study will suggest components of environmental plan to prevent fear over library crime on campus. Second, the study seeks to reveal the correlation between use per library space and fear of crime. This has been analyzed by conducting a survey among current university students, and the survey includes the following three details: first, fear over day/night crime per library space; second, components of environmental plan to prevent fear over crime per library space; third, level of use per library space on campus. The results of study show that fear of crime has low relation with crime occurrence, fear per library space is higher during the night than during the day, and the space where the fear level is usually high is the service facility. There is a difference for each space in terms of important components of environmental plan to prevent crime per library space, and installation of security device is most important. One must consider a plan for a crime safe environment regarding library space where the level of use during the day is low.
