  • Fashion store patronage behavior includes, in broad, choosing of a store and strong preference of a certain store called store-royalty. Thus, in order to achieve successful business in sales, a retailer must continually analyze why target consumers choose particular stores and patronize them. This study identified the relevant factors of the patronage behavior of female college students residing in Seoul. Thus, this study can achieve its goal of enabling retailers to predict use information sources used by the target consumers, so that help retailer to establish new positions of their shops to differentiate them from others and, also, to reposition existing stores. The aims of this study were to classify information sources used by female college students and identify the relationships between them and fashion store patronage behavior. Relationship between the factors of information sources and patronage behavior were identified by use of Tukey's test, Duncan test and ANOVA. As a result, it showed significant differences among patronage groups according to nearly every factor of information sources used by female college students. As based on the results, this study is expected to assist that retailers can establish effective sale strategies in order to make continuously consumers' patronage behavior of a store.

Contamination of Chicken Meat with Salmonella enterica Serovar Haardt with Nalidixic Acid Resistance and Reduced Fluoroquinolone Susceptibility

  • Salmonella contamination in chicken meat was studied with 100 chicken meat samples purchased from 55 shops located in various regions. A total of 21 isolates of Salmonella enterica were isolated from 21 chicken meat samples from four shops located at open markets, whereas there were none from supermarkets with well-equipped cold systems. Among these, 18 isolates were identified as Salmonella enterica serotype Haardt (S. Haardt) and three isolates were S. enterica serotype Muenchen. When the minimal inhibitory concentrations of the S. Haardt isolates were assayed with the agar dilution method to determine susceptibility to ampicillin, chloramphenicol, sulfisoxazole, tetracycline, and nalidixic acid, all 18 isolates were resistant to tetracycline and nalidixic acid and nine of these were resistant to ampicillin. These isolates showed reduced susceptibility to eight fluoroquinolones including ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, levofloxacin, gatifloxacin, gemifloxacin, moxifloxacin, norfloxacin, and ofloxacin. When quinolone resistance determining regions of gyrA and gyrB were sequenced, every isolate had the same missense mutation Ser83$\rightarrow$Tyr (TCC$\rightarrow$+TAC) in gyrA, whereas no mutation was found in gyrB. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis with XbaI revealed a close relationship among these isolates, suggesting a contamination of raw chicken meat with clonal spread of nalidixic acid-resistant and quinolone-reduced susceptibility S. Haardt in chickens. Results in this study show the importance of a well-equipped cold system and the prudent use of fluoroquinolone in chickens to prevent the occurrence of quinolone-resistant isolates.

여성의류 매장 공간의 구도에 나타난 공간구성의 주의집중 특성 - 백화점 매장의 순회동선을 대상으로 - (Features of Attention to Space Structure of Spacial Composition in Women's Shop - Targeting the Circulation Line of Department Store -)

  • This study has analyzed the features of attention to spacial composition seen in "Seeing ${\leftrightarrow}$ Seen" Correlation of continuous move in the space. The eye-tracking was employed for collecting the data of attention features to the space so that the correlation between visual perception and space could be estimated through the attention features to the difference between spacial composition and display. First, it was confirmed that the attention features varied according to the structure of shops and the exposure degree of selling space, which revealed that, while causing the customers' less attention to both sides of shops, the vanishing-point structure characteristically made their eyes focused on the central part. Second, their initial observation activities were found to be active at the height of their eyes. Third, 10 images were selected as objects for continuous experiment. There was a concern that the central part of each image would be paid intense attention to during the initial observation, but only two of those were found to be so. Fourth, there had been a study result of eye-tracking experiment that the attention had been concentrated on the central part of the image first seen. This study, however, revealed that such phenomenon is limited to the first image. Accordingly, it is necessary to draw up such method for ensuring reliability in order to use the data acquired from any eye-tracking experiment as exclusion of the initial attention time to the first image or of unemployment of the initial image-experiment to analysis.

커피전문점 서비스품질 만족이 재 이용 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Reusing and the Recommendation Depending on the Satisfaction Rate of Coffee Shop Service Quality)

  • 커피전문점의 마케팅 전략수립과 수행측면에 실질적인 기여를 목적으로 하였다. 또한 대상은 젊은이들의 커피전문점 선호를 근거로 표본으로 선정하였다. IPA Matrix를 통한 세분변수들을 도출하고 각 분면에 위치한 변수들을 이용하여 만족도, 재이용, 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수들을 검증하였다. 표적시장별로 차별화된 마케팅전략이 필요하다는 가정에 따라 마케팅 전략운영 측면에서 유용한 정보를 제공하였다. 또한 커피전문점 서비스품질 요소에 대한 중요도-성취도는 유의한 영향이 미칠 것이다라는 가설을 검증하기 위하여 대응표본 t-test와 중요도-성취도 분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 전반적 만족도와 재이용과 추천의도, 재이용과 추천의도의 관계는 유의한 영향이 미칠 것이다는 가설을 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 커피전문점 서비스품질요소의 중요도-성취도 차이 분석에서 유의한 차이를 보였고 이는 각 기대치가 다르다는 것을 실증적으로 보여 주었다. 또한 중요도-성취도 분석에 나타난 각분사면에 서비스품질 요소와 전반적 만족도와 관계에서 유의한 것과 유의하지 않은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통하여 어떤 서비스품질 요소에 역량을 집중하고 배분할 것인지에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있었다. 전반적 만족은 재이용과 추천의도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치므로 만족이 궁극적 목표가 되어야함을 알 수 있었으며 전반적 만족도, 재이용, 추천 의도는 긍정적 영향관계라는 선행연구결과를 재확인 할 수가 있었다.

소규모 유통점포의 정보시스템 활용 현황과 PDS 구축을 통한 경영 활성화 방안 고찰 (A Study on the Management Promotion of Small Retail Shops with Information System in Practical Use and Implementation of PDS)

  • 본 논문에서는 정부지원 소규모 유통점포인 나들가게를 대상으로 POS(point of sale) 등의 정보시스템 도입 및 활용현황을 살펴보고, 이에 따른 PDS(POS data service) 구축에 따른 기능 요구사항 및 경영성과에 대해 논의한다. 소매 점포의 POS와 연계되어 있는 공동정보시스템은 점포의 유통정보와 외부 연계정보를 수집하여 관리하고 분석정보를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 나들가게의 POS 활용 현황을 실태조사 결과를 활용하여 분석한다. 또한, PDS의 기능 요구 사항을 살펴보고 소규모 유통점포에서 정보시스템의 활용 방안을 고찰한다. 결론적으로, 소규모 유통점포에 POS 도입이 직접적으로 성과로 나타나지는 않지만, POS의 원활한 활용과 점포 운영에 필요한 분석정보를 PDS 분석서비스를 통해 적극적으로 활용하는 경우에 고객에게 제공되는 서비스의 품질과 만족도 향상으로 나타나 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 어느 정도 관계가 있다고 할 수 있다.

공간사용 규제가 택지가격에 미치는 영향에 대한 공간가중회귀분석 - 장유 신도시지역을 대상으로- (A Geographically Weighted Regression on the Effect of Regulation of Space Use on the Residential Land Price - Evidence from Jangyu New Town -)

  • 본 연구에서는 공간적 의존성을 반영한 공간가중회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 용도지역과 같은 공간사용규제가 택지가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 통제변수로는 도로접면, 토지의 형상, 면적 및 경과연수를 사용하였다. 본 연구는 신도시지역인 경남 김해시 장유지역의 토지거래 실거래가격을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 전통적인 회귀분석의 결과와 공간가중회귀분석의 결과는 크게 다르지 않았다. 그러나 공간가중회귀모형의 분석 잔차의 Moran's Index가 OLS모형의 잔차보다 26% 감소하여 잔차의 자기상관이 상당히 개선되었고 설명력도 약간 높아졌다. 전통적 회귀분석 및 공간가중회귀분석에서 점포 겸용 택지 더미변수는 음의 부호를 나타내 기준변수인 주거전용지역 택지보다 택지가격이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 점포 겸용 택지는 용적률과 건폐율이 높아서 토지의 공간적 활용성은 높지만 평지에 위치해 있어 택지로서의 메리트가 크지 못한 반면에, 전용주거지역은 산자락의 완만한 언덕에 위치하여 좋은 경관과 깨끗한 공기를 누릴 수 있기 때문으로 추정된다. 이와 같은 실증분석결과로 볼 때 단순히 용적률과 건폐율을 높이는 것보다는 녹지와 공원을 확충시키는 것이 택지의 가치 상승에 더 많은 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다는 지방자치단체와 건설회사에 대한 시사점을 제공한다. 근린생활시설용지 더미변수는 유의적인 양의 회귀계수를 나타내, 다른 용도지역에 비하여 택지가격이 높은 것으로 나타났는데, 이것은 근린생활시설용지가 용적률이 점포 겸용 택지와 전용주거지역보다 훨씬 높고 5층까지 건축이 가능하기 때문인 것으로 추정된다. 예상과 같이 택지 구매자는 중로에 접한 택지를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 광로한면은 소음 및 매연으로 인해 주거환경이 좋지 않고 차량출입이 불편하다는 단점이 있다. 좁은 도로는 소음 및 매연이 적고 사생활이 보호된다는 장점이 있지만 도로 양쪽에 차량이 주차되면, 통행에 많은 장애가 발행하여 불편함을 초래할 수 있다. 경과연수는 음의 부호를 보여 시간에 따라 택지가격이 하락되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 당시 장유지역의 택지가격이 김해의 다른 지역에 비하여 하락했기 때문으로 보인다.

  • The wonderful new world of shopping - being able to order items you need by just one click. However, there is one factor that has not changed at all - customers, whether they are private individuals or public companies, want to have the product delivered to their address, and usually as fast as possible too. To achieve this, the operators of virtual shops must make use of a fully operational and efficient delivery service. The internet and its potential for creating a virtual market for millions of buyers and sellers, has generated a lot of excitement in the express delivery industry. Clearly e-commerce will cause greater growth in the business-to-residential package market. Korean express delivery industry is not an exception to this trend. Currently, while major three service providers enjoy a lion's share in Korea, a lot of small and medium companies are struggling to capture more shipments in express parcel market. Nevertheless, it will be forecasted that Korean parcel market will be consolidated and become an oligopoly market in the near future.

Development of Mobile Social Network Game by using Web Service

  • In the field of mobile games, social network games are steadily increasing in market scale and public interest every year. This paper proposes a method to design a social network game, which is one of the most successful genres in mobile games. The method uses Unity3D, the most commonly used engine for mobile game development. NGUI, a versatile developmental tool of Unity3D, is used to create shops and battle UIs. This paper particularly focuses on how to use the web hosting service to search and operate the necessary data from the database in the server. In addition, the proposed social network game is easy to implement real-time battle using Animator and Raycast, and is characterized by efficient battle implementation through time delay using Coroutine function.

  • This study investigates the relationship between size, illumination ,and display of show window. The average width, heigh, and depth of show windows in Taegu area were 341.3, 233.4, and 125.8cm, respectively. As light source, halogen lamp was most frequently used, followed by fluorescent lamp and incandescence lamp. In the actual illumination, however, a combined use of more than 2 light sources was common. Further, a local illumination method, e.g., spot light, was generally adopted. The thought of employers and employees in fashion shops about display and illumination was examined aw well. On the whole, the necessity and importance of display were well recognized but the fact that the illumination should be hamonized with other factors such as color and arrangement of goods was underestimated.

The Structural Engineering Design and Construction of the Highest Occupiable Skybridge in the World: The Address Jumeirah Resort, Dubai, UAE

  • The Address Jumeirah Resort is a mixed-use 77-story tower reaching a height of 301 meters with a slenderness ratio of 13.5:1. The development is situated in the Jumeirah Beach District and accommodates 217 key five-star hotel suites, 478 residential apartments, 444 serviced-branded apartments, retail shops, ballrooms and entertainment facilities around the premises. The building has over 242,000 m2 of usable area. The project is an award-winning development that broke multiple Guinness records. The focus of the paper is to present the challenges faced in the structural design and construction of the super tall tower and the highest occupiable skybridge in the world.
