낙동강 하천 토지이용 변화에 따른 미세규모 기상 요소의 변동에 관한 수치 연구 (Numerical Study on the Changes in Microscopic Meteorological Elements due to Land Use Variations in the Nakdong River Basin)

  • A numerical assessment using mesoscale-CFD (computational fluid dynamics) coupled A2C (atmosphere to CFD) model was carried out to analyze the variation of microscopic air flow pattern due to the construction of the Chilgok barrage in the Nakdong River. Scenarios with air flow patterns were classified into pre- and post-construction. The increased width of the river due to the construction of the Chilgok barrage induced obvious changes in moisture and the thermal environment around the river. However, air temperature variation was restricted within an area along the windward side in the numerical assessment. The impact of barrage construction on air temperature tends to be stronger during the nighttime than the daytime. It also stronger during the winter than the summer. In the simulation, the convergence of mesoscale wind is more pronounced after barrage construction than before. This is caused by the change of heat flux pattern induced by the widening of the river. Although this work is a case study with restricted atmospheric stability conditions that has several limitations in the numerical simulations, the impacts of the land-use changes brought about by the construction of the barrage in the river acceptable.

  • Now that importance of landscape planning unique to each area is emphasized, it is necessary to conduct landscape planning by taking advantage of natural environments unique to each ares, because its natural environments are regarded as one of the assets the area possesses. This study targets at Kawachinagano City, Osaka, one of the residential areas that I not only rich in natural and historical elements, but also has been rapidly growing. The purposes of this study are to evaluate change in landscape structure over time by analyzing relation between landform and pattern of expanding the built-up area at three time points of 1932, 1967, and 1994 with GIS (ARC/INFO 7.0.3, ARC/View 3.0 (ESRI)), as well as to make some suggestions for planning landscape unique to the area. Data on main ridges, sub ridges, main rivers, and other landform were read from the elevation map, and data on woodland, and parks and open spaces (having more than 3 ha area) were read from the existing land use map. The data were used to understand the natural structure of the city from topographic viewpoint. Next, the existing land use map prepared with data on the built-up area and urban axes consisting of roads and streets were overlaid on the elevation map in order to understand relation between pattern of expanding the built-up area and the natural structure.

Development of Customized Textile Design using AI Technology -A Case of Korean Traditional Pattern Design-

  • With the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) during the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the fashion industry has simplified the production process and overcome the technical difficulties of design. This study anticipates likely changes in the digital age and develops a model that will allow consumers to design textile patterns using AI technology. Previous studies and industrial examples of AI technology's use in the textile design industry were investigated, and a textile pattern was developed using an AI algorithm. A new textile design model was then proposed based on its application to both virtual and physical clothing. Inspired by traditional Korean masks and props, AI technology was used to input color data from open application programming interface images. By inserting these into various repeating structures, a textile design was developed and simulated as garments for both virtual and real garments. We expect that this study will establish a new textile design development method for Generation Z, who favor customized designs. This study can inform the use of personalization in generative textile design as well as the systemization of technology-driven methods for customized and participatory textile design.

  • 역전도 알고리즘은 연관 기억장치, 음성 인식, 패턴인식, 로보틱스등 여러 응용 분야에 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 새로운 학습 패턴을 추가적으로 학습시키려면 이전에학습했던 모든 패턴과 추가되는 패턴을 갖고 처음부터 새로운 학습을 수행하여야 한다. 이는 패턴의 개수가 점차 늘어날수록 학습에 소요되는 시간이 기하 급수적으로 길어지는 결과를 초래하게 된다. 따라서 주기적으로 다량의 데이터를 추가로 학습을 할 경우에 이러한 점진적 학습은 반드시 해결해야 할 문제점으로 간주된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 신경망 구조는 그대로 유지하면서 대표 패턴을 추출해 추가 학습을 수행하는 방법을 제안하고 제안된 기법의 효율성을 위해 기계 학습 분야의 벤치마크로 많이 사용되는 Monk's data와 Iris data에 적용해 보았다.

간소화된 DTW방식을 이용한 한국어 숫자음 인식기 구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Realization of Korean Digits Recognition System Using the Simplified DTW Method)

  • This paper describes the simplified DTW algorithm for real time korean digit recognition and construct the digit recognition system using that algorithm. The DTW algorithm which is used nowadays have problems on real time recognition because of its massive computation. But, simplified DTW algorithm, which is proposed in this paper, solved these problems. In the case of single syllable, we use the characteristic of uniform distribution of epansion and contraction on time ais, compare distance of input pattern and reference pattern using constrainedly restricted path. As a result, we can reduce a great deal of computation and achieved that the real time korean digit recognition system.

  • 결정된 변속선도에 의한 자동변속 패턴은 운전자에게 편리한 변속을 제공한다. 하지만, 운전자의 운전 성향이 개인마다 다양함으로 고정된 변속선도를 여러 운전자에게 동일하게 제공하는 것은 불만의 요소로 인식되고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 운전자의 성향을 결정할 수 있는 입력을 이용한 학습 모듈을 설계하여 운전 성향을 판단하고자 한다. 판단된 운전 성향을 이용하여 변속선도를 조정함으로써 운전자의 의지에 부합되는 변속패턴을 제공하고자 한다. 실제 주행 시 얻은 데이터를 이용하여 제안된 모듈의 성능의 우수함을 보인다.

  • 본 고에서는 우리나라 기후조건, 온수사용 패턴 등을 고려한 일반적인 태양열 이용사례를 사용용도에 따라 태양열 온수와 태양열난반시스템으로 구분하여 소개하였다. 일반적인 태양열온수기와 개념, 구성요소 등을 살펴본 후 각 종류별 작동원리를 소개하였다. 시공방법에서는 가정용과 산업용으로 구분하여 배관구성도를 포함하야 소개하였고, 설치전 여건 파악과 제품운반부터 조립, 배관, 보온, 열매체주입, 설치후 조치까지외 모든 과정을 살펴보았다. 그리고, 태양열난방시스템의 문제점도 살펴보았다.

자원 수급 및 가격 예측 -니켈 사례를 중심으로- (Resource Demand/Supply and Price Forecasting -A Case of Nickel-)

  • It is very difficult to predict future demand/supply, price for resources with acceptable accuracy using regression analysis. We try to use system dynamics to forecast the demand/supply and price for nickel. Nickel is very expensive mineral resource used for stainless production or other industrial production like battery, alloy making. Recent nickel price trend showed non-linear pattern and we anticipated the system dynamic method will catch this non-linear pattern better than the regression analysis. Our model has been calibrated for the past 6 year quarterly data (2002-2007) and tested for next 5 year quarterly data(2008-2012). The results were acceptable and showed higher accuracy than the results obtained from the regression analysis. And we ran the simulations for scenarios made by possible future changes in demand or supply related variables. This simulations implied some meaningful price change patterns.

CAD 시스템을 이용한 원형설계과정 연구 (A study on process of drafting bodice sloper by CAD system)

  • The purpose of this study was to utilize of the CAD system in pattern making process for women's bodice sloper, especially in education of the drafting. Accumark 540 System was used for this study. The drafting program was developed by the use of macro program in CAD system. The results from this study : 1. The Lim Won Ja's system of bodice sloper was selected in this study. The hand drafting of the system was arranged developing the macro program of bodice sloper. 2. The program consists of eight subprograms I sequence of the drafting order. In running this developed program, proper figure is drafted by inputing data. And the drafting process is automatically presented in interactive mode. 3. It has been developed to input the function of French Curve Ruler to increase the effectiveness of curved line treatment. The program can also be used in the curve part to present the manualy sensible function. 4. In case of education of drafting bodice sloper, the program provides the high accuracy, efficiency and a strong interest nterest in pattern making process by utilizing CAD system.

도시 녹지와 그 주변 기온의 공간적 분포- 서울시 종로구 창경궁, 창덕궁, 종묘 주변을 사례로- (Spatial Distribution of Temperature in and around Urban Parks- A Case Study of around Changkyeong Palace, Changdeok Palace and Jongmyo in Seoul-)

  • 서울시 종로구에 위치한 창경궁, 창덕궁, 종묘와 그 주변 지역을 사례로 소규모의 도시 녹지(녹지율 100%)가 주변 시가지의 기온에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구에 이용된 자료는 2000년 9월부터 11월까지 실측한 최고.최저 기온값 및 차량이동관측에 의한 실시간 기온값, 서울시 자동기상관측소의 시간별 기온값, 서울시 토지 이용현황도 서울시 현존식 생도, 09시 지상일기도이다. 맑고 바람이 약한 날의 주간에는 토지이용상태가 기온의 공간적 분포에 영향을 미친다. 최고기온의 경우, 녹지로 구성된 고궁에서 기온이 가장 낮고 녹지에서 멀어져 시가지 쪽으로 갈수록 높아져 녹지와 시가지간의 기온차이는 최대 7.3$^{\circ}C$에 달한다. 또한 시가지 내에서도 토지이용상태가 주거지나 공급용지(병원이나 학교)인 곳보다 고밀도의 상업지역에서 기온이 더 높다 야간에는 냉기류의 흐름으로 토지이용상태뿐만 아니라 지형도 기온분포에 중요한 역할을 한다. 차량이동관측에 의한 녹지 주변 기온의 수평 단면도는 토지이용상태와 밀접한 관련성을 갖는데 녹지에서 멀어질수록 기온이 높아져 고궁 가장장리로부터 200m 떨어진 곳에서는 1$^{\circ}C$정도, 400m에서는 3~4$^{\circ}C$차이가 난다.
