ASP service that is emerging as a new form of application outsourcing has the advantage of lower cost and risk. Therefore, ASP service may be attractive for small firms and even some new companies. However, studies about ASP service are rare in academic and professional journals, and most of the articles about outsourcing were considering mainly large enterprises. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effects of the some context variables of Korean small businesses on ASP service usage pattern, and the effect of ASP service usage pattern on user satisfaction and firm performance. The analysis results show that firm size has a positive impact on IT need of small businesses, and IT need of small businesses have a positive impact on training period and past usage period. Also, firm size, IT need, training period has an positive impact on ASP service usage pattern. However, ASP service usage period has no relationship on ASP service usage pattern. Finally, ASP service usage pattern has a positive impact on firm performance and user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has an impact on firm performance.
This study examined differences in function, structure, and satisfaction of adolescent friendships by differing patterns of internet usage and of real life versus internet friendships. Subjects were 396 male and female 10th grade students. Data were collected with structured questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS. Findings were that the internet functioned as a major field of interpersonal relationships for Korean adolescents. Among 3 types of internet usage patterns, pursuit of interpersonal relationship, constituted most of the functioning and the most intimate friendships and game pleasure had the fewest and least intimate friendships both in real life and on the internet. Subjects addicted to the internet had the most functioning friendships and the highest level of intimacy in friendships. As the level of internet addiction increased, the level of satisfaction in friendships in real life decreased while the level of satisfaction of friendships through the internet increased.
In this study, we investigated the effect of users' emoticon usage on their satisfaction with image making and self-expression in MIM communication. We defined internal attraction, social appeal, and communication ability as personal image making factors due to the use of emoticons in MIM communication. And we defined the research hypotheses based on the definition of intimacy, openness, and social reality as relational image making factors. In MIM communication, we analyzed the questionnaire about emoticon users. As a result, emoticon usage was found to have a positive and significant effect on self-expression in relation image making rather than personal image making. The study implies that the use of emoticons can lead to image making in MIM communication and satisfy the satisfaction of self expression.

The purpose of this study is to identify store image and clothing satisfaction of various clothing distribution type and is to compare the difference due to demographic variables. The data were obtained 407 housewives using questionnaire. The results were as follows. First Store image of clothing distribution types was found significant differences in product service atmosphere. Second Clothing satisfaction of clothing distribution types was founded significant differences in price brand name fashion design material sewing size. Third The new distribution types in general were not visited upon despite their high degree of recognition and using experience of new distribution types was founded significant differences in Store image of new distribution types. To ensure a user-centered treatment environment, hospital construction needs an approach that is not centered on functional aspects such as efficiency or economic feasibility but on the consideration of needs as reflected in user psychology and behavior. Patients who are physically and psychologically vulnerable experience psychological pressure when they are placed in an unfamiliar environment. Most of existing studies however focus on the evaluation of the physical environment, without paying attention to the psychological or behavioral approach to anxiety and stress that patients may experience in a special environment that a hospital may be to them. This study examines general hospital inpatients to understand the usage of major space available and their satisfaction with privacy. This study provides useful primary information needed for the user-centered design of general hospital for improved patient health and welfare. For the purpose of the study, literature review, site investigation, and survey were conducted. Major functional space and privacy in general hospitals were studied, and the site investigation was performed to identify the plans and their status. Survey was also performed to understand the usage of functional space and satisfaction with such space usage as well as satisfaction with privacy. The findings were as follows: (1) Space usage was rated as average in general. It was found that patients used their rooms and lobby on a daily basis. By age, the usage was highest in the group in their 40s; the usage was relatively lower in the groups in their 30s or younger. (2) Space satisfaction was above average, indicating that patients were fairly satisfied. Satisfaction was highest in the lobby space designed with distinct features. By case, satisfaction was highest in Case B, characterized by its wide horizontal space in the rural settings. (3) Satisfaction with privacy in hospital was average, indicating that the demand for privacy was relatively higher but what patients receive in return was lower than their expectation. It was also found that satisfaction with privacy was a crucial element that affected the overall satisfaction with hospital.

The purpose of this study is to find personal characteristics that affect users' cognitive characteristics of system, and to verify correlations between this users' cognitive characteristics and selection of system usage in using end -user searching systems (EUSS), For corroborative analysis of this study, preliminary model was constructed referring to Davis' Technology Acceptance Model. The model consists of exogenous variables (personal characteristics) , parameter variables (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use), and effect variables (selection of system usage), When exogenous variables affect parameter variables, exogenous variables are independent variables and parameter variables are dependent variables. In addition, in correlation of parameter variables, which have been affected by exogenous variables, with effect variables, parameter variables are independent variables and effect variables are dependent variables, As for the research methodology, this study regards the Academic Information System connected with the Internet as EUSS, So questionnaires have been sent to researchers in universities who were conducting direct searching for the system. 229 valid responses to questionnaires have been analyzed according to Pearson Correlation Analysis and Stepwise Selection of Multiple Regression in the statistical software packages, 'SPSS PC+'. The findings and conclusions made in this study are summarized as follows; 1. Among the personal characteristics (age, disciplinary, computer literacy level, perceived usefulness of use education and training, perceived satisfaction of end-user searching, perceived satisfaction of system characteristics), all characteristics but age affect perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Specifically, perceived satisfaction of end user searching and perceived satisfaction of system characteristics most affect perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use respectively. 2. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a direct effect on selection of system usage in using EUSS. 3, Perceived usefulness more affect selection of system usage than perceived ease of use in using EUSS.

The purpose of this study was to survey the elderly patients through Basic information, Problems Wheelchair, Wheelchair Satisfaction, Usage and Requirements. The meaning of purpose is identify the problems and difficulties of wheelchair use in geriatric patients and an alternative for the correct use of wheelchairs elderly patients. The study investigated through questionnaires. That used questionnaires to modified to Gu Hyeon-Mo questionnaire (2005) and Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology 2.0. 120 of 150 questionnaires were collected and one of them is excluded. Analysis results suggest the following. It was often feel joint pain results from physical damage. In addition when you use a wheelchair it was often feel discomfort in lower back and pelvis. And it feels uncomfortable when moving the tilt. Wheelchair satisfaction of the participants responded to the most 'Normal'. Results of the wheelchair operation ability is as follows. In the case of manual wheelchairs was feeling the difficulty to cross the threshold, Wheel lying, Stairs usage. Also In the case of an electric wheelchair was feeling the difficulty to use Tilt and Decline, Separate from the motor, and Replacement battery. In conclusion, To reduce of back pain and hip joints of elderly patients need to modify design and appearance of the wheelchair. In a later study will find to reduce discomfort and to improve satisfaction of the elderly who use wheelchairs. It will have to periodically examine the usage and satisfaction with them.
This study was designed to acknowledge the satisfaction levels of patients who have been treated in the emergency center. Specifically, to acknowledge the factors influencing patient's satisfaction levels related in the usage of emergency centers. Data was collected through patients who have used anyone of four emergency centers of university hospitals holding over 550 hospital beds, and located in Seoul. Questionnaires consisted of 31 questions. Cronbach's alpha was 0.94. Data analysis was executed with the SAS program by t-test, ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression. The results were summarized as follows. (1) The total average score for the level of satisfaction was 3.3. Regarding the service of doctors and nurses, the score was high. While the score regarding reception process, payment and second hand environment were relatively low. (2) There was a differentiation in the level of satisfaction according to the type of injured. Patents of industrial calamities had the highest level of satisfaction while patient injured by traffic accidents had the lowest level of satisfaction. (3) The factors that affect the level of satisfaction were presence of medical insurance, lapse time until treatment and the education level of the patient. Based on this, we will provide the basic data of satisfaction levels according to the characteristics of patients and the types of injuries for improvement of emergency treatment centers.
Due to spread of covid-19, which began in December 2019, the usage of online distance learning has expanded within colleges. However, because of the lack of readiness for running online distance learning, professors and students had to experience a lot of inconvenience. In the near future, the usage of online distance learnig is expected to more expand, thus, it seems that there should be a strategies for sustainable online learning operations. This study aims to investigate which factors have impact on the continuance intention to usage of online distance learning of airline department students, focused on Post-Acceptance Model. For the empirical analysis, this study utilized a structural equation model after collecting 136 survey data. The results is as follow; First, user interface has positive impact on confirmation and confirmation has positive impact on satisfaction of online distance learning. Seconds, confirmation has positive impact on perceived usefulness, flow and social presence. Third, social presence has positive impact on satisfaction of online distance learning, but perceived usefulness and flow didn't have statistically meaningful impact on satisfaction. Finally, statisfaction of online distance learning has huge positive impact on continuance intention to usage. It is expected that the implications of this study enable colleges effectively to run online distance learning in preparation for the post-covid 19 era.
The purpose of this study is to identify the causal relationship of the structural model through approach motivation, avoidance motivation, and digital usage recognition in order to prepare a plan for coexistence with dental hygiene targeting 239 students from the dental hygiene department at a university in Gangwon-do. For statistical methods, SPSS Statistics 24.0 program and AMOS 21.0 were used. As a result of the structural equation model analysis, the motivation for approach was found to be significantly related to digital usage recognition and class satisfaction. In addition, digital usage perception was found to be significantly related to class satisfaction, and class satisfaction was shown to be significantly related to department satisfaction and department recommendation. Lastly, department satisfaction was significantly found in department recommendation. In other words, the coexistence plan with dental hygiene (department) is to expand the convergence of digital classes. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary for schools to establish facilities to expand teaching materials for practical classes and to devise teaching methods.
