심층신경망 모형을 활용한 대중교통 이용자의 환승시간 추정에 관한 연구 (A study on Estimating the Transfer Time of Transit Users Using Deep Neural Network Models)

  • 환승시간은 대중교통계획 및 정책 수립에 있어서 중요한 요소이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교통카드 이용자료를 활용하여 대중교통 이용자의 환승시간 영향요인을 규명하고, 딥러닝 기법인 심층신경망 모형을 이용한 환승시간을 추정하였으며 이를 전통적인 회귀모형과 비교 분석하였다. 먼저 환승시간 영향요인의 경우, 주변 버스의 배차간격과 버스 정류장까지의 거리가 버스 환승시간에 양의 영향을 주었으며, 버스 노선수는 반대로 음의 영향을 주었다. 또한 지하철역이 속해있는 자치구에 따라서도 환승시간에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 도출된 환승시간 영향요인을 통해 딥러닝 모형을 구축하고 성능을 비교한 결과, 회귀모형보다 딥러닝 모형의 성능이 보다 우수하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역별 환승허용시간의 차등 적용 등 대중교통 환승정책의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate some influencial factors for urban housewives’economic retirement preparation. Questionnaires were distributed to the 550 housewives in Seoul. The 453 data obtained were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Factor analysis, Reliability, and Stepwised Multiple Regression with SPSS win PC+. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows: First, there wre significant differences on the attitudes of assets management and the perception of assets property according to the expectation for being supported in their old age and the controlable values. Second, the most influential variables on the economic preparation for the old age of the urban housewives were through the attitudes of assets management, the perception on it and controlable values. Based on the above findings the urban housewives should have concerns on the economic preparation in advance.

  • This study aims to present the policy issues and direction of sub-urban residential complex by analyzing the settlement environment and life satisfaction. For the purpose, 10 sub-urban residential complexes in Chungnam Province were surveyed for general situation, physical environment, social environment, economic environment. The results are as follows; 1) The satisfaction in the physical environment is more higher in case of the complex created by the public organization. 2) The physical environment is an important factor in the determinant of the settlement, while the economic environment have a relatively lower impact. 3) The residents community is the more active, the satisfaction in the social environment is the more improved. 4) The source of income or the activity of consumption doesn't have an effect on the satisfaction in the economic environment. On the basis of this study, three programs for improvement of sub-urban residential complex policy were suggested. First, the various information and counseling service should be provided to attract city dwellers. Second, the policy on the development of sub-urban residential complex has to consider residential preference factors and improve the quality of life. Third, to increase the life satisfaction, the residents community should be activated and especially the activation of community with residents in other village is very important.

  • 본 연구에서는 일본 사가시의 토지이용정보시스템 구축의 예를 살펴보고 도시계획분야에서의 GIS를 활용한 용도지역 지정과 토지이용분석 방법을 제안했다. 사가시의 도시계획정보시스템 데이터베이스는 1990년대 초반에 구축되어졌다. 건물데이터는 토지가옥조사도(1/1,000)를 디지타이징하여 입력하였으며, 1994년도 도시계획기초조사 데이터로부터 건물용도현황 및 용도지역 지정현황 등의 속성을 입력한 것을 사용했다. 그리고, 특화계수의 산출로 Saga시의 토지이용특성을 명확히 했으며 용도지역별로 특화범위를 비교했다. 또한, 건물용도별 및 용도지역별 관찰도수와 기대도수를 오버레이분석으로 산출하여 비교 분석한 결과 용도지역에 의해 건축물의 용도가 유도되고 있음을 알았다.

공유 전동킥보드 이용 특성 및 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Study on Shared E-scooter Usage Characteristics and Influencing Factors)

  • 공유 전동킥보드는 기존 'station 기반의 공유 교통서비스에 비해 편리한 dockless 방식으로 제공되어 이용이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 교통사고, 보행환경 저해 등 새로운 도시문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울시를 대상으로 최근 급격하게 성장하고 있는 공유전동킥보드의 이용 특성을 분석하고, 음이항 회귀모형을 통해 서울시 집계구 단위의 공유 전동킥보드 이용수요에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 규명하였다. 이용특성 분석결과 평균 이용거리는 1.5km, 이용시간은 9.4분, 이동속도는 10.3km/h로 나타났다. 공유 전동킥보드의 이용수요에 대한 영향요인을 살펴보면, 인구지표, 교통시설지표, 토지이용지표, 기상지표가 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 공유 전동킥보드의 이용수요가 많은 지역에 대한 효율적인 운영 및 이용 활성화를 위한 교통정책 수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 저탄소 녹색성장은 국내외적으로 중요한 정치적 이슈가 되고 있으며, 한국정부는 최근 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 비젼을 발표하였다. 이런 관점에서 탄소배출 추정은 도시계획에 있어서 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 탄소저감 계획을 수립하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 과거 40년 동안 진주시의 탄소배출 추정과 토지이용변화의 상호추이변화를 분석하였다. 토지적성평가 데이터베이스와 항공영상의 영상처리자료는 과거 40년간의 토지이용변화를 분석하는데 유효한 정보를 주었으며, 신주거지 개발에 의한 토지이용변화는 급격한 인구집중과 탄소배출증가를 가져왔다. 앞으로 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 도시관리계획에 있어서 토지이용변화에 따른 탄소배출 증가를 계획수립 시 반드시 고려해야하며, 향 후 토지이용과 연료소비추정이 포함된 정확한 탄소배출 추정모델개발에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate planning of urban energy supply systems configuration and operating conditions for the district heating and cooling system using combined heat and power system. Generally the district heating and cooling system has been known to one of the effective way for energy saving, cost reduction and demand side management of energy. Economical analyses were carried out and operating characteristics for some systems were examined in terms of GER factor which represents to the ratio of gas and electricity costs. Rates of the energy consumption and the $CO_2$ emission were compared from the system configuration of the energy supply system with new district cooling system with the conventional one.

해양경관의 시각적 평가에 관한 연구 (On the Visual Assessment of Seascape)

  • Seascape means the scenery which is composed around the sea., Seascape has it's own characteristics compared with landscape and has many important roles in our urban life. Nowadays seascape is being destructed by the development in waterfront area and ocean space. Especially the various kind of buildings which are built in coastal area give great visual impact on seascape. But we have rare research on seascape and no guideline for seascape planning. Before any action against destroying seascape the assessment of seascape has to be preceded. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the representative seascapes which are selected from over 300 slides of various seascapes according to the types of seascapes. We used S.D (Semantic Differential) method with 35 adjective pairs in seven scale to evaluate each seascape. The results can be summarized as follows. 1) Seascapes can be classified as natural type and urban type. The natural type can be divided into beach type and rock-island type. 2) Natural type of seascape is more prefered than urban type. 3)Beach type is the most prefered among seascape types. 4) Natural elements of seascape such as sky, water, sand, trees, forest, mountain, open space, waterfront line, are evaluated as 'good' to see but artificial elements, such as buildings, persons, roads, structures, are evaluated 'bad' to see. 5)As a result of factor analysis five factors(axes) are found out. They are 'wildness', 'vividness', 'preference', 'interest', and 'openness'. These factors can be used for evaluting any seascape.

Proposing Directions for Urban Design to Improve the Inclusiveness of the Port Hinterland

  • The port space can be considered to be the space in which the characteristics of the port city are best expressed. Also, since it acts as a representative gateway along with the airport, it can have a direct impact on the image of the region and country. However, the harbor hinterland has been a refuge during the war in the past, and it has been concentrating on development related to the port industry; hence, it has a poorer residential environment. Therefore, in this study, in order to ensure equal development in space and equal access to basic urban services, urban design directions were suggested for the harbor hinterland based on the concept of an inclusive city'. To this end, through factor analysis, urban planning elements that can be applied to urban design were derived, and through PLS(Partial Least Square)regression analysis, based on the opinions of residents and experts, urban design directions for the port hinterland were presented. The study site was Gamcheon Port, one of the Busan Ports in Korea, the hinterland of Gamcheon Port was a high slope, and the residential environment was relatively poor due to the dense concentration of older residential areas.

도시주부의 계획행동유형과 관련변인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning Styles of Urban Wives and Related Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the planning styles and the differences of the level of planning styles according to individuals, family related variables and perceived adequacy of resources. The subjects of the study were 560 wives living in seoul and Daejeon. Survey methods were questionnaire. Data analysis strategies were percentile, frequency, Pearson's correlation, factor analysis, oneway analysis and multiple classification analysis. The major findings were as follows : 1) Planning styles were categorized into three factors. They were labeled resource-centered, goal-centered, constrained planning style. 2) wives tended to more frequently use a goal-centered planning style. 3) The perceived adequacy of health resource, the perceived adequacy of inter-personnal resource and occupation of husband were significant predictors of the level of resource-centered planning style. 4) The perceived adequacy of money resource was significant predictors of the level of constrained planning style. 5) The perceived adequacy of money resource and the age of youngest child were significant predictors of the level of goal-centered planning style.
