의식조사를 통한 이용자 중심의 도시공원 조성방안 연구 - 잔디·녹지공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on the User-driven Urban Park Development Plan Awareness Survey - Focusing on Lawns·Grass Area -)

  • This study aims to analyze the current situation of and issues in the structure of urban neighborhood parks and park facility installation in cities in Gyeonggi-do. Then, based on its findings, plans to improve the space structure of the parks were examined and suggested to raise the city environment improvement function and green area base function of urban parks and fully satisfy users' needs for pleasant rest, recreation and cultural activities. The findings showed that, within parks, the area of grass where access was restricted reached about 24.4% in average. In other words, only 75.6% of total park area could be freely used by park visitors. As for an improvement plan, the grass area where access is limited may be converted into a gras area that can be freely used to raise the park use area, which currently stands only at 75.6%, to 100%. The result of cross analysis through Chi-Square Test regarding lawn use as well as regarding (dis)agreement with reduction of lawn, based on the investigation of cognition, showed a significant agreement of park users with reduction of green areas. Therefore it is considered that lawn space must be reduced according the result of the analysis, to set up plans for facility space that would meet the desires of users. The analysis of user behaviors revealed that many of them used square spaces and walks; therefore it is considered that re-structuring of space is necessary according to local characteristics. This study also made some policy suggestion. urban parks must be a base of city green areas to counter climate changes. When developing a park creation plan, a user demand survey must be conducted in advance. In addition. grass construction methods should be improved to tolerate foot pressure.

  • Recently, ecological area rate system become effective due to enlargement of recognition and high intellectual standard and for ecological circulation in urban areas. Ecological area rate system is to control environmental quality of life what has grown worse in urban districts and corresponds to purposes of green building certification criteria for environmentally sound and sustainable development. Therefore, purposes of this study are to present suggestions through research of theory and comparison between ecological area rate system and green building certification criteria.

녹지분포에 따른 기온변화 (Air Temperature Variation by Effect of Green Space Distribution)

  • In this study, in order to find out relationship of green space distribution and lower air temperature effect, observed air temperature distribution in and out green space in the cloudy. On basis of the result, we are analyzed relationship of air temperature distribution in and out green space, of green space distribution and air temperature of, lower air temperature effect and the urban in between the green space by using regression analysis. According to the result, the higher temperature zone formed around urban, and the lower temperature zone was similar to shape of green space. In case of the green space, higher temperature zone is formed around paved surface and barren ground, lower temperature zone is done forest and water area. To compare air temperature of windward and leeward around green space, the windward formed the lower temperature zone and although the wind direction is not the leeward to the green space, air temperature formed lower temperature zone to the urban in between the green space.

  • The problem of the population number of honeybees that is decreasing not only domestically but also globally, has a great influence on human beings and the entire ecosystem. The habitat of honeybees is recognized to be superior in urban environment rather than rural environment, and predicting for habitat assessment and conservation is necessary. Based on this, we targeted Cheonan City and neighboring administrative areas where the distribution of agricultural areas, urban areas, and forest areas is displayed equally. In order to predict the habitat preferred by honeybees, we apply the Maxent model what based on the presence information of the species. We also selected 10 environmental variables expected to influence honeybees habitat environment through literature survey. As a result of constructing the species distribution model using the Maxent model, 71.7% of the training data were shown on the AUC(Area Under Cover) basis, and it was be confirmed with an area of 20.73% in the whole target area, based on the 50% probability of presence of honeybees. It was confirmed that the contribution of the variable has influence on land covering, distance from the forest, altitude, aspect. Based on this, the possibility of honeybee's habitat characteristics were confirmed to be higher in wetland environment, in agricultural land, close to forest and lower elevation, southeast and west. The prediction of these habitat environments has significance as a lead research that presents the habitat of honeybees with high conservation value of ecosystems in terms of urban space, and it will be useful for future urban park planning and conservation area selection.

도시 공원녹지의 총량 산정을 위한 지표 비교 및 적용 - 서울시 구로구를 사례로 - (Comparison and Application Quantitative Indices for Analyzing Total Green Space in an Urban Area - Guro-gu in Seoul -)

  • 본 연구에서는 서울시 구로구를 대상으로 공원녹지 총량 산정을 위한 지표를 비교하였다. 지표는 도시계획상, 평면적, 입체적 공원녹지 총량으로 구분하였다. 도시계획상 공원녹지 총량의 지표로써 구로구의 1인당 공원면적은 $2.34m^2$로 공원녹지의 부족을 선명하게 표현할 수 있었다. 그러나 1인당 공원면적 지표는 도시관리계획에 의해 지정된 공원면적만을 대상으로 하여 실제 녹지인 미지정된 산림, 하천 등과 시가화지역 내 녹지가 포함되지 못하는 단점을 지니고 있었다. 평면적 공원녹지 총량의 지표로써 구로구의 1인당 녹피면적은 $18.85m^2$로 실제 녹지를 최대한 반영하였다. 1인당 녹피면적은 시가화지역 내 녹지면적 확대에 초점을 맞추는 지표로써 실질적인 도시녹화의 지표로써 활용이 용이하였다. 그러나 공원녹지 총량개념이 아직까지 면적단위로만 파악되는 한계를 지니고 있었다. 입체적 공원녹지 총량의 지표로써 구로구의 1인당 생육수목주수는 4.1주이었고, 1인당 녹지용적은 $35.8m^2$었다. 이 지표는 고밀도로 개발된 도시환경 개선을 위해 수목량 증진 등의 질적인 향상계획에 반영할 수 있었다.

녹지축의 생태적 기능 강화를 위한 도시녹지 연결경로 도출 연구 - 수원시 대상 - (Research on the Urban Green Space Connection Paths forthe Enhancement of Ecological Function - Focused on Suwon -)

  • 도시의 환경문제 해결과 관리방안으로 자연기반해법(Nature based Solution, NbS)이 대두되면서 도시지역의 녹지 확보 및 관리가 강조되고 있다. 개발 압력이 높은 도시지역은 녹지의 파편화 및 단절로 도시녹지의 연속성 확보를 위한 계획적 접근이 필요하다. 그러나 현행 제도에서 녹지축은 구체적인 녹지와 연결이 필요한 경로의 위치를 제공하지 못하고, 개별 녹지조성사업과 연계되지 못해 연속성 관점에서 일관된 녹지관리 체계로 활용성이 낮다. 따라서 본 연구는 NDMI (Normalized Difference Moisture Index), 불투수율, 녹지조성비용의 정보를 기반으로 연결경로를 도출할 수 있는 방안을 구상하고 수원시에 시범 적용하여 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 통해 기존의 녹지축보다 비용효율성이 높은 구체적인 연결경로의 도출 가능성을 확인하였으며, 계획적 활용 방안에 대해서 논의하였다.

가로녹지 및 건물 높이가 미세먼지 농도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Green Space in Roadside and Building Height on the Mitigation of Concentration of Particulate Matters)

  • 본 연구는 도로에서 발생하는 미세먼지 농도가 도시 개발 형태에 따라 인접 생활권별로 어떻게 확산되는지 시뮬레이션을 통해 파악하고자 하였다. 연구는 경상남도 밀양시청 앞 6차선 도로를 중심으로 한 도로영향권 시가지를 대상으로 진행하였다. 시뮬레이션 프로그램인 ENVI-met 모델을 가로녹지 유무, 도로변 건축물의 높이에 따라 변수를 조정하여 미세먼지 농도의 확산정도를 파악하였다. 모델링 결과 도로변 건물이 고층으로 형성되어 있고 가로녹지가 조성되어 있는 경우 인접 생활권으로 확산된 미세먼지 농도가 가장 낮았으며, 다음으로는 고층건물군에 가로녹지가 없는 상태의 농도가 낮았다. 반면 저층건물군이 형성된 경우에는 가로녹지 유무에 관계없이 인접생활권으로 확산된 미세먼지 농도는 높게 나타났다. 고층건물의 경우 빌딩풍에 의해 건축물 주변으로 강한 바람이 형성되는 만큼 바람에 의해 미세먼지가 빠르게 외부로 확산되어 농도가 낮아지는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 반면 가로녹지 조성이 도로변 생활권에 미치는 미세먼지 저감효과는 뚜렷하지 않았다. 특히 도로변 건축물이 저층일 경우 가로녹지를 조성과 생활권미세먼지농도변화와 관련성은 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 미세먼지가 도로에서만 발생하는 것을 가정하여 모델링을 진행한 것으로 향후 다양한 변수에 따른 미세먼지 확산모형 연구 및 현장연구의 보완을 필요로 하였다.

  • Pusan has experienced some different paths of urbanization and industrialization compared to other cities. and has faced the problem of over-saturation In enoronmental capacity. Pusan needs to fond out sustainable development strategies based on Agenda 21 by UNCED In 1992 to secure urban renewal. Therefore. Pusan's sustainable development strategies focus on the 1)research on envlronmental capacity and reasonable population accommodation 2)supp1y of basic enoronmental facilities for the human settlement 3)protection and efficient management of environmental pollution 4)saving and control of energy and other resources S)independent and stable euecution of plan based on biological relation 6)harmony between nature and urban spatial organization. In addition. these policies can be suggested along with the conclusions; First, ostablishment of green plan-muddle and long term environmental goals Included In the urban planning to reduce enoronmental deterioration and pollution. Second, computation of sustalnability Indeu the Index Is necessary to sustainable urban development, which is related with green GNP of the national level. Third, capacity estimation of nature and social environment-estimation of enoronmental capacity to the civilized area is required become an ecopolis, and is required to focus on the western area of Pusan which has high decree of potentiality.

대모산 도시자연공원의 정비방향설정에 관한 기초적 연구 (A Study on the Planning for the Daemo Mt. Urban Park)

  • Since planning of green-network is deeply being discussed, natural environmental disruption from an enlarged civilization is causing serious problems for urban communities. The purpose of this research is to support green-network infrastructure of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, considering ecological environmental planning for urban parks. The Methodologies for this study are landcover classification, NDVI and subjective analysis, and residents' survey. Findings of this research are as follows : 1) Based on the results, the area adjacent to Daemo mountain shows significant differences between 1985 and 1999. These results imply that the green space has been decreasing and deeply destroying. 2) Residents' survey shows that people want to live with wild animals and plants in the natural park. Future development planning of urban park should consider primary factors : ecosystem, increasing inhabitants' participation.

아파트 단지의 녹지조성에 대한 주민의식과 가상평가법 적용에 관한 연구 (The Residents' Perception and the Application of Contingent Valuation Method for Green Areas in Apartment Housing Blocks)

  • This study is designed to derive a cost estimation method for the management of green areas in apartment housing blocks. For this purpose, quantity of green areas, their usages, management techniques were analyzed through a survey of residents. In this process, contingent valuation method(CVM) is utilized to evaluate the cost of green areas. The survey was conducted for about two weeks in June of 2002. The amount of willingness to pay(WTP) for green area management is calculated by the CVM program. The findings are as follows; First, the residents want more green areas in their apartment blocks, as well as in the surrounding urban areas, due to the shortage of green areas in their living environments. Second, the residents' opinion on green area is summarized as that of natural environment protectionist - it helps living environment to be more amenable and contributes the preservation of urban and global environments. This fact can be interpreted as the peoples profound recognition toward green areas. Third, the contingent valuation method(CVM) is suitable to evaluate WTP for management costs of green areas. Fourth, more than half of the residents(61.6%) agreed upon the costs of green area supply and management. calculated by the CVM. Estimated WTP is ₩ 1,900~2,400 per month per household.
