대학교 그룹스터디룸 이미지 및 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Image and Characteristics of the Group Study Room at University)

  • Currently, the group study becomes the most popular method and common custom for learning in public that is distinctly different from the preferred way of self-study in the last decades. As a result, the college and public facilities have been significantly changed to provide more and more new spaces for discussion, learning and sharing information with others as one of the remarkable improvements and advantages. On the other hands, library is one of the all-important public sites to obtain information and knowledge for students. Moreover, we can split out an individual space from the reading rooms to take part in the group activities such as group meetings and academic exchanges. Recently, several universities begin to recognize the value of group study and try to meet the research needs. Also, needs for students, and the group study rooms are applied into the new buildings and rebuilt ones under this background. In this study, It focuses on analyzing of the 134 group study rooms to investigate the variations in universities and classify the types of buildings with site researches through 14 indicators of indoor environments. To investigate different types of group study rooms, we use the SD method to analyze the findings. So far there is no research focusing on the study rooms, especially for the analysis of their types and indoor environments features. Therefore, this article can provide a theoretical basis and evidence to related researches; also can help us to improve indoor environments to offer a better learning environments for the students in the future.

하위인구집단의 분포 재현을 위한 에어리얼 인터폴레이션의 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Areal Interpolation Methods for Representing Spatial Distribution of Population Subgroups)

  • 공간 분석 연구를 위해 사용되는 대부분의 통계 자료는 행정구역 단위로 구축되어 있어 보다 세밀한 분석을 위해서는 에어리얼 인터폴레이션이 필요하다. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 전체 인구가 아니라 하위 인구집단에 초점을 두어 에어리얼 인터폴레이션을 실행하기 위한 방법들을 비교 검토하는 것이다. 서울의 2010년 센서스 데이터를 이용해 행정동 단위의 고령인구와 일인가구를 사례로 고해상도의 공간 단위로 인터폴레이션 한 후 경험 데이터와 비교함으로써 서로 다른 방법들의 적용 가능성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 전체 집단과 하위 집단 간에, 그리고 하위 집단 간에도 우수한 실행방법이 다소 간의 차이를 나타내었다. 총인구와 총가구는 건물용도 및 GWR(geographically weighted regression)을 이용한 방법이, 고령인구는 건물용도 및 OLS 회귀분석을 이용한 방법이, 일인가구는 토지용도 및 OLS를 이용한 방법이 가장 좋은 결과를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 대표적인 사회적 약자인 서울의 일인고령가구에 대한 분포를 고해상도의 공간 단위로 재현하였으며, 이러한 접근은 관련 도시 정책의 실행에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

연약지반 흙막이벽에 작용하는 토압 및 변위에 관한 연구 (A Study of Earth Pressure and Deformation acting on the Flexible Wall in Soft Soil)

  • 최근 도심지 지하공간 활용을 위한 굴착공사가 기존의 건물주변에서 대형화, 대심도화 되고 있다. 굴착공사에서 발생되는 토압은 지반조건, 굴착깊이, 시공방법, 벽체 지지구조 등과 같은 여러 가지 요인에 의해 영향을 받으므로 정확히 산정하기가 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 지하철건설현장에 설치된 하중계, 변형율계, 지중경사계와 같은 현장계측기로부터 측정된 계측자료를 선정하여 지반굴착시 흙막이벽체의 최대수평변위와 분포형태 그리고 실측된 Strut 축력으로부터 환산토압을 산정하여 단계별 굴착깊이에 따른 축력거동 양상과 토압분포 형태를 비교 검토하였다. 연구결과 점성토 지반에서의 실측토압은 Tschebotarioff의 경험토압과 Terzaghi-Peck의 경험토압의 합성 형태를 보이고 있다.

사회연결망 분석을 활용한 고속도로 유휴부지의 물류센터 활용 방안에 관한 연구 (Research on the Use of Logistics Centers in Idle site on Highway Using Social Network Analysis)

  • 모바일 기반 온라인 쇼핑의 급성장과 COVID-19로 인해 시작된 비대면 비즈니스의 성장은 택배와 같은 물류 서비스 수요를 폭발적인 증가를 이끌어냈다. 급격하게 성장한 수요에 대응하기 위해 대부분의 물류·유통기업들은 도심 내 풀필먼트 센터 구축을 통한 고객 서비스 수준 향상을 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나, 높은 지가와 교통 체증 등과 같은 사회적 요인에 의해 도심 내 풀필먼트 센터를 확보하는 데 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 향후 고속도로에 스마트톨링 서비스가 전면 확대됨에 따라 유휴부지로 전환될 요금소 부지를 공유물류센터로 전환하기 위한 후보지 선정 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 사회연결망 분석을 통해 각 후보지들의 중심성을 분석하였으며, 중심성 평가의 특성에 따른 결과의 해석을 위한 네트워크 구조를 거리기반과 시간기반의 두 가지 방법으로 재설계하여 평가하였다. 누적된 중요도를 기준으로 적정 후보지 군을 선택하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

광주시 공원녹지 이용자의 이용 행태에 따른 만족도 (Users' Satisfaction from the Use of Park and Greens based on their Utilization in Gwangju-si)

  • As population concentration, high-rise, and high-density progresses amid rapid industrialization and urbanization in Korea, green areas in the city have decreased significantly and the natural environment has deteriorated day by day due to various development projects. In order to cope with these social changes, many studies related to park and green areas have been conducted, but in the case of Gwangju-si, only studies on green areas such as vegetation structures, street facilities, and recreation forests have been conducted on park green areas. The situation is not losing. Therefore, in this study, a survey was conducted on Gwangju citizens to understand the usage behavior and satisfaction of park green areas, and to provide basic data for future park development and reorganization. As a result, first, to induce a variety of static and dynamic activities in order to increase the park satisfaction of Gwangju citizens, it is possible to create a park that has not been formed as soon as possible, and by planning programs with various themes. Second, it is necessary to expand green space services in marginalized areas by creating water streams, flower pots, and rooftop greening around the lives of Gwangju citizens, and create park green spaces with themes using cultural and historical resources for each administrative district. Third, in order to solve the dry landscape in some urban areas, it is necessary to establish a three-dimensional landscape plan by creating a variety of green areas such as potted plants, green areas, and street trees, and by giving functions of park green areas such as expanding leisure and convenience facilities.

프랑스와 한국의 리모델링 사례분석을 통한 아파트 계획과 주택정책 비교 연구 (A Study on the Housing Policies and Design Characteristics of Apartment Remodeling by Comparative Analysis between Korea and France Cases)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristics of housing policies and apartment designs by comparison of supplying and remodeling apartments between France and Korea. The literature review was used in Korea cases and the literature review, site investigation, and expert interviews were used in France cases. At first, by reviewing the related literatures about the apartment developments and regenerations in France and Korea, twelve remodeling cases were represented respectively in Ile de France and Seoul. As a result, in housing policy, the Korean housing market had a shortage of low-priced houses related to biased apartment developments by private sector dependence. Consequently, the living in Korea generally required the high price in low quality houses. But in France, the housing policies were very successful in housing quantity, quality, and expense. It is involved in balances between the public housing supply and the activation of a private housing market based on the government support policy. Nevertheless, in the success of the apartment as a house type, apartments in France means the social elimination because of the supply method problems and the management failures of HLM institutions. However, in Korea, the apartment implies the successful life of the middle class population because of the competitive evolutions during 40 years as a market housing. Secondly, In the characteristics of remodeling, the remodeling in Korea was for property value improvements. It mainly executed to expand the size of a house by expansion of living space. However the remodeling in France was for social mixes and connections with the surrounding area. It mostly performed by various design methods such as vertical merging houses, partial removal, reconstruction, and construction of a local community centers and mixed-use residential buildings. This study shows the simultaneously remodeling features of those two countries. These findings can be used in developing effective strategies for the public housing regenerations in Korea and other countries.

Anterior Cranial Base Reconstruction in Complex Craniomaxillofacial Trauma: An Algorithmic Approach and Single-Surgeon's Experience

  • Management of traumatic skull base fractures and associated complications pose a unique reconstructive challenge. The goals of skull base reconstruction include structural support for the brain and orbit, separation of the central nervous system from the aerodigestive tract, volume to decrease dead space, and restoration of the three-dimensional appearance of the face and cranium with bone and soft tissues. An open bicoronal approach is the most commonly used technique for craniofacial disassembly of the bifrontal region, with evacuation of intracranial hemorrhage and dural repair performed prior to reconstruction. Depending on the defect size and underlying patient and operative factors, reconstruction may involve bony reconstruction using autografts, allografts, or prosthetics in addition to soft tissue reconstruction using vascularized local or distant tissues. The vast majority of traumatic anterior cranial fossa (ACF) injuries resulting in smaller defects of the cranial base itself can be successfully reconstructed using local pedicled pericranial or galeal flaps. Compared with historical nonvascularized ACF reconstructive options, vascularized reconstruction using pericranial and/or galeal flaps has decreased the rate of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak from 25 to 6.5%. We review the existing literature on this uncommon entity and present our case series of n = 6 patients undergoing traumatic reconstruction of the ACF at an urban Level 1 trauma center from 2016 to 2018. There were no postoperative CSF leaks, mucoceles, episodes of meningitis, or deaths during the study follow-up period. In conclusion, use of pericranial, galeal, and free flaps, as indicated, can provide reliable and durable reconstruction of a wide variety of injuries.

UAM 복합 항법을 위한 C 밴드 지상기반 전파 항법 시스템 연구 (A Study of the C-band Ground-based Radio Navigation System for UAM Cooperative Navigation)

  • 본 연구는 기존 UAM에서 주로 사용하는GNSS 항법과 협동 운용할 수 있도록 지상기반 C밴드 주파수(5.03~5.15GHz)를 이용한 전파항법 VOR/DME 구현에 관한 것이다. 이것은 항공우주를 감독하는 미연방항공국 규칙 Title 14 CFR- Aeronautics and Space 135.165에서 제시한 '2개 이상의 독립적인 항법소스를 비행체에 적용' 규정사항을 충분히 만족할 수 있는 항법기술 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 무인항공기용 주파수 5.03~5.15 GHz를 사용하였으며, 무인항공기에서 도착 버티포트까지의 방위각과 거리정보를 획득에 필요한 VOR/DME 시스템 구현을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여, 전파 전파경로 손실분석에 의한 링크버짓 도출, 소형화된 도플러 VOR용 안테나 형상설계 및 기존 항공기용 보다 측위거리 해상도가 향상된 DME 설계 등을 수반하였다. 본 연구 결과물은 지상기지국과 UAM에 장착할 수 있는 단말기로 구성되며, 각각 시제품 제작 및 주요 성능검증을 수행하였다.

DEVELOPMENT OF BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL FOR RESOURCES OPTIMIZATION IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

  • The aim of the study is to develop the 3D visualization of Building Information Model and integrated 4D model for optimization of resources in the construction project. This study discuss the process of methodology and creation of 4D model of the project and simulate it to monitor the workflow at the site. Different stages of the construction process and activities are generated by using Revit and MS Project. MS project has been used for creation of the schedules and these are linked with the Revit for 3D modeling. The time used as the fourth dimension and 4D model created by using Navisworks Time liner software. Narges shopping center is presented as a case study to realize the actual uses and benefits of Building Information Model (BIM). Narges shopping mall is located in Tehran, Iran. As a part of Hekmat master plan, Narges shopping center is an 11 stores building with a total area of 30000 Sq.m. This shopping and entertainment center is comprised of 150 retails and two multi-use public halls with a capacity of 400 persons each and underground parking with total 400 parking space. The main purpose of architecture was to create an urban public center along with its revolving, spiral like form and an ever changing continuous façade by means of different colors, materials, which is in harmony with the other building of the master plan. The approximate cost of the project is $17 million and duration of the project schedule is 30 months. The developed Building Information Model enabled us to identify the potential collisions or clashes between various structural and architectural systems. 4D model has been used for limiting the interaction between subcontractors installing the different systems so rework could be avoided and productivity maximized. It is also observed that the utility of BIM for construction stimulation and clash detection is the best suitable method. Clash detection before the implementation of work is highly recommended to avoid rework.

역사적 도심 내 자가(自家) 병용주택의 현황 및 유형별 특성 - 청주시 성안동과 중앙동을 대상으로 - (Current Situation and Characteristics of Owner Shop Houses in the Historic Area - Focused on Seongan-dong and Jungang-dong, Cheongju, Korea -)

  • This study examines the classification and typical characteristics of 148 owner shop houses existing in the historical city center of Cheongju. First, they can be classified into single-story, middle-story, and divided types according to the distribution of residential and commercial functions. The single-story(36) has 'ㅡ', 'ㄱ', and 'narrow and deep'-shaped arrangement, with stores on the front and houses on the rear. The middle-story second floor(89) is divided into a first-story store and a second-story house, and the third floor(23) has different functions for each floor, but more than half of them have houses on the second and third floors. Among the total, there are also 16 cases in which the division type is taken with different construction times and structures. Second, in the position of the stairs connected to the upper floor among the middle-floor types(112), the outer stair type(52) to separate from the living space while making the most of the stores on the first floor accounts for 47%, but the biggest feature is that the inner staircase type(34) with privacy reaches 30%. The rear stair room type(26) entering through alleyways or private yards is also 23%. Third, the front pillar spacing varies from 1bay to 4bay in appearance, but the 2bay type on the 2nd floor and the 1bay type on the 3rd floor occupy the largest proportion. This exterior type is a characteristic of a owner shop house that can measure the range of personal ownership. Despite the conflicting functions of stores and houses, 35~40% of the cases are in which the opening positions of the upper and lower floors are unified.
